Call and asked about an alignment two weeks in a row. Lady I spoke to seemed rule and disinterested and providing information about pricing or whether I could have this done. There is a correct way to tell someone you have no availability. She act as if I was bothering her about the service they provide both times I called. I have used them before and have had very good experience. Worked with Jennifer before but it seems she was very disinterested in earning my business

I asked how much was for balancing tires they told me 43 which is a good price so I gave them both tires. When I go pay after the service they tell me the total is 170 and I asked why they said its an extra 40 per tire for just mounting the tire ! Ridiculously overpriced! I would have understand if it had been 40 for both or if they had to take him off my truck they were given to them already off and practically dismounted already. Extremely over priced !
