WARNING!! I DONT like posting reviews but I had to for this place!! I keep it HONEST 100% this place lied to our face told us they were going to fix their work that started to rust! They claim to stand behind their work they literally put some paint over an area that started rusting! Also said they were going to re paint an area & just buffed it out… looks worse then when I brought it in!!! Car looks brand new and I think actually runs better than before the accident. It took a few weeks to repair, but no regrets

A few years ago, our truck was taken to the West Valley location to be fixed after a collision. The staff was very professional and got the job done. However, our windshield wiper mechanism that shoots the cleaner onto the window was not working after they fixed everything else. I had been without my vehicle for awhile and didnt want to take it right back, so I figured I could just ask the dealership to check it out the next time I went in for service. They told us that during the collision repair, it had been placed in upside down and told us that they would fix it free of charge while replacing our timing belt. However, when they looked at it more closely, they told us that that was not the issue and that it would cost us 1800$ to repair. So, back to the Rocky Mountain Collision Repair we went. We explained the issue and were nervous that they would say that it was not their responsibility to fix it since it had been three years since we had brought the truck in. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that they stand behind their work for the life of your vehicle. They immediately got us into their schedule and fixed it without any delays or hidden costs. They were fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They also stand behind their work and dont try to pass the buck.

This shop is AMAZING! They are definitely 👍 number 1 when it comes to customer service! They cater to you and work for you. They made me realize customer service is dead else where or at other car repair shops. SO glad I decided to take my truck here. They gave me a great estimate, made me feel like I was a new best friend by taking care of everything on their end. They answered all of my questions and never left me guessing on anything.

I had really bad luck with this beautiful blue mustang. Rocky mountain repaired this car many times. They always did a good job and if I had any problems they would replace or repair the issue quickly.

They give excellent body repair after youve been in an accident you cant even tell the car has they match the paint great and you cant see any imperfections when theyre done so I continue to go to them because I know how well they do the job.

This place was. The. Best! And even saying that is an understatement. As a new car owner, I am very confused when something happens to my car and when I need help, but this place was nothing but PATIENT, helpful, and KIND! As soon as I walked into this place I felt like I was at home! They called me, giving me updates about my car hood (which had shingles fall on them) and updated me whenever they were moving onto the next part of my car. Would give 6 stars if I could. Staff was more than friendly with me even though I had so many questions and car looks so good!

If you want your car looking like it just came off the show room floor, this is the place to go! Not only was the repair work excellent but they also removed the 3 year accumulation of tree sap from my windshield and other areas that were not a part of the damaged area. Fix my car great

Having the need to come to a collision shop is never something we look upon with joy, and Ive had to bring my mom here a few times recently (a Cadillac and a Chevy). Ive been astounded each time. They have provided estimates quickly, completed the repairs within a very short amount of time, and have been reasonably priced - even below the bid amount. They work hard to make sure that you get a good price, and they have had fabulous customer service. When we had concerns and werent quite satisfied with something they remedied it quickly and completely. Will recommend to others for sure!

This place is great. They pay particular attention to detail. When they were done with my truck, it was in pristine condition, just like when it came off the show room. They also kept me informed of the status of the truck within their processes.

They are so friendly, attentive and thorough! Ive taken 2 cars in and each time they were done quick and with great detail.I felt comfortable and I didnt feel like I was being pushed into doing things that werent necessary.

This shop was horrible, they estimated a low price just to get my business, then when the final total came it was a thousand dollars over the estimated price, would not recommend this place. They estimate low just to get your business. Go somewhere else

I have never had any problems with the quality and service from this company and the team of people that run it. If I havent understood something Steve has explain the process so I could understand. Jake was extremely helpful and kept me updated with my truck. This place left my truck impeccable.Having a lifted truck, i knew there would be some difficulty working with it but they made it look easy and helped me answer all the questions I had. (Hopefully) i don’t have to go back, but i would in a heart beat + would recommend to anyone!-fully satisfied.

Worst experiencei have ever had to deal with. I finally had enough and went to a shop that stands behind there work. I had to take my car back three different times and still not fixed right. Then one year later I was driving down the freeway and a part of my car they fixed blew off my car and they would not touch it and said it was due to wind and thats not cover under there warranty. So I decided to take my car to another shop because I was not going to go through that hassle again. Well when I took my car to Abra they told me the reason it feel apart was because the used the wrong clips to put my bumper back together. So I try to call and let Jake know and he just wanted to pass the buck off on my insurance company. After all that I would not recommend this shop to nobody. If you want good work where you leave with a smile on your face and people that fix it right call Abra they stand behind there work. Call Abra for any auto body work.

