The fat owner is very rude. Didnt want to change my tire for free even though he sold me for full price on a tire that was sitting in storage for about 2 years, rubber gets weak from just sitting there. I had a big air bubble out of nowhere on the highway and i could have crashed. And one of the owners had switched a tire for me before when i had 24s and he claims no tire below a 55 in width on sidewall is warranted but how did i manage to get those of a 35 sidewall exchanged?. He told me to sue him. But he knows that it isnt a lawsuit I would win. He cares more about money than the life of person. What a disgrace of a person walking away from me and ending the conversation without resolving the problem.

I live in Indiana and i purchased some tires online from them because of their very reasonable prices. Excellent customer service! Very helpful. Shipping of tires was super fast. Next purchase from them will be some wheels in the very near future.

The worst place to get tires, they do not respect the warranty and all the tires are too old, I bought some tires there in December 2020 and one of the tires got a ball or bubble, which almost caused me an accident, I took it to them so They will change it to me and the unpleasant manager said that they do not give a guarantee, and when I bought them the boy who sold it to me said that they did have a guarantee,

Went here for tires. Told the man working what I needed. He said om no problem we have that so on and so forth. He said he needed a deposit to make sure Im coming back in a few hours because he didnt want to tell the man who changes the tires to come in for no reason. This was before the pandemic so apparently a tire business doesnt have anyone there to do tires. He has to be called in. Strange. Next went back when I was soppossed to and them having all four tires went down to them having only ONE if my tires there. Unbelievable. So to sum it up a tire business without a tire mechanic and without tires. Visit for tires at your own risk. Never had such a strange experience at a tire store.

Bought a set a wheels and tires from Tim. All I can say is, that is one awesome employee you have working for you. Better hold on to him tight so he doesn’t get snatched up by another company haha. But on a serious note.. Tim did a wonderful job with communicating back and forth among with providing other great customer service. Anytime I inquired about my order he responded promptly. The order took a tad bit longer than I wanted but that was out of his and the company’s control due to ordering around the holidays. I will definitely be returning as a customer in the near future. In a word, disgraceful.I placed an order for a set of wheels with Hubcap, Tire, and Wheel last week after a separate company could not fulfill a duplicate order in the time frame I was originally told.Upon seeing the exceptional reviews here, I called the 1-800 number and spoke with Tim; expressing my new-found urgency. I was told on at least three occasions the wheel set would ship Monday, 2/22/16, if I placed the order that day, to which I accepted and paid (A bit more than the previous company, I would add).I called today, Monday, for the UPS tracking number and spoke with Tim again. He informed me the wheels had not yet shipped. In disbelief I said, You told me they would ship today. His next words were not a concession, like faster shipping, or even a simple apology; I was told, word-for-word and knowing full-well my current desperation, I have no problem cancelling the order.. If I didnt have an absolute need for there to be no further delays for these wheels, I would have absolutely cancelled, and he knows it.This really does bring to question what the business of an average consumer is actually worth. Considering how many positive reviews of Hubcap, Tire, & Wheel exist, I really did expect so much more. Such a shame.

Ordered 2 sets of rims and tires from these guys. A set of 24s and a set of 26s and received the wrong set of 26s. I explained to them that Ill be shipping the rims to my freight forwarder who will then ship them to me so I sent pictures of the rims I wanted along with model number to ensure that I get the right rims because returning them is out of the question. When I received the rims I was shocked to see that one set was wrong, how hard can it be to match model numbers or even just match the picture to the rim at the least. After explaining again that returning the rims is out of the question again, they offered to refund me some money. So I wait for this refund or a response, nothing, I emailed them almost every day for about a week and they finally got back to me today and said management will be refunding $100. REALLY?? $100 back from the $1928 that I paid for some rims that I didnt want and that I dont like. Thanks a lot guys, your customer care is just outstanding. First and last time I will ever order from these guys. If anyone wants evidence I can forward every single email.

I went into buy my first set of wheels and tires not knowing what I was doing. I can be a little difficult to work with because Im so picky but the staff here had the patience to deal with me and they helped me in every way possible. Very friendly staff. The next time I want new wheels and tires Ill definitely be going back here. Thanks again guys!

I will not buy from this place ever again, I purchased a 22inch tire it was no good, i drove back about 50 miles to let them know it was a bad tire, and that its losing air from the tire, the so called owner told me to try back in a few days on a tire thats going flat, the tire indeed went flat it was a defective tire.. I had to purchase another new tire from a different company with no problems with the tire from the other company.i called today Dec 4 2017 the same Bs the so call owner again feed me the Bs telling me the tire guy is off until Wednesday I thought this was a tire warehouse you only have 1 guy to do tires and take care of paying customers...U wont get another cent from me.

Bought 22s from here 5 years ago and ready to buy some more. Best prices in the USA. Bar none, drove to miami from chicago and picked up the rims on my way back. They stayed opened and waited for me. Cheers!!!

Went in but had to order tires for my HHR. Got smart and called before I went back and order had not been placed. Took another week but was worth the money. Nice,real working men. Not trying to sell you on anything. I bought 2 tires and they said that i had at least 6 months left on rear tires. Now i can replace 2 at a time without a hard sell for all 4 at one time. Maybe check out rims next time i go back to have tires rotated.

I stopped by Hubcap and wheel place today pink building. This place is all showroom and no service. The guy who waited on me acted as if he didnt want to help me because I had my own tires to mount on my 22s inch rims. He said he didnt mount the tires that were 235/30/22 all because of the tire pressure monitors. This place is all show no service even if you bought your rims and tires from this place. I sensed his piss poor attitude anyway. Listen people stay away from this place order your wheels from Custom Wheel and Tire located off military across from PBI airport they are more professional and will go out of their way to help you no matter if you bought your tires and wheels wholesale like I did. I wished I could give them a no star rating. Again your reply doesnt change the fact your business sucks I wont be coming back to you so dont make the offer. I tell everyone I know to shop at Custom Wheel and tire off on military much more professional shop. You suck

The replica VW17 18turbine wheels (for 2010 VW CC) have perfect finish and look far better than stock 16 wheels on my regular 2015 Passat. Alex was extremely helpful and friendly with purchase over the phone! Staff go above and beyond to keep you updated on your purchase. They seemed to have more tire choices and tire spec info when I called. Would buy from them again for sure.

Replaced a tpms sensor with aftermarket parts for less than half the OEM cost at the dealership, also straightened my tire rim for me while doing it. Out in under 20 minutes, working perfectly.Coming back here for all my tire needs.

This place is awful... DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They sold me tires that were too big for my truck, after I researched the tires and found out they would actually do body damage, power steering issues, etc to my truck I canceled my order Immediately. A week later they called to tell me they would NOT refund my $2500!!!!! I counted on them to be the experts, but they were willing to sell me something that was not only not designed for my vehicle, but would damage it and then kept my money. Go somewhere where they know what they are doing and wont steal your money!!! Dishonest to say the least.

Genuinely nice people there, they know what they are doing since theyve been here longer than Ive been alive for, and they have good prices. They were fast with the tire replacement so I wasnt there long.

So I have bought several pairs of wheels from this place never had an issue up until now. I made the major mistake of trusting this place but Alex the owner is completely not a man of his word complications I had getting tires and wheels at this place were unprecedented the assistant manager David is just a complete storytelling liar and very inexperienced with his knowledge I seriously recommend every person staying very clear of doing any business here South Floridas totally polluted with an endless array of scammers and ruthless business people and places like this are epitomizing the problems that we have here with these type of negative undesirable businesses that at the end of the day they are just complete predators
