Kevin exceeded all my expectations on my last visit to Firestone in West Palm Beach. It’s not a surprise to see how men treat very poorly and disrespectful to women when they go and fix their car for the smallest thing. However, this wasn’t the case at all since Kevin was very welcoming, caring, friendly and respectful at all times during my visit, follow-up call and later pick up of my vehicle. He was very patient with me to explain me the whole situation, process and solution to get my car fixed soon. They use a cellular signal jammer. At this store. Can mot get internet service unless you log into their WiFi anywhere on the property. Had to walk at least 300 feet away from store to use any type of internet. Only a hacker would force you to use their internet.The employees appear to do good. High volume store. Taking best care of as many people as they can. Though, add on services get expensive fast

After having bad experiences at other places for vehicle maintenance I always have had great experiences with firestone! Just a few weeks ago I tooky infinity to the dealership for maintenance and they told me my front/ rear brakes needed to be changed. They mentioned on a scale of 1-10 my front an back brakes were at a 2. Firestone had taken the time to look at my brakes an told me my front brakes were barely used and just my back brakes need changed. As always a great experience!

After speaking to Kevin Golzbein yesterday in reference to correcting the wheel alignment on my BMW, our last conversation was for me to come in between 3pm and 4pm. Once getting there around 330pm, Bob MacMillan tells me that the wheel alignment can not be done by them and that they wont touch a BMW. They recommended me to get it done at the dealership. So why did they corporate send me to firestone if firestone does not do wheel alignment on BMW? ITS A SHAME, NO EMPATHY FROM FIRESTONE AND IN TOP OF IT ALL, NO RESOLUTION!!!. NOW, I need to warn others about that location not having the knowledge in what they sell!!! Smh.

Paid to have my car towed there and back for nothing. $200 and then they charged me for a pressure test when I told them where it was leaking. They wouldnt repair it. Just hit me for $279.00 for nothing

These guys are great. Fair pricing for some major work needed on my 2002 Highlander. Personalized customer service. Accommodating staff, knowledgable and super nice.They even squeezed me into the schedule for a simple tire replacement that was under warranty. Plenty of parking. (Easier to get to by coming up Westgate to Indian if coming from the south - okeechobee is busy right there.)Depending on the issue I was facing, I would definitely use them again. Well done guys!

I don’t really enjoy the “new tire” process but I have to say KEVIN over at the WPB shop on okeechobee is incredible!!! He really displayed outstanding customer service friendliness and convenient service. I will never go anywhere else again. Kevin at Firestone is my GUY now....

I was in a pinch and needed a tire mounted on a wheel before work (this was a Sunday evening) they took me in right away and did a great job. Harry and Thomas were great to work with. 👌

I scheduled an appointment online they never confirmed it then when I got there they want me to stay a couple of hrs even I showed them my reservation number.

To this day I havent experienced any issues from dropping my cars of and afterwards picking them up after being serviced. The alignments, tire purchases and rotations have been spot on. I will continue using Firestone as my go to tire place, theres no other place I feel comfortable purchasing from.

Great experience this morning. We were in town on vacation and the tire on our rental car went flat. Our rental car company was less than helpful, but the Firestone folks got us fixed up and on our way quickly. Id highly recommend them!

I went to this FIrestone Service center to get a new set of tires for a 1200mile trip Im taking on the road. I dropped off my vehicle this morning got a call from Chris the service manager(nice guy by the way) he informed me that I needed a wheel alignment so I told him to go ahead and do it. When I arrived to pick up my car, the tech who actually did my alignment was at the register processing my payment. He didnt go over my invoice nor the recommendation that were attached with my invoice, when I asked him to provide me with my wheel alignment report he said the printer was out of toner and its been out of service for awhile. So I dont know if there was an alignment done or if it was I dont know what my current alignment settings are without the report. I paid and left the service center with the intention to call and speak with my assigned service manager Thomas. Within one mile on the road I called back to express my concern about the service I received when the TPMS (Tire Pressure Module System) warning light went on. I was on the phone with Chris he instructed me to come back but I had a an appt. i couldnt miss but afterwards I was going to go to a near by gas station to check the tire pressure. I asked Chris what the tire pressure rating was for my tires and he advised it was 32PSI, afterwards I went to the Texaco Gas Station and checked the pressure for both front tires and they were at 40PSI and rear tires were at 35PSI. I lowered the pressure to the recommended 32PSI and re-calibrated my TPMS (Something that should have been done at the Firestone service center). Its very disconcerting that youre in the business of providing safety components(Tires) and services(Wheel Alignments) that a customer would have to question your credibility and trust that my vehicle received the service safety checks as outlined in your offer. I filled out your survey hoping to speak to a Firestone regional manager to discuss this further. I would like my wheel alignment done with report and re-check my tires for safety and have your service manager go over the my invoice and recommendations. Awaiting your response.Regards,

Avoid this place, staff is rude. They damaged my tire to force me to buy a new one. Dishonest and illegal. I will be reporting this practice as it goes against the consumer. Do not trust them. They will make everything they can to make you spend $$$$ unnecessarily.

