A place that has a variety of products and with good prices

The worse experience ever lines are horrible I hate coming here to shop especially on Saturdays need MORE EMPLOYEES IN REGISTERS!!! Never have anyone to help went to gardens to try to pay some where else and no one was there, was empty poor lack of employees and would be nice to try to have more employees at the registers it took me 2 hours to be checked out that’s Insane think I will be going to target from now on they have more employees at registers only 3 registers open the rest are closed

I came to Walmart right off of working a 12-hour shift at the hospital in the West Palm Beach area. The only thing I wanted to do was get a pregnancy test to see if my fertility treatments were working and go home. I asked four different employees if they had access to the pharmacy counter that was locked up. They said for me to find somebody with a walkie-talkie. One lady instructed me to stay put. Shed get the manager. After standing there for 26 minutes and seeing the lady hold two different conversations I went to the front of the store. I asked the gentleman at the front counter working the self-checkout isles if he could page a manager for me. He said he didnt have a walkie talkie, to go to customer service. I go there only to be told by management that I would have to wait yet again. At this point I left. Walmart as always excelled at treating their customer poorly.

Pleasant surprise! This Walmart was nicer than the one in Lake Park/Congress. Lots of employees to ask questions if we couldnt find things. Low stock in some areas of the food section but employees were trying to keep up

Seems a little to ghetto for me, lines were long, refrigerated merchandise hanging around in different sections from where they are supposed to be. At checkout you have a Police officer circling around makes me feel as if this Walmart has a lot of thefts or problems with shoppers. Got what I needed and left ASAP!!

Well mix opinions on the staff,a few good a few really bad, went to customer services and they have some items over there of my interest and I bend a little bit to see better and one employee almost screaming said you have to bend that much forward? I was like what? And then, like 2 days after that incident one employee was getting me a few items and the same employee scream: remember only 3 per customer, I was like again???? so train your staff better and dont make this arguments in front of the customers,next time, I will report that employee,about the others, very good so far

Grocery pickup employees are amazing, friendly and upbeat! The store itself is pretty standard for a Walmart. Would be nice if they stocked more international foods such as British, but not the end of the world. Only advice for groceries would be to order online as the checkout lines for 20+ products can be a joke and you can be stood waiting to checkout for over an hour.

It was a good experience that the gentleman at the self-checkout knew what to do with no hesitation. They are getting better especially with todays Times thank you to everybody at Walmart and God bless

Never again. They were out if most things I wanted, the store was disorganized, and everything was very difficult to find. The employees were friendly enough. Lines 11, 12, and 13 were the only cashier lines open. We were waiting back to the fitting rooms of the clothes aisles. The self checkouts were open but the lines had about 50 people in each of them. After 40 minutes of waiting in line, I had to leave and just leave my stuff there, because I had somewhere to be. I needed to exchange an item too, but there was only one employee and 9 people in line at customer service too.

Curbside Pickup is fast. They have a number to call but they typically come to the car before you can get a hold of someone. Always friendly and courteous. Love picking up orders at Walmart!

Location is great. Shelves are usually well stocked.The non-profit I work for does a lot of shopping there, I do some of it on occasion.I recently (7/16/21, at 9:48 am) went to purchase one item and went to the self checkout. When I arrived the woman overseeing the area was sitting down and not paying any attention to what was happening in that area. I told her that I had a non-profit card. Without looking, she kept on looking at her phone or something, and grunted I needed to go to a regular register. I have no problem doing that but not when an employee is so rude and lazy and isnt willing to politely assist a customer who pays her salary! I wish I had gotten her name.I also wish I had gotten the name of the woman at the register who actually checked me out. She was terrific, the 100% total opposite of the other employee I had just dealt with.

This Walmart has absolutely poor customer service. I went to the sporting goods section for a fishing license and asked multiple employees to help me and no one came for 30 mins so I left

I am not a big Walmart shopper but I had clothes to return so I stopped there today. And because its been over 90 days I got $4 each for two pairs of $17 work pants and they had my receipt on file with the price I paid. I work alot and havent had time to return them. I expected a store credit not the clearance price. Very disappointed!I then went into the bakery and picked up a small package of corn bread loafs. They were made in the bakery there and were sealed with the price sticker. Inside the package was a mosquito just flying around! I brought it to the worker who then apologized!Never again! Publix only for me!

