As always excellent customer service from parking lot the deli the bakery always! No complaints cost me two hundred bucks but I enjoyed every minute the three hours it took me to shop Im a slow shopper but all in all couldnt complain thats why I go out of my way to go to that Publix exclusively even though I live by the one by Blue Heron

This is huge supermarket with all your daily house hold and grocery requirements.they have different departments for easy accessibility.the quality of raw food is good,vegetables are fresh.they have good collection of all required daily goods.it’s like one stop place for all your daily needs.

I enjoy the deli the sandwiches and salads were especially good. The fruit section is always fresh although a bit expensive the sushi is excellent. Some of the best homemade soups in the area

Publix is pricey. But they have an excellent selection. Pre-made meals are excellent. Heat up the oven and you have a great meal. I walked there fom the apartment. 15/20 minutes each way. Exercise and food!

Pretty nice Publix, the parking lot is usually clean and no carts blocking parking spots. Unlike Walmart the carts are nice (not bent up, with a crazy bumpy, swirling wheel, steering more left or right) and if im not mistaken the employees that collect the carts, disinfectant the handles before putting them out for customs. The employees seem genuinely friendly and helpful. Im here this morning at 8:00am and luckily its not busy. I have anxiety. & unlike some places, everyone inside wears their mask like they should (except some children). & they stay stocked for the most part, I can always find what Im looking for. The pharmacy here is adequate, they get their job done fast and efficiently. Also the bakery has nice employees that help you, and make delicious.Just about all publix are nice like this one i go to many different publix in my area and like this one it pretty darn 👌

Nicen clean store. No empanadas at the bakery. Ive got a 100% whole wheat bread freshly baked. Its great except having so much sugar that basically its a cake. No unsweetened pastry at the bakery.

Got vaccinated with the J&J single dose vaccine here at the pharmacy. The experience was super easy, the pharmacy technician was gentle with administering the injection and very helpful and understanding when it came to informing me of any concerns or questions I had. I had a slightly sore arm for the 1st day but literally no other symptoms after getting the shot. If ur hesitating on whether or not to get the vaccine, schedule an appointment with them and they will absolutely give you the proper information which will allow you to make an informed decision! I recommend getting it tho because its safe, effective and a way to keep everyone around us to also be happy and live longer, healthy lives.

Theres not much to say, they have all of the usual things, its clean, and its in a wealthy area so the produce is good. I took one star off because the employees are less friendly and conversational than one would expect at a Publix. They arent rude by any means, but they dont engage in friendly banter.

Liked the size of the store. Reminds me of the Publix in my home state. Store was clean, isles were wide enough to shop comfortably. Found everything that I needed except the Canada Dry Blackberry Gingerales.

Pharmacy Manager Vandana Bulsara is very rude and discussing my issue with the employees out loud. The fact that I have to feel uncomfortable coming in here after being over charged for a prescription is ridiculous. I stopped coming here before because of the horrible service I received. The only reason I am back here is to get a refund. I didn’t know it would turn into a discussion topic out loud where customers can hear, including myself.

Places a order for a chicken platter, thought it was placed at this location but it wasnt, none the less the deli manger jumped in and fiĺled the order forme, whiched saved my nephews birthday party and my life and won a forever client....Thanks Publix for being a Awsome store with Outstanding Workers who provides Oustanding Work and Best of all something thats hard to find these days Outstandging Custome Service...Kudos to You All😘

Needs improvements ASAP.Deli: they only carry Tavern Ham. Boars Head has a ton of better ham choices.Grab ‘n Go: stale sandwiches and salads.Bakery: same bread, week after week. Little variety.Seafood: there is a lady there who acts like “the soup nazi” from Seinfeld.Meat: have had to throw away ribeye steaks twice because of the stench.PRICE GOUGING: WPB has a water problem right now with toxins in the water. Went there this morning and their price on the 24-pack of Zephyrhills was over $1.00 more than Whole Foods.

