We met Francesco at Stone Empire and he showed us slabs that we loved. We went back while they taped up the stone slabs. They showed us via FaceTime before they cut. The end product was what we wanted and what we discussed- perfectly book matched. Not only is it a beautiful job, but they did it in record time! Their customer service is very good, especially in these times. We will be coming back to them to do our laundry and Master bathroom. We highly recommend Stone Empire.

Three things I felt made a significant impact in my decision to write this review: price, product, and customer service. After many months searching for a stone for my renovated bathroom, I found Stone Empire to provide an unmatched price for the quality of stone that I acquired. Their selection of stones is second to none. And their customer service is fantastic. When they first placed the stone I noticed there was something different in the color scheme of the stones that I had originally selected. Their representatives were always willing to make sure I had what I was looking for. I am thankful for their kindness and their desire to make sure their customers expectations are met. I highly recommend Stone Empire.

Stone Empire was a great surprise! We were on our way to see another close by store and decided to stop by. They have a beautiful showroom and very nice people. We ended up purchasing our slabs in another place, however they fabricated the pieces for an unbeatable price. We were so happy that bought some remnants for our bathrooms. I am sure these are also going to turn out great! Dont be fooled by these bad reviews, these people really take their job seriously. They are very attentive and made sure if we were 100% satisfied. Give them a chance to remodel your house for a fair price.

This is the second house we have used Stone Empire to be our countertops provider. MB has been an awesome help selecting the best materials at a great price!! Recommend, MB is an awesome person and he was our sales rep,Hes very knowledgeable and not pushy like some other salesmans we encountered in other stores that just wanted to close the sale on the spot. They have a fair price and delivery top notch work. I only did my Counters with them.The only problem I was that they had a two weeks lead time but I dont regret after seeing the final result.

If you are planning to purchase a stone countertop, Stone Empire is a great company. The stone selection is excellent. The fabricators did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail is reflected in the high quality of their work. Every step, from the initial discussion of this project to its installation, was a positive experience.

I visited the Wellington showroom last year and was amazed how bigger they are at the WPB location now. I chose Stone Empire due to their great variety and courteous people. The best thing was that between having my kitchen torn apart and installing the new piece took only about ten days. I highly recommend this company and their professionalism.

Horrible. Over four months of no kitchen. Rude staff. No communication. Says they will call you right back and dont hear from them for days when you call them again. They installed wrong cabinets when we specifically stated and showed them exactly what we wanted. Would not fix it without charging us for additional cabinets. Absolute joke of a company. I can go on for days but I would be writing a job. Go elsewhere.

We just had our new kitchen countertops installed and the results were far above our hopes. We had checked about 6 other places before we made Stone Empire our last stop. We should have made this our first and only. They have a great selection of patterns, designs and colors that none of the other places had. From order to installation this is the place to go. I will recommend them to everyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Stone Empire. They were always very cordial and on time. They were very patient with me too, since I was not so sure about what I wanted for my two vanities. Great family owned business. Everyone was very interested in helping and picking the best stone for my kitchen and bathroom. MB took the time to show them and explain each type of stones characteristics. Overall, I was very pleased with how the work turned out.

UPDATE 2020: I have called dozen of times over the past couple of years with a promise of someone to come to “look”. Since no one has ever come out, I had several other experts take a look - it’s not a full pure quartzite stone - it’s marble with a small amount of “quartzite” within the stone. So, lesson learned, make sure you are getting a true quartzite slab, not a fake. How do you know that it is truly quartzite? I don’t know, I’m not a trained geologist, but they say there are some tests that can be done. I really wanted to shop local, but still can not recommend this place due to very poor customer service!UPDATE 7/19/2018: I did call per their response and was told that day someone would call me to come out and take a look. No phone call and its been over a month. My name is right above and I am sure you have the invoice. I also sent emails back in December 2017 without any response and also called without a return phone call. I did call back today, spoke to someone who said Di will call me back as she was with a customer.ORIGINAL POST: Not sure if they just dont know what they are talking about or if they conned me but I spent over 9k to have what they called pure crystal quartzite. While it look beautiful at first, there is etching all over the place now a year later, making sure we did not use harsh chemicals and making sure spills were wiped up immediately. I think we either got calcite or dolomite marble, which does not withstand etching and chips. You can see the huge etch marks in the picture I uploaded. I am being told that REAL quartzite will not etch like this. This place tells me differently. Either they are lying to me or dont know what they are talking about. I wanted use my money locally, but now, I cant recommend because of this. They may be real nice and take care of people they know but dont think they will be of help to the average customer like me. I should have done more research as when I look up pure crystal quartzite I find nothing.

