First time at a pro bike shop. Amazing team and family run shop. They also just opened a new shop not too far from this location with everything you need from new bikes to accessories, awesome quality everything and seriously fast turn around time for servicing. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Had a bent rim on my nephews bike, seems that a spoke was missing and making the bike unstable. They were able to fix it, same day, eventhough they were super busy ( it was a Saturday) Great staff and helpful. They have expanded with a bike showroom at 500 Palm Street. Thank you Leo Contreras and Jimmy at LC TRI SHOP. I needed new bar tape and because I live in PSL I arrived 20 minutes before closing. The family jumped right on installing the tape and even stayed later to finish the job. I’m grateful for their customer service and as usual I highly recommend doing business with them.

I came in to bring my bike yesterday because of some rapid clicking when Im in the highest front gear (which I often stay in). I brought it in, and they were friendly and everything, and even got my bike back to my the same day, but when I take it and bike away, the clicking still exists in the highest gear, which makes me question what they really did or if they tested it. Now Im out $50 and questioning if my bike was ever serviced.The customer service Ive received in the morning was good, but since my problem wasnt fixed, I have no choice but to default to one star.Edit: I would like to say that the owners have really come around and took my problem seriously. They took my concern very seriously and had the problem be addressed. They even fixed the real undyerlying problem, no questions asked. I havent gotten my bike yet (which im sure was handled with great care) and I felt greatly satisfied. This business takes their customers seriously, and if you arent satisfied, then they wont hesitate to make it right every step of the way. Props to them!

Leo is the owner of this wonderful establishment!! 🚲 I was going through hard times which a lot of us are and I started doing bicycle delivery and he was so honest and gave me so much deals and knew what I was trying to do a new job in hard time! Leo and his team are such honest and amazing Leo is an amazing business owner and it’s really refreshing because people try to make money off of anybody but they were so loyal and amazing and if you want to go to a bike place and get loyal honest treatment this is the place to go to!! 🏍

Yup! I agree with all of the other five star reviews.This is the type of small business that I love to support. Im a desk-jockey adult looking for a recreational bike for the first time in 10 years, Leo matched me to the bike I ultimately bought in the first one minute I was in the shop. Its perfect! Tiny square footage, but an entire universe of bikes in this shop. I got my bike, the lock, the bell, the water bottle/mount and the rack transport bar. They install it all for you. They have a ton of baskets, too. Will most definitely be back.

Lately I’ve been looking for bicycle shops for certain items since a family member of mine asked me to send some things to where he’s from. I haven’t found anything that he was looking for but amazingly I checked this small business and I found everything I needed! The workers were great, I didn’t get the female workers name but she was so kind and Rudi was the best. I myself don’t know too much about bicycles so he explained to me tires and etc. Recommend to anyone!

5 stars for many reasons. Leo and his staff were very attentive and answered a bunch of amateur questions i had. Prices were excellent, fast service. I look forward coming back here for years to come.

I wish i could give it a good review the people are nice and all but the workmanship wasnt great. I had a tube put in and literally not even half hour later i found out they didnt air it up properly and messed up the valve so i could not put air in.

New to the state of Florida, so each day on my fixed wheel is an adventure as i explore the area. I happened upon this shop and with my air a little low I thought it was worth a visit. It was very busy when i entered through the front and i didnt want to bother anyone with an air thing when a personable young woman asked how she could help me. I commented how impressed i was with her shop and sheepishly told her i just needed some air. She told me to go around the back entrance. I was meet with a huge smile, a joke, and my bike was promptly place on a stand and filled. I do not recall the gentlemans name but do recall how generous he was with his time and character.. I plan on making this my go to shoped Donnelly

What an amazing experience! I needed a new bike and was looking for an Electra Townie 7d EQ in Matte Black. This was the only store that had it in my area. My wife Camille called and spoke to Leo. We needed it delivered and Leo was perfect on arranging this as he personally delivered my new bike the same day. Two days earlier my wife bought her Townie at a different shop and was so disappointed in their service and will never go back there as she will be bring her bike to LC TRI for all of its service and so am I. Leo has made us customers for life for all our biking needs!

Family own great shop full service they are the Macy of bike shop in West Palm Beach. They think of their clients and new customers ahead of their own needs, by treating them like family.

Hands down this is my go to local bike shop! Leo, Rudy and the whole staff is awesome. I bought my Specialized Rockhopper from them, and bring my Roubaix in for things. Always willing to help, easy to reach. I can even go in; have an espresso and just hang out with them and talk. Just genuine nice guys. Best bike store in West Palm Beach

Came here to get a inner Tube and I change it myself. Turn to fine out that I had place the tube wrong so the tire popped. One of the guys told me that he was able to change it for Free and help me out. THANKS GUYS .

The service and knowledge is unbeatable. My bike was fixed overnight and I really felt like they treated me like a professional racer. This is a shop that bring the heart and passion back into cycling, these guys are all about fixing bikes and drinking coffee.

What a great neighborhood shop that at the same time can cater to the serious roadie, MTBer, triathlete or beginner. Prices are as competitive as anything youll see on the internet and the service is top notch.

I have known Leo and his crew since about 2003 when he had the Family Bicycles shop in east Lake Worth and hes always been professional, friendly, upbeat, enthusiastic and helpful. Im glad to have re-discovered him in a great location in the Flamingo Park/Mango Promenade neighborhood in W.P.B. I cant recommend him highly enough.
