Had an amazing experience with my Goldendoodles litter in this place. The staff was always very nice to me and helped me with additional information I needed to get one of the puppies out of the country. Very helpful and sweet to the puppies.

Love this practice! My puppy Obi has been seen here since we got him and each time has been wonderful. Dr Sayyid is the nicest vet Ive ever had, he calls with the sweetest updates on my dog since covid protocol prevents us from being in the room. It sounds like a friend is calling rather than my dogs vet.The techs love Obi and get so excited to see him. And as far as grooming goes, Javares is so kind and Corrine did a great job on his haircut. Their puppy package was a great deal as well. Obi was neutered here and had no complications, even when I picked him up after, he was his normal self, you couldnt even tell hed had surgery. So happy here.

Wonderful place! They really do care for your pet and give them the best care possible. My baby Harvey went in for oral surgery/deep dental cleaning and had the best care, the Veterinarians contacted me throughout the day and gave me details on his status. He still has his bottom canines ❤️ ( his teeth were pretty bad ). The staff is amazing, from the time that you walk in, and from the time you’re checking out, vet techs are very informative and caring. The Veterinarians are really good people here. So happy I made the choice to bring my fur baby here. I want to thank everyone at Petlife!

Friendly staff, took great care of my cat when she was brought in for a same day emergency appointment. Rocelly was incredibly helpful. I was updated frequently about my cat’s visit via phone call, (as Petlife has a drop off for pets now and owners stay in their cars) which eased my worrying quite a bit. To know that she was being looked after and to have the updates and communication was fantastic.

Best veterinary team in West Palm Beach! From the moment you set the appointment to the actual doctors visit, the staff is very courteous, professional and responsive! So happy they care for our precious Valak, thank you so much!!!!

Came over to Petlife because Dr. Raposo started practicing there. Front office was amazing and the vet techs great with my fur baby too. It’s always great knowing you get great care especially when you can’t go in with them. Dr. Raposo is the only vet I’ll see and the only one my babies love.

10/10 highly recommend getting your dog groomed here. Javares took great care of my dog. Even though my dog was aggressive and bit him multiple times. He never lost his patience and still took care of my dog. Even when there was a misunderstanding in the beginning, the ladies in the office still showed sincere care and patience while on the phone. Everybody here is nice and truly looks out for your pet.

The doctor and assistant were absolutely delightful. When we came in, the store bought the dog from told us the vaccines were included. We get here and I figured that wouldn’t be the case. The assistant was explaining our options (not her fault). I wish we were given these options before the appointment was made. When we made the appointment nothing was talked about, they just said he was due for his shots. I felt like we were cornered into a wall having to make a split decision. If it wasn’t for the assistant and doctor coming in and being so nice I probably would have walked out.

My 8 year old pitbull was throwing up all day but acted completely normal. I called Petlife the next morning. They told me to bring Taz in right away and they will get him in, between appointments. Waited less than 10 mins. Dr. Muzzy Sayyid gave me an estimate to fix what was going on with my dog.(extremely professional) They held him for observation for the day. I received multiple phone calls with updates on his progress. I came to pick him up at the end of the day and he was 100% brand new with medication/small amount of food for his stomach and a regiment for him to go on. Extremely happy with the service and end result. !!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!

Originally we found PetLife because it was close to our house and it was convenient to get our puppy up to date on shots and then we would find a vet they would be more long term. However, from day one they have been amazing and we have never even thought about looking for a new vet. We have a French Bulldog who always seems to have unique issues and they always fit us in and our more importantly are so kind to our sweet little baby! Our dog actually gets soo excited to go to the vet even if she is not feeling good at home she can turn on the energy to see her favorite vet tech Rachelly. Definitely would recommend Dr. Muzzy Sayyid!