There are so many countertop shops that its hard to filter the right one in terms or quality, speed, price and trustworthiness. I got a few quotes from various places and Stone Empire was able to price match and meet me at the right pricing and style. Klebler was very friendly and worked with me with my style and layout. I measured my kitchen and drew it out in a CAD software. I did this so that my measurements would match with what was taken by Gui. I was incredulous with the promised install date. However, these guys delivered on time. The installers did an astounding job and paid attention to the small details. I was worried that the countertops might be misaligned, however Gui did a good job with measurements and it all fit perfectly. Communication could be better, that’s my only negative feedback. Overall these guys are great, and I will be recommending this company to my friends and family.

STAY AWAY!!! I was looking for a company to use for my kitchen and heard story after story about what my friend has been going through with this company. Not showing up after taking the day off many many times, shoddy craftsmanship, and bringing workers that caused more damage than what they were supposed to be fixing. Everything they did had to be re-done over and over again. This has been going on for over 15 weeks and they’re still not done with the knock list. Never ever would I use this company. Ever.

Not recommended. We are in the 4th month of a 2-3 week timeline for finished installation. No project manager, figure it out as you go, with heavy reliance on field workers, cameras, and texts. We are filing a lawsuit to try and get this company to complete their job. Workers tell us that every job has problems, and one even led to a divorce. Stay away from this company.

I usually do not make recommendations, however, Stone Empire, is definitely worth of a high recommendation.I, by chance, visited their store. From beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience. It is a family-owned business, and they take pride in their work. They made sure I got what material I was looking for, brining in different slabs to choose from. They delivered when they promised, and, in my case, were able to make a countertop with no seam. Other places I had visited would have done it using 2 slabs which would have been double the price, not to mention did not offer the selection. From sales to fabrication to installation, they were terrific.I am already planning on using them again and encourage others to check them out. You will not be sorry!

NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself the aggravation, time and money. This process has been a headache from the start. They sure are good at selling you their products but are terrible at delivering promised results. This all started back in November when we picked out our countertops. We were promised seamless countertops only to be told no by the template guy who showed up 3 1/2 hours late well after 8pm in the evening. We scheduled our installation over 3 weeks in advance and took off work. Ironically, it was around the same time in December that another reviewer was having issues. They were supposed to show up between 8 AM and 9 AM but nobody ever showed or even called. When we finally called ourselves we were given a later time frame telling us that they were running behind. This continued on all day until around 4pm we called to ask for an update and were told they cracked our stone while cutting it and needed to recut another piece and that they will not be able to deliver it today. Who cuts the stone on the same day when it’s been sitting in the workshop for over three weeks? We went out of town for the holiday and had to reschedule the install until January 3. They had all of Christmas break to cut the new piece and on the day of install only three out of the four pieces showed up. It was supposed to have a 1/4 bevel edge and it showed up with a flat edge. We expressed our concerns because the counters looked very chipped and jagged but we were told that once it was put together it would look amazing. To make a long story short, the countertops were not polished, there were chips everywhere that they filled with epoxy that turned brown and yellow, they had to redo the backsplash which still looks like garbage and our seams are yellow. They have sent out workers (who never show up on time) three times to try to fix everything and we were told that the seam is unfortunately not fixable. We were told by MB that if he needed to replace the stone he would but then when it was time to request a new countertop after three unsuccessful attempts at fixing he all of a sudden changed his tune. He said he couldn’t see anything wrong with the countertops in pictures so I requested him to come see them in person. We made an appointment the next day for him to come see and them and surprise, surprise he sent a text 25 minutes before the appointment saying he couldn’t make it. So tired of getting the run around!! Most of the five star reviews on here are from their family members. The One Star ratings on here are very similar for a reason, that’s how this terrible company runs their business!

We have had a wonderful experience with Wellington Royal Kitchens. We learned of them from a number of our neighbors who had their counters done so we knew that they were reputable. We met with Andre and Daniela to pick out our granite and were pleased with the selection and price. Andre then came out to measure and scheduled our installation. We had a bi-level counter which they lowered to a single level. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship, price and the professionalism of the staff. My wife and I highly recommend them.

This company started our kitchen in February and still going. They don’t know how to treat customers and never show on time. Our cabinets have been put up 3 times and taken down 3 times. Very unorganized and just wants their money. They tell you everything you want to hear. The only reason they got a star is you can’t post with one. You will regret using them!