They were very busy today around 3:30-4:30pm. They only had two cashiers open that were for more than 10 items. The baggers need more training. Not just today but every time I go there’s a problem. I make a point to put all my cold items in front and tell them to put them in the insulated Publix green bags. It’s 86’ degrees Today. I had to tell him 3 times and he still put cold items in the non-insulated bags that I pre-sorted. After correcting him 3 times I gave up. He’s asking me where to put the bottled water while I’m trying to check out and the card machine froze up. It’s basic bagging. Put the water on the bottom of the cart of it doesn’t fit. They should know that when a customer is trying to pay and re-enter their card they need to concentrate on that. Being asked where to put all of the groceries in the cart is not a “pleasure”. It’s not rocket science. Also he put a bottle of wine in a short side pocket of one of my bags and it almost fell out in the parking lot. I gave 3 stars because the employees that were stocking in the aisles while I was shopping were very pleasant. My cashier was very friendly also.

Terrible store. Extremely rude unknowledgeable staff. Not up to Publix standards what so ever. Pharmacy is clueless and the customer service desk is just plain rude employees. Would not recommend.

Long wait for my appointment, the cashier was very nice. Quite unusual to see so many employees preoccupied with their phones while working at publix. They usually recognize your presence by saying hello.

I’m getting so fed up with Publix lately! I ordered online a sub at 7:40 it said the earliest time it’ll be ready is 8:15 PM I got to the store at 7:55 looked for my subs they weren’t ready I said fine I’ll grab the rest of my groceries at 8:15 I’m back at the deli counter asking them for my sub and they didn’t even start it let alone grab the tickets from the ticket printer. Then there’s four people running around cleaning the deli one person working on subs. And I leave at 8:37pm waited an extra 22 mins to watch them make my subs a after the time I was supposed to “conveniently ““ pick it up

Worst Publix deli I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I used to shop at this store weekly and in the past two years have dramatically reduced my trips here to only a couple times a month for items either I can’t find elsewhere or if I am already in the plaza for something else and only need a couple items. The deli at this location is a joke. They are rude, do not clean equipment between slicing different meats/cheeses (often find remnants of seasonings from items previously sliced on what I ordered), are too busy chatting with each other to listen to what you are ordering or how you’d like it sliced, and you’ll often find many employees behind the counter seemingly avoiding the huge line of customers that is ever present. I stopped in a couple days ago for a pound of American cheese after having an appointment elsewhere in that plaza and was handed 1.24 lbs of cheese that had been MANGLED to the point that slices were facing in every which direction, breaking off all the edges, effectively ruining the cheese for normal use. I handed it back showing the clerk that the slices were all messed up and not actual slices throughout at least half the oversized bag and she took a few out and added new ones to replace them on one side then handed it back. I’d have stopped to complain to a manager if I thought it’d do any good but judging by the service I’ve witnessed at this location over the past couple of years, I doubted my complaint would make any difference at all. Maybe someone at corporate will see this review and realize the issues at this location are repetitive and obviously not being addressed by management.

Very clean, nice employees. Woman online had issues with Food Stamps. instead of closing lane down, we stood there until we realized what was wrong. Cashiers could gave said something and gave us a Choice if we want to wait, instead of us waiting and fggg finding out what was wrong on our own.

Worst place in the State of Florida to get a COVID vaccine. They keep you waiting while they play on their computer. They were not ready for me even though I had an appointment. They explain nothing to you. I wonder how much the governor was bribed to give the state contract to Publix.

I always find bizarre behavior happening here (whether it’s the employees or patrons). I try to my best to go only if I absolutely need to.

This is generally our go-to Publix, but I had a cashier named Chloe recently and she was the absolute sweetest. She made my shopping experience much more enjoyable because of her friendly attitude. I just want her to gain some recognition that I believe she deserves.

Shopped here as long as I can remember, since at least 93. Courteous and helpful staff, fresh inventory and wide variety, this remains one of my favorite places to shop.

I recently just moved in the neighborhood, and I can honestly say that my experience at this Publix was completely bazaar. The cashier named Karen was very rude towards me. I was purchasing a bottle of wine & she asked to see my ID. I hand it to her & she stated, “This do not look like you.” And continue to question me. I felt very uncomfortable. She continued to interrogate me like she was a police officer. This is very inappropriate and I will no longer be shopping there anymore. Please do better. This isn’t great customer service at all. I’m very disappointed.

Though this store is extremely busy, it is well stocked, clean and customer service is up to par. I enjoy shopping at this location.
