Went here yesterday to buy a pump and some other stuff for my bike as I am from out of town. I read reviews for local bike shops and decided to come here and I am so glad I did. Have been there several times for tire repair and also tire purchase. They are quick, efficient but most of all knowledgeable and give out the benefit of their experience. They are also very reasonable price wise. I would highly recommend them.

Great overall great experience here. I took my Trek hybrid in as I had messed up the shifting cable. I believe it was Thomas who I worked with. He was prompt and very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem. I was on my way in 15 minutes with a great fix. Fantastic customer service, rare these days.

I took my and my wife’s mountain bikes which we have had for decades for a tuneup and new accessories. I’ll tell you they were in really bad shape and in storage for last 10 years. Took my bike for tune up.... they left my bike like new.... even fix some little problem i had with one shift and a bothering sound..... great attention from both owners... they speak English and spanish too.... have some doubt or question about biking and gear??? A staff member (may have been the owner) took time to educate me on fitting my sons bike, adjusted the seat herself and even gave us a free piece to make his handlebar safe, all in the hot son. I dropped my bike off Tuesday and they said maybe following Tuesday rating because they may need to order parts. Turns out it was ready 2 days later. Super fast. Also, they quoted 225 plus tax for my repairs and I only had to pay 188 with tax because there was 1 part they said did not need to be changed. Its hard to get honesty these days and Im am grateful and appreciative. Even though I was prepared to pay it was nice to have that savings so I gave them half those savings as a tip. 1st time there and now I definitely know I can trust and rely on them and will surely return there for future needs.

They were able to rehabilitate and save my severely water-damaged and rusted-out bike from from the metal scrap heap and completed the repairs at a reasonable cost to me. Brought in two older bikes that had a variety of issues (flat tire, gears not always working, brakes performing odd, wheels out of balance, loose kickstand) and this shop fixed them all with tune ups and a new tube. The bikes ride better than they ever have. I am grateful to have found this shop and am highly satisfied with their price, customer service, and quality of work. We will be back.PS: they even noticed that our seats needed adjusting and after we raised them it made a great difference in the ride.

I had the most amazing experience at Bicyclery in West Palm today. Last week I tipped over my bike while trying to adjust the brakes and broke a shift sensor on the e-bike. I called Tom and emailed him and he said no problem, he would fix it. Its less than 3-month-old Dost ebike from Canada. I met his lovely wife Marta when I arrived this morning at 10am. I was presently surprised about speed and the cost of my repair of my bike. Ive been in Palm Beach Gardens for 7 years now and this was my best experience at a bicycle shop to date. When I got home, I took it for a short 6-mi ride and it absolutely perfect. My sisters UPS driver told her about his shop, I guess I need to thank him as well.

I have a newish Specialized Turbo Lebo E-Bike. The dealer I purchased it from in Hollywood (NOT Bicyclery) is OK with regular bikes but not so much with the E-Bikes he sells. I needed some new parts installed as well as update the computer and service done. I called around and Bicyclery was the only one knowlegable and willing to do the work in a timely fashion. Excellent service and prices. I have been using the Bicyclery for almost 10 years. Service has always been prompt and the work superior. It’s a family owned business with the feel of always being welcomed. I was there last week for a full bike tune up, and they only charged me half because the bicycle was in better shape then I thought. They will always respect your time and your money and do great work.

Owners are husband and wife and they are awesome. Very knowledgeable and patient with explaining the different types of bikes. They are also extremely honest. I brought my bike in for a blown tire and instead of trying to sell me a bunch of things I didnt need they guided me to only what I needed and because of that I ended buying additional items because I wanted and not because they were trying to make a buck. I appreciated that so much. I will continue to use them for repairs and future purchases. They are priced very good and I would highly recommend them to just about anyone. I especially think that anyone into cycling use them. In this case bigger businesses isnt better. They offer everything you can find at a big chain store at a much better price point and quality. Also if they dont have what you want in stock they will get it and fast. The small business is a dying breed but we need more of them just like one, better yet we need more small business owners just like them. The lesson is instead of trying to make a huge sale for the moment they do whats right which in the long run will give them all the continued business to stay in business. Great JOB Guys.

