It’s nice to get your suspension setup by an actual racer. Even if it’s setup for the street, not the track. A cheap set of coil overs that is properly setup, corner weighted, aligned and balanced will outperform an expensive set that you and your buddies installed one weekend “by eyeballing it”. Highly recommended.

Hands down one of the best alignments I have ever received. Brought in my Nissan 370Z for a four wheel alignment, and the alignment specialist Marcelo is truly a master in his work.Everything was done to a detailed process - asked what I would use the car for (racing, daily driving, etc.), drove the car to test it before alignment, made sure tire pressures were equal, added sandbags to simulate driver weight during alignment, and tested the car afterwards.All in all, my car drives perfectly straight and feels absolutely wonderful. The old adage of you get what you pay for truly means something. Pay a little more than the corporate guys, visit Ernie and his wonderful team, and get a perfect alignment that will keep your tires and car happy!

Great job! Honest hard working guys! They take the extra mile to do the job right.Came in for an alignment after another shop messed the allignment up bad. They took my Jeep srt for a test drive recommend a tire rotation and ballance with the allignment. I allowed them to do so. When they took the wheels off they brushed the rushed off the hubs and add grease.They took there time on the allignment and did a hell of a job! While it was on the allignment rack I noticed the other shop I used not only did a bad allignment, they also installed my swaybar links wrong. It was an easy fix and they didnt even charge me for it!Cant say enough good things about this palce. But they just got a customer for life. I will only go to them for now on!!

Ernie helped me out in a bind, and his guys kindly put on 4 new tires even after I arrived 30 minutes before closing. They detected an coolant leak and filled my car up with coolant, so I could get safely home. Great tires, great service and great guys. Thanks again. I’ll be back!April

Excellent shop for great service on tires. I wont go anywhere else for an alignment, especially with large trucks and antique vehicle that require more attention to detail than the nationals can provide. These guys are experts and wheel/tire nerds....meant in the most complimentary way!

I am a college student, currently out of work, needed some repair on my used BMW. After having a strut and alignment done at Ernie Bello, spending the last of my savings, I was told upon paying that I desperately need new tires, along with brakes, and that my rear rims were bent. (I get home that day and notice that my steering wheel is suddenly worn and peeling. They must have tightened the alignment machine too tight. Steering wheel is ruined. But I let that go) Ok, Ernie then provided me with a quote on tires and balancing. It was way over my budget. Given the economic circumstances that myself, and many of us are in during this time of COVID, I figured If I could just save some money by finding 4 of the least expensive tires that I would then be able to return to Ernie to fix the more important stuff, like the rims and brakes. So I did just that, saved a few hundred bucks, and then I call Ernie to schedule an appointment. Ernie then tells me that he no longer wants to do business with me because I got my tires someplace else! I tried explaining to Ernie that Im a student on a budget, just trying to save money whichever way I can so that I could return to him for the remaining work..but NO, he did not want to hear it. He told me to find another mechanic! Really? I guess Ernie doesnt have any compassion for graduate students who are just trying to budget their money. So you shun me from future business? Ernie seems to be just another greedy, shady money making crook that doesnt care about peoples situations or anything for that matter. What means the most to Ernie is his pride and losing out on a potential sale. Ernie is a blowhard individual, so be careful with him. He seems like hes doing the right thing at first, but he is a snake just like every other mechanic out there. Sorry, I guess you can say that Im just a little HURT.

He and his wife run the store and Ernie has a lot of experience to draw on. He is honest and will do the job correctly. His prices are fair and you cant get his experience around the corner. If I lived north of Atlanta I might think twice about having them work on my car. As it was I drove over an hour.The big tire dealers never asked me what kind of driving I do. All they said was one brand of tire. Ernie closes at 5:00 PM he called me at 6:30 PM and gave me 4 different options from 4 manufacturesThey were as meticulous about my car as they would be about their own and they are a very nice couple. Its worth mentioning that 2 of their guys have been with them for 15 and 10 years. To me that is very telling of what kind of people they are

I have used Ernie Bello as the go to guy for tires, mounting and balancing for years and have liberally recommended his shop to all my discriminating car buddies. Yes he is a little more expensive and yes the process is not done in 60 minutes or its free but as the saying goes- you get what you pay for and patience is a virtue. Ernie, Marcello and Christina are all great to deal with. If you want it done right then this is the place to go!