Did a fantastic job fixing my car, I think it rides better than the day I bought it. They dealt with the insurance company for me and kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend them.

Fast and affordable

I got hit by a deer in my Tundra. They had me in right away. Their customer service was amazing. The quality of work was amazing. The timely manner in which the services were rendered was awesome. They even finished my truck before the estimated date of completion. I would recommend this place to anyone.

These guys have done some pretty incredible work for me from body work and painting to front end frame welding that nobody else would even mess with and Im still driving that vans today

I have been to RMCR a couple times now and I am always super impressed. Jake is super nice and thorough. The receptionist are friendly the moment I walk in the door, they always offer me water or coffee. I feel safe sending my car there. I just got mine back yesterday and the work done was done quickly and quality work. Im confident driving it now.

This place is the worst for repairs and work. Had my car repaired there after someone hit me a number of years ago. The car ended up back there 4 times for repairs to their work for paint flaking off, overspray on everything (which there still is to this day on the bottom of the window rubbers and the edges of the tail lights. The shop repairman was Russian and said to his manager “what does he care it is a Hyundai”. The manager laughed, thinking it was funny. I can tell you, I sure as h..e..l..l.. didn’t.Add to that, that my car cost $35,000 plus! These guys cut all kinds of corners as many others have said. And the only reason I went there, was because the repairs were supposed to have lifetime warranties.But now the bumper they painted is flaking off AGAIN (3rd time for this), the body work where they repaired my quarter panel has sanding scratches visible from terrible sanding and prep work by them, the paint on my spoiler is cracking and my trunk is rusting on the bottom all the way across, because they improperly aligned it and it rubs my bumper constantly, so all the paint is gone.This car was nearly brand new when I brought it in and had never been in an accident, except the one they were repairing.STEER WELL CLEAR OF THESE GUYS! They are butchers! And as everyone else said, they are waaaaaayyyyy past deadlines EVERY SINGLE TIME! My car has literally spent about 2 1/2 months total time there for repairs that should have been done right and done in 3-5 days. A new bumper, quarter panel repair (damage they caused and admitted), popping open the trunk with a crow bar and a trunk lid. And painting them. That’s it.... Been there 5 separate times for repairs to shabby work. And always for a minimum of a week. I could technically take it back for repair again. NO WAY! I will go somewhere that can actually do quality work and use quality supplies! This place is the worst!!!People in the industry understand the term “butcher” and they know exactly what I am saying.... Worst place I have EVER had the displeasure of using for body and paint work... My father owned an auto body and repair shop for most of my childhood into my 20’s. So I know how things are supposed to be done in this industry. And these guys DEFINITELY don’t cut it, but can “hack it”....

Had the unlucky circumstance of needing my truck fixed. Went through my ins for repairs and these guys did an amazing job. Drives better than we left it and was cleaner inside and out than before. Was very happy with the outcome and will be taking my car there next. I would recommend this place to anyone. My truck was only in their shop 6 days from tow and had quite a bit that needed done. I have had a very rough experience with another car repair place and had read A LOT of reviews before choosing these guys. Thank you RMC

Very bad customer service. Stay away far awy from these crooks, was the worse experience i ever had. The job shouldve been at least a week job, for a slight fender bender,and not an auto collision accident. Rude service all around. And there quality is far form good,i had found light paint,a nice scratch on the panel they just fixed and painted,,,over all this is not what anyone should go through.

Everything that needed to be fixed was fixed, and then some! Im appreciative. The only thing taking a star is my radio stations arent set up anymore and my clock is off. Other than that, everything looks awesome!

I recommend this place without hesitation. Yesterday, the drivers side door on our Mazda 3 would not unlock so we couldnt open it at all and from research online, we were expecting to pay a dealership $400+ for a fix. My husband called this morning and they told him to bring in the car. A gentleman (his name is probably Jake) looked at the car door and fixed it in 30 seconds. He seemed very knowledgeable and everyone there was so nice.

I got rear ended and took my car to get repaired here. They did not repair it correctly and water was leaking in to the wheel well all winter and it ended up having about 3 gallons of water and it leaked into under the back seat and made my car smell. We took it back and they fixed it and paid for a detailing/ozone treatment so that it wouldn’t smell. The place they sent us to did not do a very good job and my car still smells! I’m glad they repaired their error, but my car still stinks and has water damage due to their negligence. They also had our car for a long time while repairing it the first time due to the employee that was working on it quitting. Not impressed.

Great guys and great work. Not your average body shop. Unfortunately Ive had many wrecks and as such used many body shops and pretty much had issues w everyone of them except Rockey Mountain Repair. They went above and beyond for me. They did the right thing the first time basically. It means alot.