Everything was great, customer service was excellent and car repair went well. It seemed a little expensive but I trust your shop.

A trustworthy shop, they offer things like lifetime alignments and brakes, great if you keep a car for a long time. Prices are average, staff is very nice and accommodating, they have a waiting area with a TV and vending machine. They also offer pay Firestone credit card with 0 APR for 6 months on anything over $150, a nice way to pay for a large purchase without any interest. I use this particular location for everything. Ive never had an issue with these guys.

Ive used this shop for about a year and i Will continue to come here they always provide great service, great prices, and will give you honest answers on whats wrong with your car and will only fix what is needed. i hight recommend

Definitely 100% pleased! Very very impressed! I wasnt expecting to have a flawless experience, but that I did! Great helpful people /employees! They made me feel like I was the only one there which comforted me. I felt that they really cared about my vehicle and myself. My concerns felt relevant they were very assuring. They killed it with this customer! I wish I remembered the names of those who worked when I was in, they deserve props and/or proper validation from management! Anyways I definitely recommend!

Robert Macmillan was so helpful in getting me in for a last minute tire install and was able to get the work done faster than I expected. He has always been transparent with the work to be done. I believe him to be a man on integrity and I am so grateful to have him as my car guy because I know the work will be done correctly the first time.

Walked in and dropped my car off one morning. They quickly called to inform me that I needed less than I thought and advised of what was needed. Hmmm...doing less work than I thought I needed. Thats different for a car shop. Had my car ready by mid day. All of the staff I encountered were awesome.

This place is so slow, we had an appointment for a quick oil change and definitely waited for over an hour. Would not recommend for a fast oil change at all. We also asked what was taking so long and the guy had a serious attitude. Terrible customer service.

Romeo is AWESOME, as is this Firestone. I had an alignment done down in Plantation and they did not do what was paid for and also set off my sensors post a $80 dollar oil change/alignment . Romeo came out and was hands up on immediately. He saw the tire had a screw in it and that the tire check/rotation they had “done” in plantation never took place although we paid for it. He and his crew are going to plug it correctly. They scheduled us immediately for Saturday and made sure to rectify the problem for their other location. All I can say is West Palm Okeechobee Firestone is the one to come to! They are fixing what Plantation should have in their initial service. Not to mention, Plantation Firestone had my car overnight and didn’t do anything but the oil change. Scam! But thank goodness West Palm is making up for it and making Firestone look good. Excellent customer service! I recently brought my VW Tiguan in to have the entire front suspension replaced. I wouldve given 5 stars, however, there was a bit of a mix up with the parts that caused it to take a day longer than expected. Older short Caucasian guy seemed like he wasnt interested in my money. I didnt feel appreciated. Not asking for foot rubs but I noticed caucasian customers got a different treatment.

I only get the basic maintenance here (oil, tires & balancing), I havent needed anything else done to my cars yet. That being said, the costumer service is phenomenal!

Customer service was above and beyond my expectations! Even walking in to get a quote for tires 15 minutes before closing, they took our truck and replaced the tires. I would recommend this place if you are looking for great service and quality tires for your money.

They are extremely honest and trustworthy. They are . not going to try to scam you into getting anything done unless you need it. They have told me I didnt need things done that other shops cough Midas have incorrectly/falsely claimed I needed done.

The service was okay. I did not appreciate the way that my car was when I got into it after theyfinish with the service my stuff teddy bears well all over the floor which they werent when I brought my vehicle in so I dont know what transpired in the process of me waiting for my vehicle and I had to take the time to put them all back in place which I was not happy about it all when I take my car to have it serviced detailed the way my car is brought to the establishment that is the way Im to receive it back the outside as well as the inside so that just did not sit well with me so I will not be visiting that Firestone again.

Had a good experience here. I was having a flat tire and pulled in about 30 minutes before they were to close. They cheerfully fixed my flat and they had me in and out of there in no time.

Run away... they seriously will try to sell you something you don’t need, and hand you your car back as if they fixed it... ridiculous go to tires plus, it’s right around the corner! They will even tell you your car is fine so they don’t have to do the work....

Would give zero stars if possible. Went in for an oil change and complimentary fluids top off. No fluids. Was given a print out of recommended service which included tire rotation. Tires were absolutely fine prior to service but now suspiciously sound like they need a rotation. Service performed by Ronald. Manager was Greg. Dont come here.

I take my vehicles here. I dont feel like I end up doing unnecessary work on my cars, but I still get the real deal on what may need to get done. Pricing is fine too. Kevin is their customer care rep and he is very easy to work with.

