The first slab I had fabricated by David Palmer, an outdoor bar top, was superbly done. However, my second experience was sub-standard. My vanity sink was set in the top skewed by 10 degrees, the overhang was random and irregular and the inside of the sink was smeared with caulking....very sloppy! The back splash for the vanity was chipped in two places. Mr. Palmer refused to correct his work. He indicated that my remaining slab material had disappeared from his facility, so he was washing his hands of the project and leaving me with garbage. I think it is clear that he sold my remaining slab to to someone else. Shoddy workmanship and downright thievery! How does someone with no integrity remain in business????
