This is my go to spot for picking up lunches for the week. At $7 a meal you can’t beat the price for the high quality of food. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable healthy meal at a good price. The sweet potato crusted chicken with coconut rice is by far my favorite. The flavor is always on point. Highly recommended.

Good food, but unfortunately very poor customer service. I signed up with Ideal nutrition, as I lead an extremely busy lifestyle, and need the convenience of prepared meals. After ordering about 40 weeks worth of meals, I reached out for some assistance. Leaving on a business trip, I asked Ideal to make a note on my account as to which weeks I will need my meals paused. Short story version… this request was a bit of an inconvenience for their customer support, and it was made clear that this would only be a “one time thing”. It was… I just cancelled my service. There are so many other great meal prep choices out there.

My daughter introduced me to this service…I love it! Food is great. Price is good. No fun cooking for one and so easy to microwave From frozen…4 minutes!

The food is very good and fresh. It tastes nice and isn’t overly salty. I like how each box lists the ingredients and they are all whole foods. The food heats well in both the microwave and oven. Love it!

I travel quite a bit to Palm beach in the winter for work. I noticed their store front and decided to try some of their foods, I am now addicted! I am trying to stay under a certain amount of calories daily and this makes it so easy, no more guessing how many cals Im consuming at restaurants. Protein breakfast burrito is so good as well as all the other meals Ive tried.

1st time in today and we have been doing our own meal prep. This was a welcome change and they had so much variety in their refrigerators. Will need to use the delivery service moving forward because its a 45 minute drive from parkland but that should be even better. Meals were also very affordable.

Absolute great deal for what you’re getting. Food is good, fresh, and great variety, great price. Can’t say more good things. Only complaint was that when i order online it only gives me dates far away to pick up because i live close, and the green beans in all of the meals are extremely underdone, to my taste. but other than that, i’d highly recommend this to anyone with a busy life like myself

Ive been eating this companys food for almost a week now and am thrilled with the service I have been receiving. Michelle Suarez has been fantastic in taking care of my needs and concerns. She was professional, courteous, quick, empathetic, and most importantly understanding of my current position. She helped me to find the best solutions to my issue and helped to answer additional questions I had on the service offered by this company. She is a credit to this company and I am very glad to have received help from her!

I love this service! It has made my work week easier, I look forward to my Mondays because I know I am receiving my meals. I have recommended it to so many people! It also makes staying healthy and on track much easier than trying to cook and do things myself!

I am a frequent customer of theirs and I enjoy their food mostly. The issue that I have is the amount of plastic they use for their containers and them not having the option to recycle those containers. They use a massive amount of plastic . I’ve made many recommendations to them about changing the plastic to paper or to add a plastic recycling bin for recycling. If they make these changes I will change my review to five stars

Thank you ideal nutrition for giving me time back in my week. Knowing nutritious meals are coming reduces my meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking and cleanup time. As a working mom this is an incredible gift. Give them a shot you won’t be disappointed. Great food but please bring back the Chicken Tenders with Mac and Cheese. These were super popular and 90% of my cart every week. Is there an expected date on when these will return?

I definitely recommend this place for healthy meals. Its actually more like a store than a restaurant but the food tastes great. Its very healthy and all you have to do is put it in the microwave

We started our meals this weekend and so far everything is delicious and perfectly portioned. Ordering was super easy in the website, we were able to choose our meals and we received a text message when our meals were delivered. It’s so nice not having to meal plan, shop, cook and clean! We just throw the food up and eat! Highly recommend this service!

EDIT (09/08/2021): A rep has reached out and has made a very great job trying to resolve the issue. My wife and I do really enjoy the meals and are considering picking up the meals if we re join. The current rep I’m speaking with, JP, took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. The experience my family had prior in the week does not seem entirely indicative of how the overall customer service is. My wife and I would recommend this service knowing there is pick up; if you have time to wait for delivery then it is also a great option. Will update again if we rejoin, and the experience of picking up meals over delivery.09/05/2012 Although the meals are very tasty and portioned well, the customer service is not the best when it comes to delivery. You cannot schedule a delivery or ask what your eta is. I was told to chat with Custome Service on day of delivery to inquire about delivery time. This morning (1030am) was told to contact back after 12pm for accurate timing. When contacted around 3pm, no one had an idea of when it would arrive, just between 8am and 8pm. I told them I could not wait 12 hours for food to be dropped off, especially if no one is home the food will sit in the sun for hours. The rep told me their bags can last for 4 hours in the sun and would only give a partial refund if damaged. On several deliveries I have had bags that didn’t even zipper closed, let alone last in south Florida heat for 4 hours. I explained that if I couldn’t get accurate delivery times I’d like to cancel. After the plan was cancelled, the rep asked me to stay in chat so they could locate the driver and give me an eta. Why do I need to cancel to finally get an eta??? The rep then said it could be another 2+ hours to get my food delivered.It was like pulling teeth to figure out where my $200 went. Very poor communication, lack of logistical awareness, and a general disregard for their customers time. The wife and I are looking for other meal prep options currently