Wish I could give this place MINUS 5 stars! If you like being treated like a second class citizen, lied to, scammed out of your money and waiting around for hours, then this is the place for you. DO NOT bring your pets here. This place is very bad: bad groomers, bad customer service & bad people working there. They have dogs in the front for adoption, which dont have water & are in the sun most of the day. Told the girl at the front desk & she just blew me off. There is a bird in the corner that is totally neglected & abused. Poor thing has filthy water, food is molded & hard as a rock and the cage has so much bird feces; it is disgusting. I wanted to rescue him so badly. I will call animal control to make a formal complaint. This place is filthy, rude & rips you off. I paid almost $100 to have my 10 pound dog groomed, (just a touch up mind you as she had been groomed one month ago). This is truly the worst place in Florida.

I love this place they are all wonderful Charlie had a bad ear infection that the other vet I was seeing kept overlooking the Dr was wonderful they are caring and a wonderful staff...so glad I found them..❤️❤️❤️

Veterinarian Dr. Sayyid is totally professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He treats my 2 Cocker Spaniels as if they were his own. In 50-years Ive had 6-Cocker Spaniels, a Parakeet, 2-cats (1-Siamese 1-white Persian) & countless aquarium & pond fish.I KNOW A GOOD VET WHEN I SEE ONE! All staff members are personable, professional & caring.Those who complain about adoption fee$ dont understand this is NOT an adoption agency. PetLife does adoptions as an additional service and fees do not come from big bucks donors like adoption agencies. Most of the adoptable animals Ive seen here are thoroughbreds from breeders (who dont usually give the animals away without a co$t). If you are looking to adopt & dont understand the process here, or dont want to pay a larger fee...go to an adoption agency such as Furry Friends in Jupiter.You may not expect a perfect animal and in general not a thoroughbred in all adoptions. My one dog required a $1900. surgical procedure 3-weeks after I took him home. We discovered it during an x-ray for another problem. I had 2-choices: surgery or return him. Too late...too late, was already in love. ADOPTION FEES are normally used to care for other animals. Adoption Vet services are not free.

Saw my pet as a walk in, very short notice. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and I was grateful for the individual treatment and care for my pet.

This place is so frustrating. The customer service is horrible and they will have you waiting all day, holding your dog hostage! Don’t even bother, there are better places to take your pet!

Dr. Sayyid did reach out to me several times. I do believe he is a knowledgeable and caring doctor. With that said, if your dog has dental surgery, I urge you to commit to a post surgical exam. Louis Dagostino

Had a little emergency with my 4yr old cat stormie called pet life explained the situation they took him in gave a bath and shaved his boom boom which he as problem with. When I got home home checked him over i was very happy with his outcome so i called them spoke to Sarah explained I was so happy. Racheal and christ explained e everything to me .also the Dr called me to. Theres up and down with places no matter what you cant please everybody. Stormie told me about his adventure in kitty talk. Hes very talk a five but hes a happy kitty. Thank you everyone at pet life I appreciate you guys.

Prices are outrageous and they use “bait and switch “ techniques to help people make decisions on what their pets may need. I changed vets on my puppy for a few reasons. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Ive been using their services for over 10 years now and I love the doctors, the nurses, the whole staff. They always treated my animals with kindness and respect. They will always be my vet and I highly recommend their services to everyone. Their store is a great place to buy my specialty pet foods as well.

Went today to get my dog groomed and it was an amazing job. Very sweet gentleman, knew exactly what i wanted and how i wanted it!!

Very caring, compassionate and capable staff, lovely facility and I love that they do everything I need for my dog in one location! I have been very impressed with the capable Veterinarians, they always remember the issues with my pets, they are so kind to my pet during exams and some pretty tough treatments in the past....but I LOVE that they always give me a phone number to reach the staff after hours, if I need them, no other Vet today, that I know, will allow patients to contact them at night, plus the fact that they are open 7 days, I always know they will see me if we have an emergency, or I can talk to them in middle of the night. I just feel part of the family there! Always stay the way you are PetLife!!

This place really takes the cake if I could zero stars I would. Be careful they change what they say and don’t honor what they say. They tell you one price then someone tells you a different price and say the other is wrong. Rachael at the desk is a nasty person! I asked to get in touch with owner and she hung up on me. So I have been a customer here for 2 years prices have always been high but I enjoyed a great staff and friendly environment until I trued to get my cat worked on here ... they gave me an estimate of 700-900 dollars for 250 dollars worth of work. I have had this procedure done 3 times before in the past and it’s never costed more then 300 they have lost a life time member due to over estimating I will take both my cats and my champion dog else ware

The veterinarian was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and not knowledgeable and the front office is a NIGHTMARE and I give A NEGATIVE -Star if I could. I definitely wouldnt waste my time & money there ever again. Highly Not recommended.

