Terrible service. I bought a sprayer from Sherwin Williams and after 5 months and maybe 5 uses it broke. I took it in to have them look at it and fix it. I was told the part that broke is a wear item and not covered under warranty. It would cost $200+ to fix. I tried to explain to the technician about how many times I used it and how long I had it. He told me Graco will not cover it so there is nothing he can do. I called Graco directly and explained what happened. They said that should not happen and said they would replace the part for free. I got the information for a different repair shop and I’ll be going there. Thank you Graco for standing by your product. Terrible service from Sherwin-Williams. I made a 10 minute phone call. But Sherwin-Williams was happy to charge me their diagnostic fee. DO NOT take things to this store. Other locations might be better. Not this one.
