I was unfortunately in a hit and run on 95 and the entire drivers side of my car required repairs. Lionel was wonderful and made the process of getting the repairs and my car back on the road in pristine condition simple and easy. As for the body work itself, my car looks brand new and I can’t even tell it was in an accident. There is not 1 blemish and the paint job is flawless. They even got my car back to me 5 days earlier then promised. I am grateful I chose this body shop and would highly recommend them to my family and friends without reservation!

The body shop did an amazing job bringing our (2019) truck back to the original way it looked before the mishap. We couldn’t be happier with the results!!! Tony was extremely professional, returned calls when promised and kept us informed of the progress. We would definitely use Schumacher Body Shop again!!

Over $11,000 of work and 3 return visits later, I still have an incomplete car. This shop is not open weekends, does not warranty their work, and flat out blamed me for a bumper gap that they claimed cant be repaired- *EVEN THOUGH IT LEFT THEIR LOT WITH THE SAME GAP*. Timestamped picture same day of pickup showing the issue. Service manager (Kelly Derita) oblivious and unconcerned. Subaru Customer Service of no help. I give up, let karma handle it. I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL OF MY WORK!

UPDATE - I finally manager to speak with Jennifer Ervey today after numerous phone calls to Schumacher to find the correct person to speak with. I have been leasing my car from Schumacher Infiniti since July . My car was put int he shop October 2020 and it is Jan 6 2021 and I still dont have my car. Since NOvember Kelly Derita (who is no longer there I find out today) 2 weeks car will be ready. It is now Jan 6 car still not ready. WHY WASNT I EVER OFFERED A LOANER CAR FROM INIFINIT? Instead Im paying insurance on an IMPALA. Are you kidding me? I have been paying my lease on my InfinIti QX50 of $450 a month for the 3 months so far that my car has been in the shop. This is the professionalism I get ?? I leased my car from them, paying for the lease, I DO NOT HAVE THE LEASED CAR instead Im driving around in an IMPALA. Why wasnt I offered a comparable car such as a loaner car from Infiniti? Is this company such a big conglomerate that nobody knows what the other is doing? Come on guys! I dont deserve this!!My car has been in the shop 3 months. I was in contact with the Body Shop manager Kelly Derita and have been emailing her requesting a status because the Body Shop does not answer their phone . I called Kelly Derita since she didnt respond to my emails all week only to learn from Alicia who answered the phone that Kelly was no longer with the company. My car has been in the shop for 3 months. My insurance company Geico has already paid Schumacher and I still DO NOT have my car. Besides all that ALICIA hung up on me and when i called a=back she did not pick up the phone. I think there is insurance fraud going on here. Be careful!!! ALICIA is very unprofessional and I am reporting her to Charles Schumacher the OWNER of the Company.UPDATE - i left a message with the Corporate Customer CAre person her name is Cindy. I havent had a return Call yet I will update this post when she returns my call. AGAIN my car has been in the shop for 3 monthsl. Still not ready and it is Jan 6. I lease the car from Schumacher Infiniti and i have made 3 car payments and I still do not have my car. I am also paying rental insurance on a rental car because my car is in the shop for 3 months. If you have the choice, DO NOT take your car to this body shop. They will keep your car for way longer than they promise and then keep extending the promised date. The shop promised my car in a month and had my car for two and half months. My last car, when it went in to get a door fixed, they had the vehicle for a month!! Yes, the car will come back looking good as new, but it takes forever and a day.

I’ve been with this body shop in the past and they did really well with the previous services, unfortunately this recent one was way off my expectation, they gave me a date of completion and since then a couple of extension promises, it even exhausted my car rental insurance.Constant update and a return call from a voicemail would be helpful, bit it wasn’t the case. Im disappointed this time.