Great staff! I was pleased how they handled my dog during his grooming, he can be a handful but they had no problem calming him. Just shows they are very experienced handling animals which is very important to me. Will be taking my dog back soon and looking forward to it!! Thank you PetLife for the great experience!!!

We adopted our dog here a year ago and have had wonderful treatment. They covered all medical care for 6 months as part of the adoption fee. He was sick in the beginning and his care by Pet Life was exceptional. We never have problems getting an appt. They are very accommodating. Their follow up is good. We go there for my dogs grooming as well. Their prices are very fair and they do a nice job. They are very reasonable for their medical visits as well. The office staff and medical staff are efficient, very pleasant to deal with, and very caring toward their patients. Betsy and Nancy have been there since we started there, very nice. Betsy is more involved in the office end of it and is an asset to Pet Life. Again the staff as a whole is great but these two have been my go to people for the past year. Try Pet Life if you havent.

We love being our pup here! The staff is very informative and always ready to help! I like that they give you options when it comes to a solution. Most vet offices just write a prescription and tell you that’s the only solution, last time we visited for a sore hip they suggested many non-medicinal options like therapy and some relaxation.Along with the very friendly staff they also have a shop attached where you can get baked treats for your furry friend, leashes and many other creative gifts!

My Family and I absolutely Love PetLife!! Their Grooming and Medical services are so reasonably priced; Best prices and service in South Florida by far. The Staff, Doctors, and employees in their Pet Supply Boutique are all very pleasant and professional. We have gotten all our pets spayed/neutered here and have a great experience every time. Our yearly check ups are like a field trip for our pets and Kids. Their grooming quality and prices cannot be beaten. I love PetLife!!! I always have a great experience there, and my pets love the staff! The doctors are amazing and they treat my animals as if they were there own. My animals have been going there since they were a puppy and kitten and the staff is always so welcoming when they come in for there annuals. I wouldnt take my animals anywhere else!!!

Our puppy has been coming here since we brought her home from the breeder. She is now 7 months old. We have always had morning appointments because it is most convenient with my husband and I both working. Every appointment we had, the vet was always running late so it always took a long time to see the Vet. My husband called a couple of weeks ago to get pricing to spay our puppy and were told that they cannot give us pricing over the phone and that we would have to bring her in to get checked out again and get pricing. My husband told them that was ridiculous and the lady said she would try to get pricing and get back to him by the end of the day. He never received a phone call back for pricing. I called this morning around 9:30 am and told them my husband tried to call a few weeks ago to get pricing and his phone call was never returned. Today I spoke to Betsy and told her the situation that my husband tried to call and get pricing a few weeks ago and nobody ever returned his call. She told me she would talk to the doctor and get back to me by the end of the day. It is now 6:00 PM with no phone call back. I just called the office and explained the situation again and they gave me some outrageous price. I will be taking my dog elsewhere to be spayed.

Never leave reviews, but felt that I just had to. I usually groom my dog myself but was in a time crunch and decided to make an appointment because of their close proximity and affordable prices. I had already been warned by another family member who took their dog there when the dog was showing serious signs of illness. They inspected the dog and said she was fine, nothing wrong. The next day the dog was rushed to a different vet, almost lost her life. It was my own mistake for going after hearing that story but it was just so convenient and I figured what could possibly go wrong with just a simple grooming appointment? They said it would take 1 hour, it took over two. I picked up a very wet dog (wet enough to shake off and spray me in the car) who looked like she hadnt been brushed at all. I went home and brushed her myself and noticed that it looked like her nails had not been cut at all (which I had paid for). After looking a little more closely I could see that they had been cut, not because they were much shorter, but because they were all uneven, cracked and coming apart. When I touched one my pup yelped in pain. I would strongly advise taking your pet someplace else. Friendly enough staff and affordable grooming prices, but the negatives far outweigh the positives.