We bought an amazing bike for my son who is an avid MTB enthusiast. He is 13 and we found the perfect bike for him right on the shop floor. He has been on the bike almost every day since November! We took the bike in for maintenance and a rim that wasnt true. It was fixed and returned within days and just like brand new! Amazing bike shop,I needed a part taken off my bike and I went to 3 different bike shops, he was the only one that was capable of taking off this specific part,real friendly guy, pretty cheap when it comes to services and he is quick compared to other places .I WOULD STRONGLY recommend him to anybody looking for a bike mechanic, I wish he was opened more days during the weekend but ....

Having attended several after hours repair clinics and bike handling courses we were impressed with the amount of insight shared. Being new to the area I was looking for a trusting, personal touch bike store. I tried a couple others and had typical what ever attitude. Tom took the time to tell me about all the great trails to ride and a couple events coming up. Didnt make me feel I was wasting his time. Told him of my touring plans and suggested several options for baggage. Which another store sold me wrong set up and I had to return. And they didnt give me any suggestions. Excellent shop! I stopped in with my wife and daughter to look for a bike for myself to finally lose my fluffiness and Tom took excellent care of us. Im completely new to the sport but knew I wanted something for exercise and the occasional trail.Tom walked me through the different bikes, fitted me for a bike, and even let me test ride the different choices which made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I have social anxiety so I was very nervous to go to a small bike shop where I would actually have to talk to someone as opposed to a big box store where I can wander around aimlessly for hours, but Im really glad my wife pushed me to. I walked out feeling like Id been going there for years.They didnt have the size/color combo bike I wanted so Tom ordered it for me on the spot and a few days later I got the call that it was there and ready. Tom even went as far as to give me a printed out list of where all the trails are as well as some paved trails that I can enjoy with my wife and daughter. I dont know how the other small bike shops compare but from the reviews that they had and how I was treated at the Bicyclery....Im not going to find out. Ill be sticking with The Bicyclery. Ive put 500+ miles on it and the only problems it has are with the old parts, problems which Tom readily and expertly solves with a smile. This bicycle shop is the BEST! Tom took my 50 year old Huffy Stingray and made it new again after another bicycle shop messed it up. His experience is remarkable. Bought two bikes and a number of accessories here. If you are looking for a shop with a local feel, rather than a corporate feel, this is the best place around. Knowledgable and will go out of their way to find anything you are looking for. My most recent bike purchase was a special order that I swapped a number of the stock parts out for custom parts. Not only did they credit me for the stock parts I didnt use, they allowed me to help build the bike in their shop when everything came in, even gave me some step by step instructions. Just goes to show how far they will go to make your bike really your own.

Went here to get my rear wheel, cassette, and rear derailleur changed here and the experience was fantastic.The owner walked through each component with me patiently and helped me to pick components that were in my budget and met my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and yet had no arroganceabout him.Even my wife was impressed by how well he treated me and my bike. And when we went back to pick it up not only did he remember me and my bike without saying a word, hed also put caps on my handlebars to protect my bar tape! It was such a dopey thing but it made me incredibly happy and left me feeling good about my decision to go here.

I came here a few weeks ago as a newbie to biking with a lot of questions. Sometimes going into bike shops can be intimidating, especially if you dont know anything about the sport. I was greeted by Tom (the owner) who was very eager to answer any questions I had. Even though I was new, I wasnt judged and I didnt feel out of place. We spent over an hour just chatting about general mountain biking. Overall a very friendly environment and not pushy at all. Just honest information from guys with 30+ years experience. Bicyclery inventory isnt huge, but they have a little bit of everything you need for biking. They are a Specialized dealer, and stock a few bikes. They also offer demo bike rentals to see if you like what you choose before you purchase. I highly recommend this shop!

