Really nice outdoor dining area. Love the fact its made with the customer in mind of a place to eat their food somewhere other than inside a store of this size. Employees are very polite and courteous, and the overall social and customer interaction is top notch. Me personally when it comes to Whole Foods food? I cannot eat anything that is associated with corrupt companies. Thats my opinion and Im not trying to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but I have my research.
Huge organic grocery store. They have farm fresh organic whole foods and also packed food. Many organic sauce, fruit, vegetables and many more.very clean place, they also have buffet to go place.cafeteria, pizza and bakery.they prices are also reasonable for what they are offering.recommended for everyone.
Everybody who is a regular at WFM knows how good it is and likes it, so I dont need to heap on the praise. That said, in spite of being a Prime member and all of Amazons good intentions, its still Whole Paycheck lol.
Unfortunately because of COVID they have converted to an Amazon packaging factory. The place designed for the dining area is now a place where they put all the Amazon orders. Is no longer a relaxing place to come an enjoy s meal or snack. Is just a generic place. So sad that this is happening. It was my favorite place to go when I was in that area.
Crowded, the parking is always a challenge. Im used to shop at 441 but I was close to this one and had to keep asking where stuff was. A nice gentleman helped me and asked me later if I found everything.
Weve always had great experience whenever we shop at Whole Food Market. Today, we had another great visiting. My husband and I were looking for a bottle of red wine, we forgot the name of the wine we had in our friends house. Paul came to us and helped us to find something else instead. He was so friendly and kind. We are really appreciated his work. Whole Food Market is the best!
Wednesday at 3pm I was trying to return an item at customer service. I waited a couple of minutes and when the employee came back she attended another customer who just arrived. When I spoke up stating that I was there first the customer (who I assume is the employees friend) was verbally attacking me almost going to physically attack me. A couple of other customers arrived who misconstrued the whole situation started verbally attacking me also. The situation was unbelievable. I couldn’t believe everyone was attacking me over me saying I was next. The employee who works at customer service is very rude.
CLEAN, FRESH, AND GOODNESS IS HOW I DESCRIBE WHOLE FOODS MARKET... YESTERDAY EVENING I GOT MY DINNER HERE... SESAME GLAZED TOFU TOFU WITH BAKED VEGETABLES FROM THE HOT BAR... FOR DESSERT KITE HILL ALMOND YOGURT....HAPPY EATING...
The grocery part is is ok…not as good as it was but ok. The prepared foods part, however, is just bad. On the hot/salad bar The avocado salad was so salty that I couldn’t finish it. But the chicken wings made up for it with an overload of sugar. The spinach salad was about an eighth wilted. The mac, ground beef casserole was greasy and almost flavorless and I threw the rest of that away too.The counter prepared foods no longer carry two of the things I mainly went for…a vegan sweet/hot chicken thing and a bean/cheese tortilla thing.I won’t bother driving all that way any longer. I kept hoping that it would get better but…oh well.
Store personnel were very helpful. Lots of shoppers guarantees product turnover and fresh food. Check out person helped me with my store code to receive promotions. Great shopping experience.
Ive been coming here for years and have always liked it here, but a few weeks ago my phone was stolen while I was shopping at this location. As an artist this devastated me as I had almost all of my new work saved primarily there. I alerted the front desk who got me in touch with a supervisor who claimed to watch the cameras, however kept claiming that he was only able to see me walk in, and wasnt able to track the rest of my trip in the store that day (which makes no sense) they kept assuring me that I had lost it, letting more and more time pass. Frustrated, I went to Verizon down the street, and asked them to locate my phone. They were unable to as someone had already taken out its SIM card and shut the phone off - all but proving that it had been in fact stolen. I returned back to the store, asking to speak to the associate who had helped me with the camera footage, and after waiting by the front desk for close to a half an hour, I filed a police report, and left my name and number for the store manager. Its been three weeks and Ive not received a single call in regards to this, not to either confirm any of the above, or dispute it. Nothing. Its hard not to imagine how many people knowingly assisted in the theft of the single most important thing that I own, and how many people unknowingly have assisted as well with the little to no acknowledgement from this store, because the customer doesnt actually matter.
