Brought my E46 M3 here for routine oil change and an inspection, based on reviews on groups and forums. They had my car ready in hours, and did an inspection unlike I’ve ever seen, full photos (of my car) and explanations attached to my invoice with pricing per found issue all in one email link.It’s obvious they know what they’re doing, the transparency of the software they use is something I’ve never seen before but is totally next level and way above expectations.Can’t say much on pricing as I’m only needing a few things at this time, but I think it’s absolutely reasonable for the region and quality and care of staff!

Hello Diego,I wanted to let you know that my son’s E39 M5 has Purred Like a Kitten or better yet, Roared Like a Lion since you resurrected it from the grave and brought it back to life again. I can’t thank you and Martin enough. As you know, the car stopped running 2 ½ years ago and I was unable to discover the problem after I verified it had fuel, spark and compression. I towed it to my domestic mechanic in Jupiter who also couldn’t find the problem. I then towed it to a self-described European Expert in Jupiter who also failed to get it running. Well, my son joined the Army and the car sat in my driveway for 2 ½ years until he found you on-line from his base in Hohenfels, Germany. Highly recommend Motorhaus! We have a M3 and 535, and always use these guys for any maintenance required. They provide honest, accurate assessments of any issues, and will take you into the shop to show you exactly what the problem is and/or send you detailed photos. You will meet technicians in person and always have a high degree of confidence that they are extremely trustworthy. In addition, we have had a couple of times when we needed minor things like seat recalibration and they performed such work at no cost! For that reason alone we will continue to be loyal customers.

The engine splash cover on my 2006 M3 broke off on the Turnpike as I drove from Orlando to West Palm Beach for a meeting. I found MotorHaus with a Google search for BimmerShops in the area. Repair was completed to repair oil leak from oil pan replacement of engine mounts and rear axel mounts. A/C system fans repaired. Everything was completed on time and as quoted.

I have a 2008 528i that Martin has been servicing for a couple of years. Last week I parked the car in the garage and the next morning it started but ran badly. The engine idle hunted (revved up and down) the car exhaust smell was of raw gas, it stalled and then started but ran horribly. I called Martin and arranged for the car to be transported to MotorHaus. Since we have had a history on routine maintenance and minor repairs, I would, literally, trust no one else in south FL to diagnose and repair this potentially serious problem. Martin called me (less than a day) with the diagnosis and cost to repair. Seems as if the car electronics needs to know the position of the cam shafts and so has a sensor that went bad - leave it to BMW to require such tedious information to run properly. Martin replace the sensor (not an insignificant amount of work), changed the oil and reprogrammed the computer to accommodate the new sensor. This was all done expeditiously and at a very reasonable cost. I love this shop - CLEAN and ORGANIZED, and the people that work there are simply OUTSTANDING. Martin sets the example as the best service provider, certainly in South Fl and most likely in the state. Thanks Martin/MotorHaus

As a Mini owner, I needed to find a service provider that has the special expertise to repair a Mini. When my check engine light came on, I was very pleased to find MotorHaus. I received a competitive quote. The facility is state of the art, the staff is professional, and the work was completed on time, and on budget. Most importantly, the car drove perfectly after the service. It was my first experience at Motorhaus and I will be back again.

My relationship with Motorhaus began when I was looking for a second opinion. The local BMW dealership told me after $1,000 and one week of analysis my engine was falling apart from the inside and that I would need to repair the engine for $25k or replace for $35k. Motorhaus told me after $150 and a morning in their shop that a couple of solenoids needed to be replace for $600. Needless to say my car has never been back to the dealership. I have been going to Motorhaus for a couple of years now and the advise and service continue to be exceptional.

Well, there I was, cruising in my X3 from Miami going to Port St. Lucie doing about 75 in the middle lanes of I-95 when my car just quit. No warning, just stopped running. I coasted to the side of the road and assessed my options. The car had overheated somehow and a safety in the engine had shut it off apparently. Of course, I whipped out my smartphone and began to look for a repair shop. Turned out Martin and his new MotorHaus BMW shop was just off the exit just ahead of me...he was so close, I took the risk and limped the car over after it had cooled down.Best decision I ever made. Martin listened to my story (this is Friday mid-morning by the way) and took the car straight in to the shop. After a quick assessment he determined the issue was likely an intermittent electric water pump.....a quick estimate later, I went about my business in a rented car (enterprise was just around the corner) and was able to pick my car up at closing time and return to Miami on the same day.This shop was spotless, and Martin was very professional, and appreciated my situation. I am writing this review several weeks later and I can tell you I have had no issues with my car since. I am the proud owner of a BMW 650i that I purchased in 2007. The car has been maintained for 10 years by our local dealer; however, last season after having brought the car in for an oil change, I was informed that there were a number of issues that needed to be addressed - to the tune off $8000. He completed a total check on the car and advised me that at the moment the repairs were not needed but would be needed down the road. I drove the car from FL to NY and returned after six months with no issues. I did notice a few oil spots on garage floor and took the car back to Martin for a check. He did a complete check again and advised that there were issues that now needed addressing. The cost was less than 1/2 of what the BMW dealer was estimating - I had work done last week and now have many more years added to the cars life. I would recommend anyone to utilise Martins expertise - he is honest, efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

There is no better BMW shop in the country. Martin, Tyler and the whole staff are fantastic. It is such a pleasant experience to deal with them. They are very knowledgeable and their ability to find the problem and fix it is second to none. Thanks for all the help.