I have been doing business with Schumacher Body Shop since 2003. Kelly Derita is the shop manager and pretty much runs the entire operation. Regardless of whether the job is huge or small, I get the white glove treatment. Kelly not only is professional but she really knows her stuff! She spends time explaining what procedures will take place and answers all questions and concerns. I cant keep count of how many times I have used Schumacher Body Shop for all my cars new and old over the years. If the job needs any adjustments or fine tuning, it gets done with no questions asked. I have not been disappointed with the quality of work. The techs are top notch. I happen to be a fanatic about my cars and Im quite particular with any work done on any of them. If you take pride in your car and want the best possible job done properly, you will not be disappointed by taking your car to Schumacher Body Shop and dont forget to ask for Kelly! You wont be disappointed!

Kelly at Schumacher Body Shop is amazing, while I had some fitment questions on the bumper of my car, she had them adjust the fit again and also brought me to the car dealership to view new vehicle fitment. I really appreciated this level of service and commitment Kelly has to ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience. Professional, courteous, and friendly. They were informative and helpful throughout the entire process and also one of the Allstate approved repair shops, which is a huge plus. I received personal attention from the manager and she was up front and honest with all estimates of both cost and time. Hopefully I dont need a body shop again in the near future, but if I do I will definitely call them.

My insurance company recommending this location, now my life has become a living hell dealing with the problems and bogus charges, will I be getting refunded. They had the nerve to charge for the betterment of my tire when my tires were less than 5,000 miles in. The receptionist fails to acknowledge you and is very slow when offering you service. They have caused more problems with my vehicle than before my accident. I have to bring my vehicle back which is a huge inconvenience. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! Juan informed my suspension was done off sight, however, this should have happened since I dropped my car off at Schumacher Body Shop, not a random shop. I will be awaiting them to properly fix my vehicle and hopefully in the future provide quality customer service.

Came here for a quote to replace my front bumper due to an accident that another person caused by reserving into it with his truck trailer hitch.Note: They dont do business on Saturday - Sundays anymore. I tried to come here on a Saturday for a quote but they were closed. Even the Schumacher dealership was shocked that the shop was closed on weekends now, or they have 0 communication with each other about these things, who knows.Payment/cost? The person who caused the damage went to the shop and paid in full via what the quote was asked. The bumper cover and the absorber both got damaged so price was high, so I did follow up with a second body shop to get another quote just so that I can get an idea. The other body shop was asking the same price since they order from the parts and paint from the service center as well.Damage? Little damage (as seen in the photo), but it couldnt have been repaired with a patch since its not metal, so they replaced the whole bumper.Delivery? I called the shop on Thursday to confirm that I wanted to have my car worked on there and they ordered the parts, then a few days later on Monday morning I dropped off the car. The car was available to pickup Wednesday around 3 pm.I think the most boring and ridiculous part about this was waiting for a service car to drop me off back at home. They called, couldnt get an answer, they called again and couldnt get an answer. After waiting almost an hour, they had an employee from the shop take me home. Other than that, I never experienced any of the issues other people are having based on reviews.

They did a good job. They did not follow up with us, though as they said they would, so We had no car over the weekend. They also forgot to finish hooking up lights so we had to turn around and go back. They were nice,but clearly not as thorough as they should be.

I honestly could not find fault with the job they did. My 2015 Subaru Outback was brought in with damage to the left front wheel and needed both mechanical and body work repair. When I test drove the car after the repair, a gentleman rode with me to answer questions and make sure the car was right. I was satisfied.

Had three of our vehicles (SUV & 2 hatchbacks) in the body shop for heavy hail damage.Manager Kelly was our point of contact, and she was awesome in keeping us informed on the progress, setting up our car rental and expediting the repairs.The process/repairs did take a couple weeks (due to amount of damage on each vehicle), but when all was said & done, the vehicles looked like brand new.Weve since been back to have one of our new SUVs fixed after a small collision and the experience was the same.I cant say enough about Schumacher Body shop and their manager Kelly.

