Her phone skills and verbal communications were simply outstanding,...her memory too! Spent several weeks just trying to get an appointment with them. I kept asking do they need to look at the car at first or will it be staying there for several days - never got a straight answer. Got the run around submitted all of my paperwork to them, made the appointment finally after 4 weeks of phone tag and they claimed they did not have my paperwork when I got there this morning. Then they said they thought I was coming later in the day. I said really? Here is the text from Ana confirming my 8:30/9 am appointment. Then they tell me the claim is incomplete - which I told them before hand they were going to need to supplement - the owner was rude and totally unhelpful. So I will be taking my car elsewhere. Horrible way to treat customers. One hand does not know what the other is doing! They made excuse after excuse as to the delays. One less customer for them now since they re so busy.

Customers are treated with disdain. Always act as if they know more than the customer about everything. The person I spoke with was a woman who was quite unpleasant and yelled at me for no apparent reason. I strongly advise against it. The first step is to establish respect, after which we can conduct business, something that female lacked.

Based on a recommendation from another reputable body shop in the area, I took my BMW 428i to European for repair of damage to my passenger side rear quarter panel and my door. I was initially told that the repair would take about 3 weeks; however, I had to wait nearly 3 weeks before I could drop it off so that they could schedule me in. My scheduled drop off date was 3/22. I arrived to drop off and was handed off to my service advisor who then told me it would likely be 4 weeks for the repair if they had problems getting the parts, but that he would keep me updated. Well, today marks 6 weeks and I still dont have a firm answer when my car will be ready. To make things worse, 2 weeks ago on 4/26 I was told that the car was going to paint but this morning I got an email stating that paint department rejected the splice line on rocker (sic)...so, its been sitting in the paint department for 2 weeks???? Ive not been offered a single apology, Ive not been offered any sort of real communication about the status of my car or any estimated delivery date. In the meantime, Im out $300+ a week in a car rental since my insurance only covers 30 days of rental. I can not yet give a review on the quality of the work performed, but based on the customer service ive received so far I am very nervous.

Disrespectful to the customer. Always act like a they know everything more than the customer. The one who I talked to was a female and she was very rude and yelled at me for no reason. I totally don’t recommend. First thing comes is respect then we can do business and that female didn’t any have that.

Very professional staff. Clean and well equipped paint and body center. Bob always goes out of his way to make things happen. I brought my Tesla X after an accident, as this place is Tesla certified, they did an amazing job putting my car together. Paint job was just perfect. Highly recommend!

In addition to pro-actively going above and beyond the work promised, they effectively managed my insurance company relationship, and completed the repairs on-schedule and ensured complete sanitization of the vehicle prior to me reclaiming it. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of their work and jumped through some hoops to get everything done and get the car back to us as soon as possible. Tesla service sent my brand new (2000 miles) Model X here (a Tesla certified body shop) for hood and rear bumper paint issues. My poor car came back WORSE than when it left with sloppy over spray on the headlights, gaps on the bumper and missing trim clips. Even worse, it took 7 business days for a simple job. I made another appointment with Tesla who promised that this time would be better... 6 business days later, MORE overspray, MORE missing trim clips and MORE poor workmanship. Sure I blame Tesla but this shop did all the work (or lack of). My car is still not right, Tesla wanted to schedule a third appointment with this joke of a shop but needless to say, Ill be paying out of pocket at a body shop who knows what theyre doing... If youre thinking about going here, run... Im going to be escalating within Tesla to have this shop uncertified.

