The place is awesome... great selection of all sorts of Tile and counter tops.. everything is layed out in a easy to view fashion.The staff is super friendly and helpfulDefinitely will choose this place for any future home projects

I recently purchased 3 slabs of Taj Mahal from this company totalling over $8500 in material. When one broke from having an inlaid stress fracture they refused to even return the other 2 that havent been touched. Worst company to deal with. Stay away!

As a General Contractor, most of my clients work with Ariana at Daltile. She does a great job with them. Logistically, the company is on time with deliveries, even during these crazy times we are experiencing.

Great service! Clean business numerous options of beautiful stones. Well organized and clean warehouse. They sell granite from both lowes and homedepot.

Excellent Company! Wife was overwhelmed by the selection of Granite, the staff was amazing at showing and discussing the different types of Granite. We feel confidante in giving a 5 STAR for product and support from Daltile.

Not friendly or accommodating. Must have an appointment to look at tile in their showroom. They have one girl that is available from 11-4pm. First available appointment to even LOOK at tile 5 days away??!? No prices on their website. Guess they are happy with their sales but 100% lost any chance of earning my business and I am sure many others as well.

Wonderful customer service .

We were looking for a specific travertine blacksplash, but it wasnt on display. We waited 20 minutes, and a noticeably reluctant Ariana appeared to help us. She supposedly ordered us a sample that would arrive in 5-7 business days. More than 2 weeks later, and we still didnt have a sample. I called today, and was told that there isnt a record of Ariana actually requesting a sample for us. My business is going somewhere else where my time is valued. With employees like this, daltile will continue to lose costumers like myself.