Honestly if I could give this place no stars I would. Completely terrible service. Car was involved in an accident and the at fault partys insurance referred us to here. First of all the person who initially surveyed the car seemed to be on opiates. Then when we brought the car in to be repaired we were never given a time frame as to how long theyd have it which was important considering we were paying out of pocket for a rental since they do not offer courtesy rentals. We called and never received calls back for days. Then today we received a call asking if we picked up the car because they couldnt find it. They said they knew it was missing around 1 PM but they didnt call us about it until 4:45. They didnt call the police to report it stolen and then we find out they saw someone with our car next to their shop on Saturday but didnt report it because people come take their own cars off the lot all the time we had to call the police and wait there until they arrived although they said they were going to call the cops when they spoke to us. Lionel our rep was washing and waxing a car for over an hour whilst we were there waiting to speak with him. They did not care that a car was stole off their lot. Do not go here. They are extremely dumb.

Communication is terrible and their customer service is reactionary at best.I.E. During 12 calls prior to bringing in my car (had to wait weeks), no one ever bothered to tell me they are not located at my dealer. So we lost 2 more days at my expense of a rental. Luckily I did not have extensive work because what they did was the best they could do but didnt line-up the same and showed some major gaps!

They will keep your car forever. Dont do it! 80 hours of work took over 2 months. The car smelled on the inside when I got it back. I wish I would have noted the milage because why would they have had it that long? Was someone using it for their personal use????

9/7/19Very frustrated with my experience.I was rear -ended in July and the insurance company recommended Schumacher Collision.My car was new (just purchased) in May and purchase from Schumacher Infiniti in West Palm BeachSo, I believed they would know what to do to repair the damage being Infiniti certifiedThe rear bumper needed to be replacedI was assured it would look good as new satisfaction guaranteed.When I picked my car up the bumper paint job was an off-white compared to the car . I asked for it to be redone which they did - and now it’s worse - it’s super white and does not match the car even worse!I relayed to the receptionist that I need to speak to someone because I dislike this worse than the first paint job. When someone came to speak with me They asked for the keys of the rental & giving me the keys to my car And then said they have done all they can do! That was it! They did all they could do.This is a brand new Q 50 Infiniti and that’s all they can do ! Give me back my new car with the repair doesn’t match the rest of the car! They added if I wanted anything else done to it I would have to go through the insurance and negotiate that myself — otherwise they are finished.Jenny the woman I spoke to said she could see that it doesn’t match but there is anything they can do about it unless the insurance agrees with it .So much for customer satisfaction guarantees!! .Jenny reconsidered having me negotiate with the insurance company and said She would call the insurance company for me and would call me backWith what she has learned . So far I have not heard anything.Still in my frustrationBobbi

Elvis was my contact at the shop. It was an insurance claim, and it started off fine, he seemed like a trustworthy guy. I was getting my rear bumper and trunk lid fixed. I was told by him it would be about a week to 10 days to complete! A few days in I get a call from Elvis who tells me the bumper they got was defective and they would need more time to get new one. I should have gone there immediately. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed. Two days later I get a call again from Elvis, someone there was driving my car and crashed, and the front fender is smashed and needs to be fixed. This place takes your car that is in for service and drives it to get lunch or whatever they need to do, I know this because I caught them in the act. Elvis lied to me about when the accident happened, and from there on out I had to deal with Kelly, who is the manager. She helped resolve the issue by giving me 4 brand new tires, and they fixed the fender at no cost to me. My issue was that Elvis lied about the entire process and did not have the balls to just tell me the truth. I will NEVER bring my car back to this place or any other Schumacher shop ever again. These people cannot be trusted with your vehicle. STAY AWAY!