Love coming here. The vet is nice and very informative as well is the staff. They are a well oiled machine and i never have to wait long. The front desk employees are fun and talkative and make you feel very welcomed. The store has so many cute toys and outfits that are great quality. Lots of pet cosmetics, and food, beds and more. I work here at Petlife Animal Hospital at the front desk. I want to give the whole staff here 5 stars because you all deserve it!! Ya all are like family and I love you all. Just want to thank the staff at Petlife for spending time with me when I was at their business. I just moved into the area from New York . I went to the store to inquire if they carried the same dog food I use for my two dogs . While I was there a woman named Jill I believe she is the owner took time to show around . She was very informative and helpful. They carried my brand of dog food and the price was spot on . While talking we discussed the veterinarian clinic and the dog grooming they provide there . So I brought my dogs there for grooming the following week . The workers were very attentive to my dogs. When I picked them up they looked great, price was reasonable and I didn’t have to deal with all the hair and the mess in my tub and house . Haven’t used the veterinarian clinic yet but, I know I’ll be satisfied. Wish they had something like this in New York, it’s a one stop shop for your pets, pet food, pet supplies, accessories, bath and Veterinarian care in one location, you can’t beat that .Thank you,Pete.

Long overdue review! The service the staff provides to me and my dogs is truly exceptional. They all show compassion, and work quickly to clients in and out in a timely manner every single time. Sasha at the front counter seems to never have a bad day since she always has the same glowing, welcoming smile on her face. Rachelly is truly the kindest vet tech you will ever meet, and Dr. Christine Morgan has provided very thorough, compassionate, and cost effective care during every one of my visits. This is an update to a previous review which at the time I did not have all the facts.We adopted a beautiful Lab which we learned later was deathly ill from a heart defect. (which they knew at the time and did not disclose)When we adopted the dog we where told we have to purchase insurance as the package which we did. Which was good and bad. The good was the insurance carrier informed us that the dog was already diagnosed from previous claims. The bad news is they denied the claim because all the tests had already been done and Pet Life knew this! SHAME SHAMEWe really loved and cared for the animal and out of our own pocket paid THOUSANDS!!!! of dollars to try and save him. Which of coarse went back to Pet life.As if this was not bad enough, the dog had Parvovirus which infected our other dogs which resulted in us losing a one of our cherished family pets.After speaking with Jill she agreed she would accept the animal back and try and find a healthy Lab for us.Roughly a year later we went back and tried to adopt another Dog from this company. We where told that Jill would not speak with us and that we cost the company to much MONEY and they wont do that again! WHAT?!?!?!?! Cost what money? We where the ones that spent thousands of dollars trying to save the dog.RUN From this place!!I do not recommend anyone to this place.!!!!!

Javares grooms my two dogs. My pug has a back legs issues and Javaresis very attentive to her condition. He does a wonderful job and is always kind to my dogs, and me as well. I have had dogs my whole life and he is one of the best groomers I have ever had for my dogs, Oh and he does my long hair cat Lucy as well, Not an easy task but it turns out great.

This place is nothing but a rip off. They will write up a contract and promise you everything in writing but will not uphold their end of the bargain; but rather find other ways to get more money out of you and because you love your new pet, you will pay. After a spay they refused to return our dog and we had to call the police. Totally disgusted that they use peoples love for their animal as a pawn for money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Dr. Morgan is the only Veterinarian I truly trust with my cats. From our first well check to our emergency appointments for potato chip crumbs in the eye. She is kind and patient with all of my questions and puts me at ease. Even my shy cat seems comfortable with her. I trust her completely to not run unnecessary test or procedures. Her office is VERY reasonably priced! We recently moved and when my little guy got sick we drove 700 miles for her to check him out and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Dr Morgan has been with us and our dog Hamish since the day we brought him home. She is kind, patient and always available for questions. The office staff are very helpful and accommodating too which makes our experience even better!

I highly recommend this clinic because Dr. Morgan is amazing. She is well experienced and I am totally comfortable with going to her for anything my dog needs. She was great with explaining everything that my dog George needed being that I was a first time dog owner. I dont know what I wouldve done without her help and reccomendatons. She is very welcoming and if you love your baby like I do you dont want to go to anyone but the best. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Morgan !