Upon recommendation of Braman Motorcars, I took my Ford F-150 truck to European Body and Paint Shop after a frontal collision. As these trucks are now made of aluminum, I was seeking a body shop certified by Ford to do the repairs properly – which European is one of only a few certified shops that can do so. From the time I dropped my truck off with the ladies at the counter through the entire process, it was incredible.Bill Casey at European kept in constant contact with me and the insurance company which spared me the agony of negotiations from my insurance trying to skimp on non-factory authorized parts to hidden damages uncovered that they were made forced to cover by the expertise and reputation of European.When I picked up my truck yesterday, I couldn’t believe it as it looked like brand new and drove great on the way home. Knowing the caliber of service that Braman Motorcars demands, it is no wonder their service department has no reservations on recommending European. From expert repairs to a waiting room that looks and feels like something our of a first class hotel – even with a vintage car on display – choose Frank, Bill and the staff at European to make the right repair and tangle with your insurance company. I couldnt be happier with the customer service at European Paint and Body! They repaired the body of my car from a hit and run and not only did they do the job perfectly, but they kept me posted every step of the way. They called me every four days to tell where we were in the process and how much longer until completion. The staff was so friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable! I will definitely use them for all my auto-body needs!

The owner has changed. When I brought my car in the last time, the shop estimate was outrageously high ($5k), and I was told they didnt know if the intervention could even fix the problem! I didnt use the garage and have moved my rating to 3 stars. I have no idea what kind of job they would do.This was my original 5-star review when it had the original owner:THE BEST, hands down, not only for repair but for personal care. I had work done on my BMW twice (to perfection). Today, I could NOT open my hood. I took it to BMW service ... 4 guys tried to open it but couldnt, said I needed to come back in and have an hour or so worth of work to get to the bottom of it. I immediately thought of Bill at EP&B. I drove over. Within seconds, the hood was popped. He said it just needed a little lubrication, which he provided at no charge! I cannot recommend this company enough.

I was truly satisfied with the customer service provided, the care they gave my car, and the outcome of the repairs. Luis was great, he kept me in the loop at all times and reassured me that I would be highly satisfied, especially because he had one of his top techs on it. Huge thanks to Carmelo for letting me check it out even when my car looked not so great and definitely for making sure my car looked spectacular after the repairs. When I went through my first accident this is the location that my insurance company sent my car to. I didnt know any better but my first call was from Anna who was the first person outside of my family who asked me if I was okay and if I needed anything. She was the sweetest. The next person I dealt with was Edwin who also made sure to ask if I was okay. He explained the process that the car would go through and what to expect. After everything I went through with the accident and all the stress of the insurance company this place took all the stress out of getting my car fixed. They both kept in touch with me and always made sure I didnt need anything. I thank them both for the professionalism and kindness. My car came out perfect and I would recommend this place not just for the work but for the people.

First class service and work. If you are looking for the very best quality shop, look no further. Had some unfortunate damage on my Tesla Model 3 with the complicated pearl white paint. Bob and team ordered the parts from Tesla, educated me on the insurance claim and were in touch the whole process. But most importantly, the car is like new again.

Best auto body shop around! They do amazing work from the detail department to the paint department to the repair department! They are highly recommendable! The staff is on point and highly acknowledgeable! They always know what is going on with your car and they keep you updated often! If going through insurance they try to move the process along as fast and efficiently as possible Their work is 100% and they wont return your car to you until it is 100%.