It took a month to repair our vehicle, granted it is brand new so it takes time to get parts, but it still took much longer than originally projected.When we picked it up after a month they said a side light window was replaced without the factory tint, but they had one on order and it would be in the week after. Almost 2 months later I finally remember to ask about the window again, my fault but thats life. They said another week since VW never sent it in the first place.Now they want the car for half day to do a job they said would take an hour. They expect us to take time off work to let them fix their original mistake that they keep trying to pass on to BE.NEVER deal with this company. Repairs may be decent but customer service is terrible, always excuses, never their fault.

I took my car in to have the alignment fixed (hit a curb in the snow) and have the emissions/inspection done. They charged me $600, did not fix the problems and though they charged for emissions and inspection could not give me a sticker. Means I have to take my car in again and had to get the sticker myself. They also had my car for almost 2 weeks to fix such simple items. I was very disappointed to say the least as I had gone there under the recommendations of a friend. I will not be going back there.

I was in a hit and run accident that left my ford escape with frame damage and $3,000 dollars in repairs. I went here because my insurance agency recommended it to me. I called them up and they scheduled a time for me to bring in my car around my schedule. I was able to drop off my car after they closed because they had an employee stay after just for me. They did have some issues getting my car finished by the time they said they would because the damage was worse then they thought once they started disassembly of my car. That was a little disappointing since I also did not have a rental car at the time but none of that is their fault. I ended up getting my car back 3 days later then they originally said but their service and quality made everything okay with me at pick up. When inspecting the job after it was completely flawless. I have never seen anyone match paint as well as they did, and no orange peel to be seen. Im not sure if they do this for everyone but when I picked it up and got in my car I noticed that they cleaned the entire inside of my car. which i thought was amazing because during my accident I had food and a huge cup of soda explode all over the interior. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family,

If you could give zero stars I would. Seriously this place is absolutely terrible. I would highly advise to find a different repair center. These guys had to re do their paint work three times and found ways to cut all kinds of corners. Paint had all kinds of under spray and runs. They use cheap paint that cracks very quickly and refuse to uphold a quality mindset. Staff is terrible, customer service is even worse. And the owner himself threatened to deliver my car wet and shitty If anyone cares about quality work, do not go here.

Great place to get your car fixed, took my car to this place, friendly staff and they did a good job replacing my rear panel. This is highly recommended palce for auto collisions.

Took my car in thinking it was going to take a week just like they said, when I went to pick up my car I noticed that the didnt give me original grille, the hood was on crooked, the lights were mismatching and placed wrong, bubbles and cracks on my bumper where the repair was. And not to mention that my AIRBAG light was in when I got in, ended up having to take it back in to fix what they did wrong and its been two weeks. They keep calling saying they messed up and had to restart, I WOULD not recommend this to anyone... car accidents arent easy and they just made it even worse and more expensive. I dont want anyone to go through what I had to.

Obviously getting in a car accident isn’t great, but everyone at Rocky Mountain Collision was great.

This whole experience has been terrible with them. Our insurance recommended them to us when we got in a car accident. We got the estimate, and sent an email to Steve asking if it was mostly cosmetic or what, because we wanted to just trade our car in and get something else at my work. I was also getting quotes from the estimate they sent us from my works collision center to see if it would ease the stress of the deductible, only to find out the work was almost completed. We were just waiting on the tires and that it would be ready on Thursday. Car is at an alignment shop now, apparently, and they may come back and need to get more parts if there is an issue with suspension. So it might not even be ready a day after it was supposed to be. My boyfriend when called to inquire if it was going to be ready today was suggested that paying our deductible today would help try to get the car done today. When I called Steve to talk to him about this, as I work in the car business, he stated he has no idea how that would help him out and how he wants the car out of his shop just as much as we do.Massive lack of communication, massive disrespect for customers. We dont have a lot of money (obviously, we drive an old car), but I have never had issues with repair places not communicating with their customers or responding to them. I just hope that they fixed the car well, IF we ever get to pick it up.We dont recommend, and will NEVER use them again. Dont take your car here if you want to be treated like a customer, not a pain in the ass.**UPDATE**Our car has still to be completed. First we were told Thursday the 5th, then Friday the 6th, then Monday the 9th and they have no update on the status as of today, Tuesday the 10th.

Dont take your car here worst customer service I have ever experienced I actually decided not to have my car fixed there and take it to another shop when I picked up my car it took them over an hour to release my car and when I got the car it had been damaged more by then which resulted in another argument with the head mechanic who said thats how the car came in thank God I took pictures of the car when they picked it up or they may have gotten away with there fraud absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a car shop