My maltese Ms Lilly White was a rescue years ago, she was a breeder dog scared and needed love outside of a cage. She bounced back into a valuable family member loves so much. We are protective of her. and shop for groomers who are gentle and know how to care for her during the sometimes stressful grooming process. We dropped her off and ask for specific things to do an no do to make her experience nice.Oh my !!! The smiling groomer brought out our Ms Lilly and she was so happy and clean and beautiful. We took a picture of her at last groom. I would post but the cell was stolen with that pic on it. The end result was we an Ms Lilly White are pleased with Pet life groomers. Thank You! Came here to get my Pug groomed Thursday October 4th. They requested my pets shot records. Naturally I don’t carry those around with me. His records are at palms west veterinary clinic the girl at the counter said she would call. I waited she responded that he needs a rabies shot. I explained that he is allergic to rabies shot. She was very nice explaining if the vet provided a letter stating his problem there wouldn’t be a problem. I obtained the letter on Friday called the groomer make appointment for Saturday morning. Arrived at appointment time 10:00 seemed like they were having problems after 15 minutes the groomer said the girl would check in my pug. When she got to me she explained that my pug needs a kennel cough shot which they could do. Why didn’t you explain this to me on Thursday. In a nasty tone she said that I was supposed to bring his shot records in what a lie they had the shot records how could she know that he needs to have the shot. Thy are very disorganized and deceitful there is no way I would leave my beloved pet with these people.

My dog has been getting groomed here for YEARS and never had a problem, until today. I dropped my dog off for a maintenance groom, which is usually 2-3 hours. However, after waiting for 4.5 hours and still not receiving a call that my dog is ready, I decided just to go up there to find out what was going on. When I got there, my dog was done being groomed and they failed to give me a call to let me know. On top of that, they charged me an extra $20 for a behavioral fee. My dog has NEVER had a behavior issue for the years he’s been going there. NEVER! JARVIS is the ABSOLUTE WORST groomer. He completely lied about the behavior issue. Not only that, my dog was not completely groomed. It looks like they only gave him a bath. $49 down the drain. DO NOT get your dog groomed here. Sadly, I will be looking for a new groomer.

Dr. Weege is a thorough and compassionate veterinarian. His vet tech, Daisy, and office staff, Betsy and Crystal, are attentive and personable. I am very pleased with the care PetLife has provided to my fur babies at reasonable prices.

After rescuing my pup five years ago I never had a pet before so being in medical field for many years for humans I was very cautious. This was an adventure, after a Russian vet screaming she’s overweight, and pets r us I tried Simms and then joined Banfield wellness program which I thought was good for 3 years, couldn’t get appointment when I needed some one suggested PetLife oh boy personalized care just terrific if I could give ten stars, and their array of pet foods toys full stock from front desk to techs and terrific understanding doctors thank you

PetLife exceeded my expectations! The establishment was clean, and the staff highly reputable. Sasha at the front desk was absolutely superb in educating me on treatments, upcoming appointments and providing overall great customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

When you first walk in you think yourself these people are awesome. However when you cant afford their services so you work out with a family member in Miami for them to let you use their vet this place cause Animal Services on you. I took my dog my best friend in the world there yesterday unfortunately couldnt afford their rates spoke with my ex-wife took my best friend rushing down to Miami to only have her pass away in my truck on the way down. While in mourning here in Miami not able to go into work I have animal services knock on my door because I refused the services of pet life. This is ridiculous and just plain nonsense. Know that if you cant afford their services they will send Animal Services after you!

I’ve adopted my Maltese from here, and still take her here for grooming and checkups. Great people that are able to explain things very well!