Every time I come for money services they always say it down but every other register terminal is up. Management will say that it hasn’t been checked in over a hour but refuse to check to see if it’s back up. The general manager needs to step in because at this point it seems like they don’t want to do it for whatever reason. Also I have seen where they do money services out of customer service. Why not in this case? Just poor management

Like everything else some visits are better than others but in general it is a good store with friendly associates,the best thing about this store is the service at the money center,specially from hiedi ! She is the fastest, friendliest and expeditious associate in that department and makes the visit a pleasure to do business

This is the worst experience ever. This Walmart needs to step up. I pressed the red button for help because I needed someone to open up a case for me. I waited for 15 minutes and in that 15 minutes I probably pressed that button at least 10 times. I didn’t want to wait anymore so I went to customer service and had someone there call for help. I then went back and waited another 10 minutes then left. I was not waiting anymore for no one to show up. Why have ur stuff in cases if u don’t even have anyone who comes to help. I even asked Walmart employees if they could possibly find the person to open the case up for me. They just pressed the red help button then kept walking. RUDE.

They should not do pick up at the store it is completely floor and no one wants to help you. I talk to multiple team leads and also store manager and both did not help. It was over 20 people in the pick up area waiting over two hours - a whole day!!! Everybody’s at told them that their items were ready for pick up but once there they call number for pick up no one answers and when employees come out with one order an hour they do not address customers to let them know what the status is on their pick up. Walmart needs a better system on when customers check in to pick up their items where they can get it at a reasonable time. What I am really upset with is that no one wanted to help. Walmart please he’ll store number 4446 in West Palm Beach so that they can help their customers in a more efficient way. Thanks

I like that this Walmart is cleaner than the other one. I feel that this Walmart is a great part our community. The location on 45th st makes it convenient to shop there on my way to work in the mornings, or later after work on my way home. The staff are attentive and kind. The photo center did a great job processing some photos for my business. Will be back

Always friendly staff, especially when I cannot find something, Thank gosh, 90% Of the workers help me find it, Clean environment, Lines are pretty fast and smiles.

Man I walked into a grocery shoppers dream store. Shelves stocked, no employees blocking the isles. Floors clean no trash on the floors or dirty shelves. I was very impressed by the look. Now if they just open some lanes other than the self check out for all the pregnant women and elderly who dont need to be standing for 45 minutes because there are only two lanes open and self checkout is around the corner. Keep up the great appearance Walmart.

I enjoy coming to this Walmart on 45th street they sometimes carry a larger variety of EVERYTHING!🤗 This item is a toy from this Walmart called Adventure Force 40 pieces Farm Animals bucket is the best family example set I have EVER seen. It has the Dad, Mom, and baby animals along with a variety of other farm animals that you would find on a typical farm. Its layout is so simple yet functionally organized as family. Great toy for under $10! My child LOVES IT!

I was at Walmart Wednesday and I was there from 5:00 I think from five up until almost 9:00 and he was just only one cashier there are 45th Street Walmart thats a shame yall need to have no people because that was the same as all the peoples in last stand and waiting and waiting and waiting Im so tired I couldnt rest all night my groceries had them the food that I had in the brother had done with no air going on now I stayed in the last a little everything I had had done this before it just was a hot mess thank you and I hope I dont get sick from knowing that food I took out there yesterday Wednesday because everything was melted and it was hot in there have a great day God bless you be safe thanks for listening to the comment

I found most of what I wanted. There were only 2 cashiers. The lines for them and self checkout were ridiculously long.

After an 1hr for a team leader to look in camera if I did purchased something there I guess Walmart in 45th street need to hired a better knowledgeable team leader and a loose prevention as well a team leader name Carolina went judge me wrong came with a kind and knowledgeable police officer like I was stolen stuff there everything’s was written black in white in my receipt with a correct item# I was a team leader shipping and receiving also inventory contrôler after spoke to the police officer went back again look in the camera I was right what can share to corolina team lead if you have issue with kind of people like me public job not belong to you get a office job that’s mean you won’t deal with people like me anymore we all deserve same treatment same respect I hope you get a better job that fit your dreams corolina thanks for what you have leaned me today dear may God protect and save you

The grocery pick-up here is a complete joke. I received a text at 8:45am that my order was ready for pickup. I arrived at approximately 9:10am and checked in. My order was not brought to my car until 9:57am. It would have been quicker to shop myself.

Tired of all Walmarts. 1st thing that happens to you when you walk in? You get a rickety old rusty shopping cart that looks like it was pulled out of a roadside trench that doesnt roll. This is a multi billion dollar company? I know why. They dont buy new shopping carts, ever. Sad. I go to Target simply because their shopping carts roll like a Lexus. Why do I go to Walmart. Sometimes I have to. Just like a root canal.Edit: Like a week after I wrote this... they got a ton of new carts at this location...Ill give em 1 more star 🌟

This is the worst Walmart. They are always out of stock of items. I always end up going to another further Walmart for better service and items. Even curve side pick up is a horrible. I schedule my pick up, they are delayed and to top it by the time I’m able to go they are closed. In addition, they say they don’t have an item only because they didn’t want to retrieve it. Horrible, horrible.

