I needed a piece of White Oak and told them what I was looking for over the phone. When I arrived they had pulled out a piece and had it waiting in the office for me. Sally and another man were both really helpful and planed down the wood for me and it was free of charge. They have all standard moldings readily available in common hardwoods and can custom mill or produce almost anything you can imagine! I am a novice DIYer that needed 2 custom thresholds made for my doorways to hide an awkward floor pattern transition. They were kind enough to send a wonderful gentleman out to double check my templates, who then suggested a slight modification and they came out perfect!

Found just what I needed via a online search of moulding images. I received two samples and purchased the one which looked the best for our application. The customer service was great and I received my moulding quickly and in excellent condition 4 pieces 8 in length wrapped well.