I love this location. They always have the fresh vegetables, fruit and seafood I purchase. I appreciate they people are nice and will to help when you have a question or concern.
I love shopping here. Everything is organized and the selection is great. However, the last time I was there I was taken back the how rude the cashier was during the check out process. I am generally a happy person and work in public relations and like many other people out there understand the importance of good customer service. Unfortunately this particular cashier made this experience less than ideal due to lake of greeting and interaction with the customers. She acutely packed my eggs in such a manner that they broke even after I requested from her to pack them in separate bag to avoid this issue.
My mother came in to do a return. She waited for 5 minutes until an employee came to pick up a phone call instead. When she was done with the phone call the employee went ahead to help another customer who just arrived. When my mother spoke up saying that she was there first the employee and customer began to verbally attack her. Other customers began to join in until another employee intervened. The whole situation was inappropriate and misconstrued. VERY RUDE SERVICE.
I love coming here for all the craft beers I can get and for the food and the self catering section is really good
Okay, great but pricey alternative to the area supermarkets. But if one can afford it, good for you going organic. Unfair though.
The very best food A plus guy love your store
Always a pleasure to visit when Im in the area. Fresh healthy food and products here.
I always need lots of help shopping here but the store personnel never disappoint.
I just left the store and I was in the one in Wellington the night before where not only did my Prime code scan it gave me the discount on the item. Buying the same item at the one on PBL the scanner not only didnt work the girl over seeing the self checkout and the guy at the front register were so rude acting like I didnt know what I was talking when I only ever come there for the same item for years and still got the same discount the night before in a different store vi never complain but the two employees were so condescending, so I left with my money !
Great store, love the food and service., love the products BUT please please improve your personal hygiene around the hot food bar..sure will reach out to you in your specified email address. Thx
They carry a variety of items. A lot of healthy products was seen there. You can get food to buy on the inside as well. Also seem they did orders and pick up on the inside. Worth checking out.
Produce is always fresh. Clean. Friendly people. Quick and easy self checkout station.
The store has allot of great stuff and the scenery isnt too bad here either. I see a baddie every time I come 💯🤣
This is a great Whole Foods with a food court. Great selection of mushrooms and Organic vegetables. The meat and seafood department employees are awesome! Always willing to give great service. Highly recommended!
Excellent selection of food prices a little high but worth it for quantity. Also got the best Buffett anywhere excellent selection always fresh.
Recently workers have not been happy.Very BLAH!!!😞 No one says Hi. Still a good place to shop.
Very good quality and variety of products but somewhat high prices
I love the whole foods chain and visit locations all around the country frequently. This location is my least favorite by far. The excellent service and knowledge I’ve come to expect from associates is nonexistent at this store and it feels more like an Amazon delivery house than a Whole Foods.I’ll be driving the extra 10 miles to the Palm Beach Gardens location from now on
Excellent experience. Great deals too. They were handing out masks to those who didnt have them.
One of the managers (lady) not so nice but overall the cashier excellent customer service
Love Whole Foods always got something new and exciting my daughter always take me there when Im in West Palm Beach see you next time West Palm Beach Whole Food
Has become my favorite grocery store.
This whole foods is pretty good, nice, not too big, a good flow of traffic into and out of aisles.
What a wonderful store to shop or browse, if youve never been there before. This chain sells Organic foods with a great Produce selection. I went to this store because they have Amazon hub lockers, and I was picking up a package. I was so caught up by the many offerings they have, I almost got lost😊 Handmade soaps, and open buffet of condiments, a fishmonger with fresh and frozen foods trout, shrimp, oysters. Turkey, chicken duck( my fav) a Butcher is on deck. They Dry age their own steaks (They are delicious) cheeses nuts, dried fruits, Vegan...you name it Im sure they have it, or can order it. You will not be disappointed. Self check-out is another added bonus. Come visit your Whole Foods Market.
I love their hot food options - huge variety!
