Buyers beware. We bought 2 slabs of material there which they had at another store and delivered to the fabricator. When the fabricator started working on the material he discovered that it was very poor quality and 2 complete different colors to be used in the same kitchen. We tried to talk to them and they offered a slab but while looking at the slab we discovered that they wanted to sell a bad, cracked and damaged slab to us. The sales person also completely lied about what he told us about the hardness of the slab. We finally disputed the charge on our credit card. But because it was delivered to a third party (the fabricator) it was denied. We also received Spazios answer to our dispute and it is full of lies. Starting from that we picked out the slabs ourselves to that we didnt go there to check the offered slab and many, many more We used to buy there a lot as well as our fabricator. Neither will ever do business with Spazio again nor our fabricators customers. We do not recommend them anymore. Their business practices are very shady and nothing we ever want to deal with again.

We purchased marble from Spazios in 2009 and when we renovated another condo in 2017 and did not use them - we found a better selection elsewhere. Last spring we needed materials for a kitchen, bar and 3 baths. I was looking for a very specific material to duplicate a project I had recently done in NJ.I found something very similar at Spazios . It was over $4000 a slab, but I had my heart set on the “look”.We just returned to Florida and saw the counters for the first time. We are extremely disappointed with the outcome. The finish of the quartzite is pitted and dull. My husband is a developer who has built many homes since 1973 and is very knowledgeable about most areas of construction. He was so unhappy with finished product, he actually went back to Spazios because he had serious concerns that they had switched our slabs! Although we took pictures of the slabs we purchased, we cannot prove anything. Our fabricator has been back 3 times trying to rectify the situation. He finally admitted that the product is inferior and we were severely overcharged.This may be our stupidity, but “during these uncertain times”, we were taken advantage of - buyer beware!!!