I really wanted to like this place and was so excited to give them a chance. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the taste or quality of the food. I tried four different meals and none of them blew me away. Their chicken parmigiana meal literally tasted like a frozen TV dinner... it was a really sad meal. Their rice, beans & pulled pork meal to start off 3/4 of the container was just rice. Then they sprinkled on a few beans that tasted like they just opened the can and dumped some in. Absolutely no flavor. I will say the ordering process and pick up was extremely efficient and I really liked that you didn’t need a subscription.

I’ve been an Ideal Nutrition subscriber since February, and I love it! The meals are always delicious and fresh. The website is great and very easy to navigate. The staff is always friendly and helpful including the drivers. They make it easy to track calories/macros the meals are even in the MyFitnessPal database. You can with ease pause your subscription for a period of time if you’re out of town or something like that which is great! Just recently I received a discount on my upcoming order “just because” which is really just the cherry on top. So if you’re looking for a meal prep service that delivers right to your door this is the way to go!

My husband and I have been loyal customers for a few years now! The convenience and quality of the meals is second to none! I love this place. The food is delicious and the customer service is great. This place has helped me lose weight and lower my stress levels significantly. I lose weight because I’m able to eat delicious low calorie food. The items are labeled so I can easily count my calories too. Also, I barely do dishes! That’s my favorite part.

Listen i am latin and know flavor, Ideal Nutrition has good, flavorful food. My other half is very picky, hes the one who orders it and he loved it. It does not upset our tummies and the portions are good. The ONLY THING we dont like is they only change out 6 new items per week and other than that they keep the same exact meals on rotation, so its not enough variety, for that reason we removed 1 star, if they can switch up the meals more often and not keep such a stagnant meal lineup i think they would be even better. The food is fresh and home cooked tasting but after the 2nd or 3rd week i am done and off the plan again because its too repetitive having the same meals over and over again. The quality is good mostly, but i did notice on their BBQ dishes Sweet Baby Rays sauce is used in their ingredients list and that i dont like, but then again for their low prices i guess they cannot make BBQ sauce from scratch. I guess we cant have it all. Prices are amazing for the portion sizes and their pulled chicken with onions, white rice and sweet plantains is my favorite meal, thats the ONLY one i could eat every week with no problem. I mean if they had more variety this place would have 5 stars. customer service is very good. deliveries on time and arrive very cold with a lot of ice packs but i do agree they use a lot of unnecessary plastic bags in the cooler bags but i like that the food wont spill in the main cooler bag since they do that but still too much plastic. Keep up the good work but for the love of god please, please change up the weekly menu more! and less plastic bags =)

Wow! Just wow! I live in hotels and travel for work. Ideal nutrition was a block away and decided to give them a try. I was willing to sacrifice taste for healthy but there was no sacrifice at all. I work in the Palm Beach area one week every month and I wish I found out about Ideal Nutrition sooner! I stay in hotels every time I work on the east coast and normally have fast food as my primary option when traveling but not anymore. I have been ordering from Ideal Nutrition for 3 weeks and I absolutely love it! The food is fresh - not frozen which is a huge plus in our home! Its super convenient to order and its delivered for free to our door once a week! The packaging is simple and heating instructions very easy to follow... if you dont eat it in time they have freeze by dates so you dont have to waste your food. My fave part - super easy to track my macros! 10/10 recommend using them for your meals!

I needed to write about my experience the other day. I love the food, but after having an issue with my account (probably my fault) my delivery was not made when I was expecting it to. I called in and let customer service know about the issue. Within minutes Chad quickly fixed the situation, and delivered my food personally! He even gave me a t-shirt! Deliveries are on Sunday’s in Greenacres. Food is actually really good, taste better than they look. After trying 4 other meal delivery services in the area, I stick with Ideal Nutrition because the meals are fresher and of a higher quality than any of the others. I can’t say there was a single meal I didn’t like and I tried a majority of their options! I even started ordering for client lunches at work & my boyfriend now has his own weekly order.The BBQ, the chicken and plantains, chimchurri steak, the breakfast dishes- I could honestly name them all. My meals were delivered right to my doorstep, as advertised, on time! And were fresh and delicious looking AND tasting! I couldn’t be happier to eat meals from ideal nutrition. They really do take the guess work out of nutrition!!!!