Patrons bring dogs into this Whole Foods not service dogs - a food bar is open The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the governmental body that creates the regulations guiding restaurants in the U.S., currently prohibits animals in food service establishments (with the exception of service dogs that help people with disabilities).
Very clean, well stocked, the employees are helpful and friendly. They offer liquid hand sanitizer and sanitary wipes at the door. There is also ALWAYS someone at the door wiping down the carts
Way too expensive. You can buy same organic products in Harris Teeter, Publix, Costco for cheaper. Love their organic apple juice in a gallon glass jar.
A bit smaller location. Had most of what I was looking for. Hope they open a location in Jupiter.
Service and atmosphere was great! Beautiful spot!
Everything is fresh. Enjoyed the food selections
Flew in from Florida stopped in at the dependable whole food.
I used to be a daily shopper to Whole Foods and I love all the friendly Whole Foods staff that each gave excellent customer service skills but unfortunately I’m going to have to look for a different organic vendor. Ever since they offered grocery delivery, the Amazon workers flood the aisles with multiple carts in tow for a single person barely allowing you to walk through while giving you “looks”, then they drag 2-5 carts into (an already crammed) parking lot to block multiple parking spaces or in the middle of the road as they are loading their vehicles. Of course they don’t park in the back where there’s tons of room to space out but instead they park in the very front where’s there’s tons of opportunities to block cars and pedestrian traffic nor do they ever bother to put the carts back.
I was not impressed with the food. Pew
My happy place. not as expensive as before amazon got involved.
Its okay kind of overpriced
Great, fun, unique ... wholesome foods!! Oh ya, plus regular stuff too :)
Before pandemia amd amazon was a blastNow costumer service and management is just like any publix
This whole food is awesome and Im coming all the way from Davie near Fort Lauderdale. It is so neat, clean and the staff are very helpful. Everything is organized and detailed.
The place was well cleaned, the vegetables were excellent, the staff were very polite and friendly. I will recommend it to everyone.
Love to get my groceries from them.
1st time going to this location. 2nd time going to Whole Foods in general. Love it! I dont know why I get excited being in there. Guess the many choices. From the entrance was greeted nicely and offered a mask. Since I forgot mines when I got in the rental car to drive over. Definitely recommend and will go again.
Only good thing is the employees. Always willing to help.
My whole foods app would not load my member scan code. The cashier entered a code for a discount but my account was not credited for my visit.
Terrible shopping experience today. Way too many Amazon orders where workers are trying to find the products for their orders and Completely blocking aisles. A food amount of them look lost..Completely ruins the shopping experience. They should have a separate warehouse area where workers fill Amazon whole food orders and not where people shop. Other regular shoppers were irriated too. Whole foods needs to come up with a balanced solution or forget about having a store open to public. Hopefully Palm beach Gardens Store is not like this or I will solely have to rely on Trader Joes and Costco for my shopping needs/experience.
Today there was a young woman with blue eye makeup, working at customer service, she was abrupt, cold, and sharp towards me! I hate going to this location!
After constantly seeing this team member stand out with his good, positive energy.. I couldn’t help but write a review for him. I have owed him this review for sometime and I apologize for not saying something sooner. Multiple times I have noticed him immediately start helping in random situations that come up as needs; even as simple as him jumping in to bag groceries. Great, contagious energy that a lot of the team at Whole Foods displays- I just would like to highlight Jesus for his consistent example of great customer service and entrepreneurial spirit.
I am a former lead Chef of Whole Foods Salad bar Lake Victoria Drive in Palm Beach Gardens. Whole Foods is your one stop shop for whole foods founders John Mackey and Renee Lawrence Harder expanded from Austin Texas and captured the industry of natural foods no hormones or antibiotics with the poultry products and sustainability of farmers and farming buying local produce and specialty items of the region. The core values and mission statement have remained and the growth is not advertised or generated with media or any advertisement because their core values reached beyond paying a firm to represent what only could be achieved with passion. Yes they are in business to make money, but it wasnt money that inspired the business. I was able to take my children to EPCOT because as an employee customer service was valued and rewarded. Customer interaction was necessary. I invited my daughters class from Northboro Elementary Montessori Magnet School with management and school principal permission on a tour. It was insightful and educational explaining what the Whole Foods mission encompasses. Natural and organic. Natural is real and organic raises the marketing cost. Whole Foods is not a grocery store, its a culinary shopping treasure hunt. I was blessed they picked mel for the opportunity to go to what I loved,; not to work. It was never a job it was my pleasure.