A wonderful gentleman fixed my Sprint cleats that was missing a screw and he didnt charge me. Its hard to find anyone who will be so gracious especially when its a business. I highly recommend this store for all your bicycling needs. We should support caring people like this in our community so they can stay in businesss.

I emailed them about what derailleur to put on my bike as a replacement and rather than answering the question told me that it was an easy fix (meaning let the experts do it). I did not recieve any suggestions for a replacement, only an easy to do.

BEWARE! Rip off paid for tires to be fixed. that went immediately flat... side note very dirty shop... oh and don’t cuss! The owner is very sensitive and can’t handle when his work is brought into question.

Not too long ago a posted a nasty review because of a huge misunderstanding I had called a local bike shop and they offered to help me out with some grease for my headset so I was able to get the problem taken care of just fine with the help of people with a heart instead of some one that looks at its customers as a number and not a person how you responded not only showed your maturity and how you will “report me to google” attitude but it also showed me why the 2 customers that walked out after me said what they said. I’m in a business where reporting me to google will do nothing for you so good luck. When I meant your shop was dirty I meant it and when I meant you where rude I meant it the anger was because I wasted money on an Uber to get a tiny bit of grease from the wrong shop which is MY fault but for how I was treated comes with no excuse. That is the reason I went to the bike shop down the street and fully serviced my bike. Rims trued, new chain installed, new bottom bracket, and fully lubed. Guess what? That one small act of kindness gained that shop a little under 100$ not a lot of money at all but I guarantee it was worth the 50 cents of grease they where able to spare.

EXCELLENT, owner & mechanic Tom cares about quality. Visiting West Palm, my front wheel seized, so I consulted Google search, and limped to Bicyclery, wondering how to pronounce the name. Tom replaced wheel, adjusted brakes (improperly adjusted by bike shop in S. Miami), and tightened loose front fork, while I waited. Very happy, problem solved so conveniently and professionally.

Brought my girls bike there 3 times to get fixed which should have taken one visit. Xmas gift ruined. Bike still has flat. Owner charged me for fixing his own mistake and I had no choice as it was Xmas eve. Never again.

This store staff approached to US in a very radical way, recording our license plate without asking us our intentions first. We arrived in 2 vehicles as soon as we arrived during day time, they started recording our vehicles with their personal phone. This store has cameras in the back, which has the proper angles to record everything and everybody in the radius. Their argument or excuse was all about their private property and also about drug dealing. My friend asked them, if they wanted us to LEAVE, they said no, but then we had a bad feeling about it, we just left without being asked to do so. We didnt want any trouble to do so, all we wanted to do is to battle that Pokemon go gym that was there, peacefully. I thought, that the main reasons to place gyms in their shop was to attract more customers, but after today, i am not coming back ever to that area, the code of ethics and professionalism were affected very bad. My suggestion to their staff, if you dont want pokemon go players in your building, just please remove your gym. Having only team keeping their and intimidating others than wants just to have fun peacefully in group in that area is wrong. Asking first, would be a good approach, and Asking them to leave would be another appropriate method, if you dont approve the presence of pokemon go players in your facility. I will be also reporting this incident to NIANTIC, gyms located in areas like this, is having conflicts. Again, the APPROACH that you took, was very unnecessary and create a lot of discomfort between us. I am rating you very low, due to inappropriate actions as of today. But hey, it is your property, all you needed to do was to ASK Either our intentions or Just LEAVE. You had Cameras Installed in your building and using your PERSONAL PHONE, thats a NO NO.

The people at the shop when above and beyond what anybody would have done for a normal customer. We looked for a chain for my sons bike for at least 2 months. We went into the shop and while they didnt have what we were looking for, they managed to piece together a chain to make it work for us. They could have just said no we dont have it but they went the extra mile. plus they were really nice even if they are Cowboys fans!

Bicyclery charged me 6 bucks to change the inner tube on my wheelchair. If I went to a wheelchair place it would be 30