Do not use this company!I will post numerous pictures as well after this story between the owners sons and my secretary.Not only do they steal your money, they never show up on time and when they do finally show up they break things in your house on top of the stuff they deliver!Will post rest because it character limit.They had my secretary wait all day for installation and kept saying, one hour away. The schedule went from 10-11 to 2-3 to 3-4 to guaranteed They will arrive at 4pm and be ready by 5. My secretary gets a message from MD at 5:16pm saying, He is there. Just called me. My secretary then took a picture of my driveway sending it to him saying, He is not here... He lied. MD then responded saying, He is on west lake. Just checked. So, his employee lied about arriving at the house when they were still an additional 20mins out. They finally arrived at 5:45pm. We had a business dinner reservation at 7pm and had told them multiple times this needed to be completed no later than 6:30.While his employees were here they walked in on my secretary while she was changing, opening a closed door without knocking.. They went to finish the sink cutout and the marble slab fell on top of the plumbing under the sink, breaking it along with the flooring beneath.. They then went to insert the sink and it doesnt fit.. His employee blamed the pipe they broke as the reason for the sink not fitting..The following day I went to Home Depot buying plumbing to fix what they broke, installed it all, went to set the sink in place and it still doesnt fit!!! Come to find out the plumbing was NEVER the issue. They measured the cutout improperly and it needed to be taken in an additional half inch at least all the way around. The granite countertop they installed has 3 cracks in it as well!!My secretary sent MD a message explaining everything we experienced and he responds saying how his employee was a very humble person and is deeply sorry and added, About the pipes, that is normal. Plumbing had to be redone. She then responded with 5 additional messages accompanied with 5 pictures proving the plumbing was never the issue and that the cutout was wrong with zero response!!They were supposed to come the following day to finish installing the backsplash. My secretary still had not received any response from MD and asked him once more when to be expecting them and all he said was, they will be there today. Afternoon completely ignoring everything she had sent him prior. She then messaged asking, What time roughly? so that she was not sitting around all day and could get some work done herself in the meantime. Once again no response from him. Finally she calls the warehouse around noon and speaks to his brother G to figure out when they would be arriving. He then tells her that they still had not completed the cutout for the backsplash cause they were missing measurements and had it written on the board to call her for the measurements. He guaranteed her they would arrive between 4-5 to finish the installation and apologized for his brothers actions and the service that had been received.At 5:30pm she receives a text from G saying, pieces are ready, waiting for the installers to come back... theyre still in Delray. So it was going to be around 7:30pm now when they would be arriving. He asked if we could wait until the following morning to do the installation and we said no because we had already gone 4 days without a sink and kitchen when we were promised in the beginning we wouldnt go a day without it. That was the whole point in them taking our sink to their warehouse to insure it would fit the cutout!I paid them an extra $300 to expedite the installation, I paid in FULL to insure that it was completed within the week, I spent money at Home Depot to fix plumbing they broke, My secretary wasted 2 whole days waiting around for them to show up at the house costing my company thousands of dollars because she was unable to do her daily tasks. We had wonderful experience at Wellington royal kitchen a granite. We worked with Susanna Fernandez. We asked for measurements and estimates and both were scheduled immediately. Omar was at our home within two days for measurements. The estimate was completed within two days. They gave us timeline of three weeks for kitchen cabinetry. It was there within the three weeks. The installers were professional caring and knowledgeable Their experience was evident. And they were thorough and clean. The granite and backsplash installers were equally as good. We were impressed. We were also very pleased with the service. Susanna answered all of our calls quickly. There was always someone there to help. We visited the boynton store. That was equally impressive. They too were very courteous and professional. Our kitchen is beautiful. Many visitors have commented about the thoroughness and the workmanship. We are now redoing our bathroom. Of course with Susanna and Wellington royal At our insistence she has helped us design. She listened to our needs. And helped provide what we wanted. We couldnt be more pleased. We highly recommend

We had them do our countertops two years ago. After going through this big song and dance to get a slab large enough to fit without a seam, they seamed it at the sink anyway. their trademark at the seam is an upward bulge (even their demo top in the showroom has this, as I noticed after the fact). OK, so we accepted it at the time.At the time of install, their master measurer did his thing, bur they still had to gouge the wall at the end of the counter so that the 30 inch gap for the stove would allow it to fit. Now, two years later its time for a new 30 stove to go into their 29 3/4 gap, we have to pay their install guy $250 to trim it to a true 30. The more installs I have seen since, the less likely I would be to recommend these people. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I had to visit the store 4 times because either no one answer the phone or I was told someone would call me back.After giving them all my measurements and sending them pictures I was told I would get a call back after the first day with a basic estimate...that never happened. Came in a week later I was told buy a guy that will definitely call you tomorrow morning and you can count on it.. Never got a call came in the following week they told me oh yes someone will call you back. The 4th and final time I came there I was told oh we couldnt give you an estimate because we have to go to your house first to look at it. After I told him I was there 4 times one of the two woman finally looked at the layout measurements and tiles I picked and said in less than one minute and actually gave me a price of over $18,000. The next bathroom remodeling place I went to actually came in at a price of less than half that price. Needless to say I wasted a month trying to get this company to do my bathroom and after the experience that Ive had I can definitively say that I am so glad I picked another company. Dont waste your time with these people. And I also forgot to mention every time Ive been to that store you stand in the showroom by yourself while people in the back room do nothing but talk to each other, very bad customer service.

After several phone calls, an estimator finally showed up and made notes. Then I never heard from him or anyone else about the estimate. Three phone calls later during which I always have to leave a message (what business doesnt answer their phone????) I am going to another company...these folks are AWFUL.