LOUSY first time experience & LAST TIME CUSTOMER!!! A 20 lb Westy took over SIX hours to groom & express anal glands - staff WHINED how tough it was to groom the dog??? Had him there at noon & I finally called at 4P to see if he was close to being done. Was told that well call you when hes done - period. Then I waited until almost 6P to drive up there & be given the tough dog rant by staff! I told them if he was that tough (20 lbs) they should have called me to pick him up, lets say by 3-330P & tell me they couldnt handle him - right??? NO - they obviously kept him caged up until I rescued him in spite of the BS they handed me. He obviously had no water for the SIX hours he was there as he drank over 12 ounces of water like a madman when he came home. They continually gave me the we care BS! If you dont care about your pets well-being, take him here. RUN, DONT WALK AWAY from this place - the cute boutique look of the store is totally deceiving! PS - While rescuing my dog, I met a guy outside who brought his dog for an acute condition & the staff told him they would get right to him - almost an hour later he left without treatment for his dog - They care??? BULL....!!!

Ive been going to PetLife for years. I met Dr. Schmidt after my 12 year Pomeranian Coda had surgery on his neck. Dr Schmidt did a follow up after his neck surgery and noticed he has severe arthritis in his back and both his back legs. She suggested acupuncture. I tried a session and now 4 sessions later he is running and playing like there is nothing wrong with him. I continue to bring Coda once a month now for his treatment. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Schmidt. There is not enough I can say for giving me back my Coda.

I went to petlife and it was pleasant, until I made a suggestion about my dog needing a shot. Now the guy that was there, put me in a room and said the dr. would be right in, then he came back with the Dr., dog was checked mentioned that same suggestion to the Dr.. Instead of the dr. explaining that the dog might or might not need it, after they both left the room, the guy came back, dog on table block my view and pretended that he gave my dog a shot. I got charged for a shot that didnt happen, and at checkout I got charged for meds she needed and some the customers bill before me on my credit card.I havent been back since.

The front desk ladies were great unlike the doctor and his veterinarian technician. They did not know what my Yorkie had or has right now, they couldnt give me an explanation they sent her home with no medicine for them to call me the next day and tell me I need to go get her some medication without knowing what she hasbut yet they took my money. After 700 dollars my dog is dying and they havent help.

My experience with Lenard was excellent he never disappoints me when it comes to grooming my dog teddy. Im giving him a 5 star rating.

We go here just to take our dog to cut her nails. Other than that, the experience is fine, staff are friendly, and low prices.If your looking for your cat/dog to be fixed or a pet clinic. I suggest going to Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League since there name is popular within the pet community. It might be a little be farther from where you live but it will be worth it.

We took our dog here for stomach issues and we really liked them! They were easy to work with and the customer service over the phone was great. So when our 6 month old kitten got hurt we took her here without a second thought.She was limping and you could tell something was wrong with her left knee, we weren’t sure if it was a sprain or worse. We got X-rays, as advised, and after back and forth (I understand being busy, but getting a call back from the vet was difficult on at least 2 occasions) they told us the radiologist didn’t see anything on the X-ray regarding her knee or any other part of her leg. So, we took their word for it and continued to give her the pain medication and was told it should clear up on its own if it’s a soft tissue injury. 3 weeks later and I call them back to discuss follow up because she’s still limping. The vet wants to do another X-ray, that’s almost ANOTHER $500 for something we’ve already paid for. We also had not seen the X-rays at this point. At one point my boyfriend asked if the X-ray included the ankle, thinking maybe that could be the issue and not her knee. The vet said the ankle was just outside the scope of the X-ray, totally understandable as it wasn’t the focus of the X-ray.We decided to get a second opinion before we spent more money on the same thing, they were great and sent the X-rays via email quickly. I opened the X-ray photos and CLEAR AS DAY HER KNEE CAP (patella) IS NOT WHERE ITS SUPPOSED TO BE!!! I can see this in the original X-rays from 4 weeks ago, and we didn’t get a phone call, WE had to initiate the follow up and was told you can’t see anything!!! As soon as the other vet felt her knee and saw the X-ray he diagnosed her with lateral patellar luxation, in 5 minutes! The ankle was also clearly in the X-ray.I’m completely disappointed at the follow up and the disregard for my kitten’s health. I’m not even sure if the vet actually looked at the X-ray himself, but they need to use a different radiologist. I thought we found a good vet, clearly we were wrong.

