If I could give a negative score, I would. I took my phone to this place on April 29th, they told me they would give me a call when it was ready, I never received a call so I contacted them. Then again, I was told it still wasnt ready, gave them a few days and called again(keep in mind they never contacted me), no answer. Most days I called, I didnt get an answer and this was during their supposed work hours, they kept giving me the run around, snickering while explaining that their boss was working on it then days later, it was sent somewhere else, that it wasnt ready.Its been a month and a few weeks and STILL no contact, my phone is still supposedly at another place getting fixed. This place was unprofessional as soon as I went in, theres no uniforms, a small smoke shop if thats what you want to call it thats right next to their work place. I dont know who their boss is or if they even have knowledge of actually fixing phones BESIDES a screen, if you couldnt fix it, you shouldnt have taken my money. Its ridiculous, most places would take a look at your phone and tell you they can fix it before you even pay, till this day, i still havent heard from anyone so I have up and just dished out money for a new phone.At one point, my significant other even went to get the phone because at that point, I just wanted it and didnt care anymore, they told him it was taken apart and that it was being worked on and would be ready the next day. I was never offered my money back at all, there was no apology for it not being ready in the time it was supposed to be, I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody because its clear that theres kids who dont know how to be professional that run this place, if you can find somewhere else, I would do just that and definitely not come here!

Smashed my phone screen. Glass broken and LCD screen black. They had my phone fixed in 30 minutes.These folks are amazing. My husband had his phone fixed there about a year ago too. I cannot believe how great they are. Fast and friendly. You dont see friendly too much these days. In fact, the statement of their service being friendly falls dramatically short of how great their service is. If you need it fixed, you need to visit this shop! I could write for hours how happy I am with everything thanks to them!

Unqualified staff, they have to call to find out how to handle problems. Then they charge for diagnosing, which is parts changing. Promised refund...they don’t keep money in the store, unable to refund credit cards. Was offered $60.00 in cellphones cases. Visa canceled the charge., glad Visa has my back!!! Never pay in cash.

Great job! Fixed my iPhone camera in 30 minutes!!!I drove all the way to west palm from boca to get it fixed!! But I noticed that my screen was changed to a white screen... I had a black screen put on my phone 3 months ago and he changed it to white I was not happy I wasnt asked if I wanted to change it or anything I just went to fix my iPhone camara. This place is a scam, I will give 1 star because it is not possible to put less. I went to repair the screen of my iPhone 7 Plus and they broke my cell, I took it back and now it says it has no arrangement, after 15 days of lies and wasting my time in going to pick it up, my cell was stolen and 100 dollars for the arrangement. I have placed an accusation against them and I will accuse them with client protection, a business like that, they have to close it and never let people steal their time or money. Ive been investigating and Im not the first one cheated there. Im going to pay and keep losing money but I can not allow such unprofessional people to have a business like that. please NEVER DO BUSINESS NOW

2016 this shop took advantage of me. The owner was asked to repair a Samsung 5, Two Ipads.The items were allegedly repaired.Not!!!..Once he has your money he will not return it for the poor craftsmanship. The material last until you get home. When and if you have to return your items for further repair, the owner becomes belligerent, and arrogant and trieds to throw you out his shop.Beaware...None of my items were repaired he took money..

Replaced my iPhone’s shattered screen in less than 10 minutes at a price 30% below what I could find anywhere else.

They fixed my screen it worked for like 30 days then it just start clicking random buttons when it’s in my pocket and I’m typing it starts typing random letters and this never happened before I fixed my screen