Its bigger than the Walmart I usually go to and sells some different brands. But a view of those items I always buy they did not have.

You have to walk 🚶‍♂️all around the store to get help locating a product you need. Otherwise, its a very good shopping 🛍 store.

This place is incredibly unprofessional. The person doing my delivery parked in front of my house and simply sat there chatting on their phone for what seems like a good 45 minutes. They knocked on my door eventually but gave me an attitude the moment I opened the door. Obviously they didnt want to be working that day. I called them out on it and just ask them to finish the delivery. They just left and cancelled my order. When I called in to complain the person I spoke with completely turned me away saying we cancelled and order was returned. So basically all you need is an unhappy minimum wage worker to have a bad day to have them waste your time, spoil food while they chat on their phone and cancel your order. Customer service was no help at all. This person will just do it again when their attitude rubs someone the wrong way and he feels like showing off and taking the persons food away. I am not in any dire need at this time, but I bet you anything they have done this to some old couple or someone who absolutely needs the services. I just had to point this out in hopes that it doesnt happen to someone else in the future.

Huge store. Full of stock. The store is divided from outside like market and pharmacy, home and living and so on. The scan and go is always accessible with an assistant. Store supervisor always are around to check the stock and add as needed.

Do not go to this Walmart location for ANY money service needs... MoneyGram, Western Union, etc.They will consistently screw up your situation whatever it may be.

I give it a three stars because the reason I went in this store(rolling my eyes to the back of my head!) To return two items I ordered online. The madam that helped me was very cheerful, like if she was glad to be working for Wal-Mart (shockley surprised). Because of her attitude and explaining the process of my online refund and super willing to do her job with happiness, she made it possible to rate it at 3 Stars. I do mean this and I apologize I HATE shopping at ALL Walmart, it lost its touch compared to when they first started.

The lady at the customer service her name is Catalina, she looks like one of the ass’t manager. Big attitude, not friendly, she looks so miserable behind the register and hating her job. Why Walmart will keep theses types of employees who hurt your brand and your business. Shopping at Target from now on.

Customer service is terrible I had a return and they made it so difficult. Plus the people in the lines were complaining, very ghetto with entitled big mouthed women. Feels unsafe as well . Also they dont process your credit card returns timely . I had to file a dispute. Lots of lazy workers Will go to a different one

The store has hardworking and friendly cashiers that provide excellent service whenever I checkout. The store itself is well maintained but has certain sections that often are disorganized.

So I drove 30min to the location that have it in-stock but only to find out they are not honor their price listed at walmart.com. Really unhappy with walmart systems. The listed on walmart.com for discount price of $9. Come to the store price is $42 .

It was good i guess .didnt have the beer I wanted and the lines were not long but few customers with hundreds if things.The lady at the register looked worn out and didnt notice i was trying to buy beer and probably didnt care.anyways i tried to cheer her up if she was feeling down and it kinda worked.I appreciate all they do to get us what we want and even if they married walmart

My shopping experience was a casual day to day experience without any out of the ordinary predicament. I manage to get everything I needed on my list quite swiftly. This particular Walmart visit was clean, safe, and neatly displayed in its designated shopping aisle as it should. Despite the self-checkout lines being busier than usual due to early closing hours because of covid19, I would say my experience was a 5star. At least for now, if anything out of the ordinary or anything needed to add on my next visit, I wont haste to share.

The electric shopping carts are always broken! They only have 2 and they take turns breaking down!

Do not get or use the Walmart shop as you go. It saves you zero time. As you still have to wait in a line regardless to have your code scanned by an associate. Also disorganized in several sections of the store. I recommend shopping through the app for pick-up. Lines are way too long.

They literally have 18 lines and 20 self service line....of the 18 lines only 5 are open. The longest line in the store is the tobacco line and people in that line dont even buy tobacco products 🤦🏿‍♂️JUST RIDICULOUS

This Walmart used to be not so nice. New manager or the fact the raised minimum wage is attracting better employees.. either way good job. Also the toy section has improved 1000%

Went kinda late, we enjoy shopping where/when its not so crowded. Customer service was good, even with there only being 2 lines open

This Walmart is above average. They need more personnel to organize shelves. Some products are messy. Self pay area is little cramped. I also used car pick-up service, i waited 15 minutes for pickup, like i said more employee would be better.

Im not critical of Walmart its just that their structure is dated and I feel profiled by racial demographics. The store is understaffed and condescending to people of color in my opinion. There are to many registers absent of cashiers. Those that I did observe are predominantly African Americans catering to the same. The brand describes Super Center as an exciting shopping experience when in fact its a nightmare. I have compassion for the workforce because equality and appreciation is noticeably absent here. I would rather go elsewhere.

The only place in West Palm that I can find a book to read Walmart is all right