Best Alignment place in Palm Beach. These guys take the time to make sure they get your alignment as perfect as it can possibly be, and they dont charge more than most places would. Dont risk wasting your money elsewhere, get it done right the first time here! My 1999 Mercedes was very difficult to align and I went to several places before who had done a poor job, but Ernie Bello were the only ones who could get it done correctly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Horrible service from an ignorant and pompous owner who mounted my tires incorrectly (front to rear) and scratched my wheels.I made an appointment for an alignment and to mount and balance 4 tires. I have staggered wheels and tires and his tech mounted one rear tire on a front wheel and vice-versa and mounted it on my car. I caught the error and was blamed by the owner for having the mismatched set of tires on the car to begin with (which I was able to prove were mounted correctly by looking at the wear on the tires, and it was previously mounted by the dealership). If I didnt catch it, they would have sent me down the road this way.They ran out of time to do my alignment and requested I come back in the morning 30 minutes before opening if possible. Upon alignment of my 2015 Mustang, the owner told me my camber was Way out of spec and that I need to buy aftermarket components to get it to factory spec. I looked into it and pointed out that he was trying to align my car to a 2003-04 Cobra specs which is a COMPLETELY different car with different suspension geometry (despite both having an independent rear suspension) and that you cant follow that spec. The 2015 Mustang has non adjustable rear camber arms and I had to go online to prove the -1.5* of rear camber was in fact the factory spec (of the factory non-adjustable camber arms). All that was needed was to take a little toe out of the left rear tire, thats it. I was charged $99 for this service which was $19 more than I paid from another performance alignment shop thats down the road (not a chain).I was also told that to mount and balance the tires normally costs $150 ($37.50 a tire) which is insane. That other performance alignment shop costs $15/tire -which is pretty much standard.This whole ordeal was exhausting. I really didnt care with the mistakes as long as it was eventually done right but the owner Ernie NEVER once apologized for me having to come back to finish the job, for his tech mounting the tire on the wrong wheel, or for trying to align my car to the wrong spec.His egotistic and condescending attitude was my issue and blaming others (primarily me) for his mistakes that I objectively proved were the mistakes of his tech and himself -in order for him to follow the correct alignment specs and to mount my tires on correctly.I wouldnt have written this negative review but when I went to clean the wheels for the first time, I noticed both front wheels have a consistent scratch/groove worn into the entire circumference of the lip of the wheel -from the tire mounting arm rubbing against it during mounting.Ernies arrogance, bad attitude, lack of apologies, premium pricing, poor customer service, and now damaging my wheels will ensure I will never return or recommend them to anyone.

I came here because of the 5 star rating. My mechanic went out of business.and I was looking for a trustworthy place to service my car. I was given a quote of 45 dollars for an oil change and to look over my car. I was driving to Orlando on the weekend. I made an appointment. They rotated my tires without asking me. My final bill was 70 dollars. I noticed by front breaks were squealing. I called to ask if they had checked my breaks. They said they did and offered to looked at them again. By this time my trust was broken. Always ask a customer before you do a job. I did take my car to Good Year in Boynton Bch. They did look at my breaks. Breaks are good but they did see a torn belt. Which is the reason I wanted my car checked out in the first place. Oil change their 39 dollars and comes with free tire rotation. So I had a very over price experience!

As a service writer in a high volume dealership, I can can say equiptment and experience is the only way to get the right results in suspension work. Ernie and his staff are among the best and use only the best equiptment. Even the dealerships do not spend for the racks and balancers Ernie has. I was immediately helped by Marcelo, who is a really great and knowledgable guy!Fast-forward one year: I have religiously been coming to Ernies and having alignments, installations, and other tweaks done for my cars suspension. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. All the guys in the bays are great, friendly and knowledgable, as well as Ernie and Cristina being so friendly. Its like coming to an extended family every time I have work done to my car.

Please Advise: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR ALIGNMENT OR TIRE INSTALLS. IE Weber Wheel, Firestone, discount tire etc. Id rather go to the dealership and pay 4x times as much, than have this clown touch my car again.CLIFF NOTES: shop owner couldnt install struts or springs correctly. On the 4th visit they finally got it right over a 4 month span, awful. Shop owner test drove car with me in it, and scrapped up front bumper. Owner didnt say anything nor want to comply to fix the bumper.I had suspension work done back in April, and it was, and still is an issue. I had Ernie install DInan struts and springs for my 135i. The easiest thing for any suspension shop to do, but they couldnt get it right for 4 months. AFter the install he called me, and cried because I didnt buy the parts from him for the suspension work. I didnt have bump stops and I needed them, so he ordered them on his own and never informed me of the price or labor to install them. This was his way of making his profit on the bump stops, and raising the price on the overall price of everything (labor and parts that I needed). For 3 months I put up with my rear suspension crashing when I drove over a bump. After 4 visits, many phone calls, and dozens of emails it was finally fixed. Every time I came I had to justify whom I was and what I was doing there to him. He clearly didnt care or whom I was, because I wasnt paying him. On my 4th visit he insisted on driving my car, because, yet again, he didnt remember me nor understand why I was there. So, on our way from the test drive (on 4th visit), Ernie scrapped the front of my bumper and said or did nothing about it. He tried to pick up the front end of my car, and push it over the bumper. He failed terribly (I said to myself: what a clown).