Another amazing shopping experience with huge options and friendly staff..
Took near an hour to fully complete my transaction. My card got frozen because they charged and refunded the card so many times in a few minutes
Great store..prepared food to go is great..lunch or dinner take a way!!
It was full house as it was Thanksgiving day but employees were very courteous and helful with me and everyone as I noticed when I was doing my shopping. Store was organized and clean. I was able to find everything I went for.
Love this whole foods! Everyone Is so nice! The products are amazing! Such a great experience. Blows the palm beach gardens one out of the water BIG TIME!
I love all whole foods even though they are all a good drive away, its worth the drive...
Clean, organized, and the fresh made food looked great.
Store was clean, well stocked and had everything I needed for my holiday meal. Even some extras! Enjoyed my shopping experience.
Fire hazard! Both the south (deli) and southeast (cafe) doors were chained off. Employees flowed freely while customers could only use one door for both entry and exit. That is a fire hazard anytime and worse during a pandemic.
Great store for the homeless people
My favorite flower spot!!!
Meat selection still very poor, 0 options for Halal or kosher meats, it seems that they don’t cater for Jewish or Muslim community. Fish is overpriced and low quality you can buy the same fish for 1/3 the price at restaurant depot . Fruits are ok, veggies overpriced $4 for 1 avocado non organic .Buffet is mediocre foot has no flavor no spices ..same stuff over and over, they can use a real Chef instead of Amateurs cooking in the back .Pizza really suck ...juice bar is gone now it’s ready stuff not the same quality like the old days when they fresh squeeze the apples and ginger in front of you .
Very clean store, really enjoyed my shopping experience.
As always good
Always great to find a Whole Foods in the area with their fresh fruit, healthy lunch options and friendly staff. Consistently a great market with lots of fresh and frozen food. This one is in an outlet strip mall, but a welcomed find for us.
Consistently the best fruit and vegetables in the area, and theyre rarely out of anything.
I think amazon killed this location thanks Jeff...lol The fresh produce has gotten a little cheaper. But the quality went down. Ive been walking from my home to this location for 3 years twice a week now and there are more amazon workers walking around filling orders than actual customers And that started before the Covid. 🧐 Just miss the old days, Only the fun and healthy walking and sipping beer while we shopI guess Ill give Trader Joes a chance
Just had a nice lunch at Whole Foods
I love the fresh vegetables and fresh seafood. 5 Star quality, and the staff members are just so polite and friendly.
Its whole foods; the selection seems small here relative to other WF stores.
Always good!!! Hot food bar has also reopened!!! They are also very careful. ..they supply sanitizer and gloves!
Always a big variety of things.
Love shopping here especially their fresh food!
I can always find what I want and also something different to try. It can be pricey but most of the time worth it!
Great find with reasonable prices
Disappointed Loyal Customer! For years now as a local floral vendor I have been counting on Whole Foods for certain needs. The staff as always been accurate and on point with their order information. I contacted the store on last week in reference to flowers and was told that they would have what I needed and then they would also be ordering more. To my surprise there was nothing in the store. I have been checking the store through the time of the pandemic and I have to say I am extremely disappointed! It is simple amazing that places like Sam’s Club has flowers and my local Whole Foods can not seem to find any especially for a big Flower Holiday like Mother’s Day! I must say this has placed such a sour taste in my mouth and I will search now for other avenues to spend my money. This is absolutely disheartening.
Highly busy w/ delivery people. I try to avoid going and wait until I have $35 of need so I can have everything delivered. Its not worth going in person and fighting with an Instacart shopper over the last peanut butter.