I am so glad Dr. Morgan is back in Florida and working with PetLife. She has a wealth of knowledge, is caring, patient, and has a great passion for her profession. My dogs love her and I trust her fully with their care.

I wish I knew how to remove these five stars, they represented my experience of three plus years ago... Today, Im completely blind sided and lost for words... Ive just called PetLife with some questions requiring answers, and it would appear that all the lovely staff I knew so well have gone.. Out of curiosity I looked for recent reviews and am horrified to read about whats been going on.. So very sad indeed.. I think I now need consider my options very carefully... One positive note though, I was impressed to believe that they were setting up a service to help people on low incomes, one of which is me... so, if anyone knows of any other practice offering the same low income service, perhaps you would post the information... Please again, note that the five stars are NOT applicable right now, Im so sad about all of this...

Horrible!!! The staff is un professional. Poor customer services skills. The manager and staff do not know how to speak to their customers. This is the worst place ever. Instead of staff demonstrating good customer service skills to a non satisfied customer, they instead argued back and forth with the customer. One of the girls behind the counter even wanted to physically fight the customer. I highly recommend not taking your pet to this place. Staff needs customer service skills training. Your better off taking your pet to Pet Smart. Terrible service at PetLife on Okeechobee.

I have had my dog groomed at PetLife about five times and have been very satisfied. Because of their low prices, I expect them to be busy, so I leave my cell phone number and they call me when my pup is ready. They did a great job, and the staff was very friendly and professional. I also loved the store, its a pleasure to shop there. I have also had my dog treated at the vet hospital and found the veterinarian very capable and caring. My dog has skin allergies, which has been frustrating to deal with, but they seemed to really help me get it under control. I highly recommend PetLife to all my friends, who actually drive up from Boynton and they feel its worth the ride!

I am so darn furious to have brought my dogs to this this place. When I came to have my puppy taken cared of they had suggested initially to take on a puppy package worth over $300 so I save more money and all is civered and that is it without any further explaination. Of course i ecstatic that i can save. We have called over the months and we were constantly told that my puppy is too young for rabies. No other recommendations or suggestions pertaining to vaccines or the neuter itself but all denials from them. So now that we had set up for him to be neutered again no preoperative teaching...no calls before the deadline of this puppy package or what it entails and with all the phone calls we made no documentation on their end. I was clueless. I was just assured with the many times that I have called thats its not a problem to reschedule as there were a many things going on prior to this point. Now the time has come for the procedure and they told me that the puppy package has expired and we are not getting any money back but theyll give me a discount so Ill just have to pay over $200....what the hell. With my frustrations and my disgust they didnt even budge to make me feel any better. What a shame to have a place run so poorly with poor communication to the pet owners and the fault is put on us after they were paid in full. Wow! Never bring your pets here.

Fantastic facility! Cannot say enough about the spin n span cleanness and friendly staff. I read another post with a complaining naysayer commenting about poop smell? HELLO! I did see a pen of rescue puppies!!! And rescue kitties! AND a rescue parrot! When I was there, the pups had pooped (they ARE living creatures!) and the staff was hurriedly cleaning the cage. And someone would hold it against a kind facility with a heart? Oh plu-leeze… That person is NOT a true pet lover. Or perhaps a competitor? My dogs received EXCELLENT grooming! Big dog and little dog grooming. Great, great, great. And I loved the report card marking down and letting me know exactly what had been done with each dog, and how he or she behaved… My pups have been to the best-of-the-best groomers, at a usual grooming cost of 3X to 4X the PetLife price — and yet PetLife did an absolute GREAT job, from cut, to ears and anal glands cleaned, to nails cut…and a fashionable little scarf. Love the unusual variety of exotic dog flavors, which my doggies also loved and lapped up. Have not yet tried the veterinary hospital, but I look forward to meeting and using the vet medical staff there, too.

When my cat passed away they were very sensitive to my feelings and allowed me to stay to mourn for her, the company for the urn made was beautifully made and they were very professional in everything they do, they even sent me a sympathy card from all the staff which is very different from the other vets I have gone.