I’m disgusted with my experience. My car went in for simple cosmetics. When I got my car back, not only was it further damaged but it was missing parts.I had received a phone call from the receptionist stating that my parts had come on on Friday April 5th, 2019. Therefore my car will take longer. The shop has had my vehicle since April 1st. I was given an estimate of completion by April 8th., now estimated to be completed by April 10th.Luckily my vehicle was “ready” on the 8th...but I was finessed, hoodwinked, and bamboozled. There was metal hanging off of my car due to a missing panel, and a new scrap that wasn’t there on the opposite side of where my damage was. The bottom of my car was not an issue and now it’s loose and has a gap.Also, when I was called about the arrival of my parts I was told my front and back bumper, along with my side panel and driver side door were everything being replaced. I was put on hold so that this information was confirmed by Kelly. When I get there my front bumper is bent and my rear was still damaged as when I brought it in.When I brought these things to my service advisors attention (Kelly) she looked at me said, “these are issues outside of your claim”, and just folded her hands. When I mentioned what was told to me when I RECEIVED the call on Friday. I was called a liar and told I was making a scene.Kelly went on to disrespect my mother and walk off. Yami, interjected herself and told us that the car is fixed. Take it or leave it. My insurance company is doing an investigation based on photos submitted way before I dropped off my car.Honestly, and I said this to the entire team:Acknowledgment of the mistakes and an apology would’ve made everything better. Wasn’t looking to get over but my time is precious, my vehicle is how I get to work. The games being played are unnecessary and hurtful.Nevertheless, my car has been reappraised and is being repaired by professionals.

The Worst! I picked up my car, it was supposed to be vacuumed out, washed, and in pristine condition. It was filthy. Lanny, the Adjuster, said HE washed it at 8 am and the body shop was dusty, what did I expect? So rude, this wasnt dust, this was DIRT! The body work that was done seems ok. But as I was walking around inspecting my car, I noticed a few dings, scratches and dents that were not there when I dropped the car off. I am a fanatic about my vehicle and know every scratch on it. He was a jerk, said were there before, was impatient, yelling, causing a scene. FURTHERMORE I told him my was car was supposed to be CLEANED UPON PICKUP. He again, insisted that he WASHED it HIMSELF at 8 am and what was he supposed to do? I said.... I dont know.... WASH IT? He threw a hissy fit and said something like let me just stop everything to WASH YOUR CAR. He got in my car and sped off. NEVER AGAIN!!! Not to mention, I have to bring it back there on Monday so the manager can inspect all these things and dent and scratches on my car because she wasnt there today. This place has some serious issues.

If i could give no stars..i would. They had my suv for 3 weeks for repairs due to a car accident. Front end damage and blown air bags. 2 weeks after getting it back, i found papers(paystub,direct deposit info, christmas card, financial papers from a 2014 kia purchase ...ect...) They were in the back on the floor between the trunk and back seat. I would not have found them if i didnt put my back seats down. There is also an extra 100 miles on my brand new vehicle. I called the manager Kelly yesterday, she blamed the tow truck company. Can someone explain why the tow truck company would drive it with blown air bags and front end damage. Also the paint job was not great and the windshield wiper fliud container leaks. They said they would look at it but i do not want to go back there. According to Kelly no one with that name works there but how did all those important papers get hidden in MY vehicle with 100 extra miles.

The worst. No client follow up, they do not call you back, they just dont answer your calls and if they do answer they are so rude and everything is excuses to not do there job, including the manager, yes Kelly Derita. I never been so mistread both my wife and I. The rest of the Schumacker team are awesome, for oil change, brakes, but that crew on that bodyshop are sloppy. One star is too much for them.

I had a rocky start having been burned by Sheehan Body Shop in Boca by not fixing my dented fender and painting my bumper the wrong color, then Kip obnoxiously insisting I was wrong, then with great reluctance tried to fix the paint color without taking off the bumper and still got it wrong! After my disgust I took my car to Schumachers body shop where I should have taken it in the first place. They were slow get get back to me, which I though was odd because it was a cash payment, but when the ball got rolling everything was fixed correctly and the paint color is a perfect match! Grant was my service agent and did an excellent job keeping on top of the painter and he was always pleasant and even stayed late for me to pick up my car. I appreciate the painter taking pride in his work and making sure I was satisfied. Hopefully I have no reason to go back, but if I do, I wouldnt think twice.

Excellent experience . I was taken care of by Kelly Derita . I made an appointment with Kelly to drop off my truck for a warranty paint issue . I dropped the truck off on the day of my appointment, Kelly wrote me up and said that it would be complete in a few days, 2 days later I received a call saying the truck was done . Great job, repair is done right, nice business to deal with . I have purchased 3 vehicles from Schumacher and wouldnt expect anything else . ++++