If you want to waste your day here, then come to this location. I went there and I waited 2.5hrs for a wheel alignment. When I asked, they told me your car is not ready yet. I dont want to think that because I paid for a lifetime wheel alignment they decided to put me at the end. It is a shame that a customer needs to wait so long for a service.Customer service is the worst.

Been there to get my car tires rotated and also for whee alignment!! They did it pretty quick!! They do give warranty for what they have done!!! We can walk in and book a appointment!!! Usually very crowded on weekends so better go early in the morning to beat the rush!!! Might go back again if i have any issues!!!

Ive been going to this location for about 20 years. Never had an issue. On February 9th 2019 is the last time Ill ever go back. they had called me that day stating that there was a nail in my tire. Well I know there wasnt anything cuz I had the tires inspected at the dealer that same day. So I had suspicions something was a wrong. I requested for them not to do a flat repair. I brought the car in for an alignment. And since I had a lifetime alignment there was no charge to do the work. The only reason I can think of of them purposely damaging the tire is that out of sheer principal of bring the car in with no service being done. keep in mind they give bonuses based on how qty of service work that they get done thats paid. So while they dont work on commission they work on service quantity. In addition when I picked up the car my glove box and everything it was rummaged through. Theres no need to look for the car locks because I specifically told them thats in the trunk. Corporate Firestone should contact me and look into the technician as well as a detailed background check on the person that did the damage to the tire. It is unfortunate if she takes one incident from one bad egg to cause a problem for the entire store reputation.

Friendly service, thorough job.

Hit-and-miss here, had some brake work done and within a couple of months started to have noise. after 3 return visits they finally replaced the pads and the noise went away. But it took three trips! Have come here for oil change and tire rotation on several occasions and they have done very well on other occasions I have left and then got home to realize the cats are missing on my valve stems. Ive gotten back in the car and have the low tire pressure and windshield washer fluid lights on in the dash cluster and immediately after a visit where the only recommendations were that I do a fuel injector flush and change my Wi-Fi blades my battery failed. Even though it says on the paperwork that they check it when I am there. I think if I wasnt already tied in here with the tires and the brake work warranty I probably would find someplace else to Go for anything other than tires that seems to be what theyre there for.. Otherwise they seem to do an adequate job with most things

I shopped all over for tire for my Mercedes. They had the best price and these tire are performing better than the much more expensive tire I had to replace. Low road noise and even wear.

When I arrived, a mechanic who was crouched in the corner smoking in the doorway to the shop area (fire hazard), told me I couldnt park where I had, and he would write me a ticket- yet it was the only available spot at the moment. I should have taken that as a warning to leave right then. I went inside and mentioned to the manager that there was a man smoking outside that said he was going to give me a ticket. The manager was sitting in the front eating his microwavable meal. He was completely disinterested in my comments, until I watched the manager, after many other customers came in, put my order in the very back of the bin on purpose. There werent enough seats in the waiting room (6) so I either had to stand for 1 hour and 30 minutes (my estimated time BEFORE I was put at the back of the order bin) or sit on the floor. Thankfully I decided not to let someone using punishment tactics in light of their poor customer service to run a mechanic shop touch my car, and I left and went to Goodyear downtown with excellent service and much more seating with a television and coffee. I told them that I was leaving because I saw my order moved to the very back of the bin by the manager and I was given an apology- so clearly it wasnt a mistake. I could only imagine what the manager would have done .. or even worse, failed to have done to my car if I had stayed.

One manager just chatting away with a customer about his daughter and her team and leveling up. There are 3 people in line. the phone ringing, he even puts his hand on the phone but continues to talk with his body about the coach. the other two guys at the counter doing eveything they can to be helpful and nice. horrible management bad example of how things would run. think Id go elsewhere if they dont want my business and the managers daughters soccer team is so much more important.

Stopped in here today for some new tires, Musa got me all set up with my equipment FAST and saved me not only a dollar amount but a headache when he showed me how bad my break pads were worn. You just saved me some rotors, thank you!

They have been servicing my daughters car for years and have been pretty honest about problems so far. I havent felt like they were taking advantage of a womans lack of knowledge about cars yet or trying to offer extra things to create a larger bill. So I would recommend them.

I had an appointment and it still took them 3 hours to complete an oil change and put on new tires. After leaving my car was shaking horribly so I turned around and returned. I was told they didn’t have the proper tools to currently balance my car and o needed to return the next day. I asked the representative if they knew that why didn’t they say something prior to touching my car or even prior to me leaving. Their response let me know that this is something they do casually.

The guy did an oil change on my f250 and took it for a 0-50 turbo joyride test breaking some stuff I had in the back. I caught him red handed and the manager denied it. I had to call another store to get the corporate info and file a complaint. Absolute joke of an operation!
