Overall, its a great place to work. However, management can use a lot of work. The supervisor sits there and micromanages everything you do. You are expected to train new employees while the supervisor sits in his office doing who knows what. You are expected to do more than the usual if they are short staffed while the supervisor sits in his office and tells you what to do over the walkie. I have met a lot of great people working there, but all our complaints are the same, bad management. I give kudos to the employees who are currently there.

Shipping department dont exist. Called 37 times before someone answered which took 52min to get someone to pick up in which time i got skipped by at least 5 trucks

They take good care our loading needs. We haul their ISO locally

I just don’t understand why it takes 45 mins plus to load insulation board on trucks...trucks should be backing in and pulling out every 15 mins average 🤷🏻‍♂️ Two forklifts per truck 10 mins tops...🤷🏻‍♂️ In and out boom...does the local dairy own this place cause you sure milk it here...🤔🤯

It is a distribution center. Takes time to load, but that is expected. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

I speak for myself on this I had a very pleasant experience I was received and loaded quickly thanks guys for the good work keep it up

I dont know about the product. But I do haul loads out of there. And the guys who I talk to are awesome guys. Very friendly and funny guys. Sometimes not the fastest to get loaded. But life and things get busy.

Very friendly folks. Quick loading too. Only minor issue is having to tie down outside in the wind.

Took a tour of the factory, where they make extuded insulation. Its definitely worth going if you get the chance.

Visited FBS to install and commission an analytical laboratory balance. Jeff was very helpful and good to work with. The employees were polite and helpful. Very safe working environment and the install was vey successful.

Had no problems with getting my truck loaded. They are nice and get right to it!

Threw no fault but my own I had a scheduled time of one p.m. when I could have been there as early as 7 a.m. the service was above average. Professional and enjoyably efficiant.

They held me up for 8 hours and tried to claim they couldn’t find me sitting in their yard. Detention pay was laughable to non existent.

Why wait until a driver shows up and waits for over an hour to then say the load is not ready and wont be for another day. If the load is not ready then there shouldnt be an order for it with a specific pickup time.

Waiting almost 5 hours to get loaded. Very SLOW.I would give 0 stars if I could . They are ripping off drivers on detention.
