Horrible customer service during busy times. I called two times to speak with Jonathan in the Pro-desk and was put on hold then someone literally hanged-up on me. I never actually got to talk to anybody. Called again, and they did the same action--I heard it get hanged-up. I was not being difficult, I literally never got to explain my situation. I just asked politely to talk to Jonathan or someone in the pro-desk. After 30 minutes, I decided to call a fourth time and asked to speak with the store manager. Mike the assistant manager picked up after the second ring; however, when I started to explain the situation, he literally put me on hold in the middle of my sentence, which was: sounds like they are super busy at the pro-desk, I am happy to give my phone number so they can call me back. Because I was not even given a chance to finish my sentence, leads me to believe that this lack of customer service is top-down and part of their culture. I wish them well, and hope they will get their store under control.
They did a deck design and ordered everything the wrong size that they did order.. many items didnt get ordered at all. Then $470.00 worth of screws and fastners for a 10x10 deck. Total joke! After waiting 1 1/2 weeks for the order I didnt even have the lumber to start. Took it all back and will find someone competent to order from.
Michael was super patient with us even when we were getting grumpy he deserves a raise Michael is awesome thanks Michael