This place is a rip off! Bought a puppy package. Was told use care credit now theyre saying they dont except it. Last time we use the care credit they charged us a service charge. Management does not return calls and now because my dog went over the seventh month they are refusing to honor the money that we are ready paid for her spay. We have five dogs I have used several vets and never had any problems before. The only positive is the staff is friendly but the place is run like a scam. Never once did we get a reminder call that my dogs shots where due. It was with two dogs . Three other vets weve used all would send you a postcard or a reminder call that the shots were due. Both my husband and myself work very very long hours and with all the animals we have its hard to keep track of shots. If you were going to sell puppy packages at least advise your clients when shots are due we are not veterinarians we have no idea. Will be disputing with care credit and also filling out forms with the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for the added stress. Addendum...had to bring dog back because her incision looked funny..she had her collar on the whole time...according to the Vet who performed surgery the collar she was given was too short for her snout so she must have been getting at the incision...not my fault right? Well they charged me $55 to tell me that and another $30 because I had to board her...lets not forget the NASTY MANAGER WHO CANT EVEN LOOK A CUSTOMER IN THE EYE AND HAS TO HAVE HER EMPLOYEES DO HER DIRTY WORK FOR HER..LADY YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING IN THE POSITION YOU ARE IN...IF I EVER HAD A CONVERSATION LIKE YOU DID BEHIND A CUSTOMERS BACK AND THEN COME BACK AND HAVE THE EMPLOYEE..NOT YOU SAY THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO I WOULD BE FIRED ON THE SPOT! If it werent for the fact that I have get the staples taken out from the spay I would never step foot in that place again...thanks for ripping us off..karma!!! I anticipate a nasty response from the owner, since thats how she operarates...by way..Jennifer at the front desk is the best thing that ever happened to your establishment..she belongs in a better place!

Javares is AMAZING. He is the dog whisperer. We have been trying to get Mickey cut for awhile. Mickey can be a handful sometimes especially because he is a puppy. Thankfully our baby cooperated and Javares was able to get him cut and he looks great for the holidays. We can not be more than happy with this and our last experience. Javares is very personable, cares and is honest. I am happy to recommend him to anyone with a dog!

We will never be able to save enough wonderful things about Petlife, the doctors and staff. They showed us so much compassion when we lost our beloved Lhasa Apso Cody last year and we will never be able to thank them enough for their kindness. Everyone is so upbeat and welcoming that it is a pleasure to go there whether it’s to get our dogs groomed, buy supplies or have a checkup. I live in another city and actually schedule my dog’s well visits for when I am in West Palm as I haven’t found a vet like here in Orlando. We appreciate everyone on the staff, especially Nichole and the lady from the Ukraine whose name escapes me and highly recommend them!

Went there to see there adoptive babies, I was completely mortified when I found out that the “adoption fee” was $650!!!! That’s not an adoption fee, that is a SELLERS FEE!! Also we stopped bringing our babies here because their staff is incompetent. Doctors and all.

I will never take my dog back to Petlife they all about money they are a bunch a thief I take my dog for grooming just because his hair is nats they want to charge me $85 to put him to sleep and all they have to do is to just use a scissors to cut out the hair.

Last week I brought our Sheeba here to have surgery. Everyone was very friendly! They took great care of her. The place was very nice and clean. They gave her a really cute doggie bag with dog treats in it to take home when I picked her up. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back!!!

My puppy ate something toxic and was throwing up with diarrhea so we rushed her to petlife. The nice veterinarian (sadly I can’t remember his name since I was in too much distress over my puppy) he’s a great vet I really feel like he cares about his patients. He took care of my dog with everything she needed to get better. It didn’t feel like an assembly line at banfield. He called me multiple times with updates on my puppy’s status. I was able to pick her up that same day.They didn’t overcharge me with unnecessary services although I did sign a form with an estimate which was way higher than what I actually paid. I appreciate them not doing stuff she didn’t need just to make money. This hospital resembles banfield on the outside (stay far away from banfield) but I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and the vet. The lady at the front desk was laid back and helpful. They have parrots and cats hanging out throughout the pet store and the hospital I find it’s a clever distraction for the worried pet parents :) I will consider this hospital next time I am in need of their services for sure. Keep up the great work.