Morning. 3 times over the past 9 months you said you wanted me to fall back in love with my truck. Picked it up Friday. Was nervous like seeing an old sweetheart. My expectations were extremely, perhaps unseasonably, high. You got what you wanted and more. When I picked it up Friday, it was love at first sight. Expectations met and by far exceeded! Your suggestion and slight convincing for me to trust you and European led me to making one of the best decisions ever! Which is to say everyone at European were AMAZING throughout the process. Frank showed remarkable professionalism by meeting me on day one and personally showed his passion for exceeding his customers expectations when I took delivery. And Zeno running point. Hands on from start to completion, instilled a great sense of confidence from day one. Hes not the type of guy who just checks things off a punch list when hes told its done. He personally checks it to ensure it meets his expectations before giving check approval. His expectations for getting it right, better than simply right but perfect, and now having the truck for the last several days has led me to one incredible conclusion: Im glad I got in the accident. Lol. Because with you going above and beyond and always remaining steadfast during this marathon, has left me LOVING my SHELBY more now than the day I flew to Raleigh to pick her up. You made the best decision in entrusting European, Bob Zeno specifically, to restore my SHELBY beyond its former glory. Because of Zeno my trucks better than when the odometer read ZERO.. So far it has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a service company. I have some front end damage from an accident that happened back in November 2016. I brought the car in for an estimate and they were supposed to order the parts. Because of the type of car, the parts can take a little time to receive. In mid December I called them and the parts still were not ordered. They finally ordered them in mid February. No communication or anything during this time. They received the parts and I had to bring my vehicle in for another estimate This time they actually took apart the front end and determined they needed many additional parts. This time they had to keep my car for 9 days, so I had to get a rental car. (My insurance company only pays for 30-days of rental car). I received back my car temporarily and the front radar sensor was not installed properly-it was fine after the accident and before i dropped it off. I mentioned this to PM was told you dont need that, it will be fixed later They ordered the additional parts and they received them on 3/13/17. I was then scheduled to bring in vehicle on 4/12/17 @ 9:30am. Dropped off vehicle. 4/25/17-Was told vehicle was re-assembled and would be painted by end of this week. 5/1/17-Told vehicle is due to be painted this week--another lie. Spoke with different person as main PM out on Monday. He said that they have to dis-assemble vehicle before it can be painted. Why would they supposedly assemble it in the first place if it has to be dis-assembled? 5/2/17-Still waiting on call back from shop. Horrible communication, horrible customer service

The work they did was great, but they are going to pad the estimate and bill your insurance for significantly more hours than what is actually worked. Overall, it was pretty good considering they never even seen my make/model of car before.

LIARS! SCAM ARTISTS! iNSURANCE FRAUDULENCE!They quote free estimates, charged me $400. They broke apart a car, and left the parts OUTSIDE the building. Then when you try to get the car picked up three separate times, AAA was turned away...Because the it was too ripped apart but we were told it was ready. To top it off they charge for every hour said car was sitting in the shop for LABOR. Now I have a new charge for $700 for the quote I already paid for.. (that was suppose to be FREE)READ THE COMMENTS. This isn’t the first time, and you may be the next. Insurance recommends...... HMM wonder why

I had to wait 2 months to get my vehicle in but I am happy with the end result. I had to call Gene twice and he promptly returned my calls. I thought everyone was professional and when I received my vehicle back it was not only fixed well but my vehicle was detailed inside and out, top to bottom. It looks better than the day I bought it. There was a hassle with payment because the insurance sent me a check but didnt say they were, so it probably got tossed with all the junk mail I get. I thought they were paying directly, but I put that on the other guys insurance, not on European. I would recommend them.

Not very experienced with insurance claims, they try to hold the owner responsible and refuse to do any leg work with the insurance company claiming that it is their policy. They want an estimate to be provided to them, isnt that their jobs?Lost my business after the first call, they should hire some people who know what they are talking about to answer phones.

If you’re sent here for insurance purposes I recommend going to an actual shop. This place is only concerned with high end vehicles and those are the only customers they care about. If you are a car person steer clear of this place, they are going to give you a high price for small dents, keep your car for over 6 months, and then tell you that your car is essentially totaled and repairs are not worth it FOR A DENT in the frame. I’ve heard from too many people that when they go in with their car they end up with mechanical issues afterwards. I wouldn’t trust this shop with my car, they’re condescending and they don’t give two craps about your car unless it’s a McClaren

Had my vehicle towed to European after a minor accident. Every time I would call for an update I was either put on hold indefinitely or given an ambiguous answer in a rude, condescending tone. After having my vehicle for a week and never conducting a damage inspection I decided to have it moved to another shop. When I called European to have vehicle release they were surprisingly polite and just asked who would be picking it up. THEY NEVER MENTIONED ANY CHARGES. The following day I saw they had charged my insurance $667 for storage/towing/labor/parts... If initial damage report was never done and I never approved any repairs what parts/labor are they charging me for?!?! Do not take your vehicle to European unless you are okay with paying fraudulent fees!

I wouldnt want to give them even one star, these people have got my car for over 2 months and its still not ready to be picked up, it had some rear damages but wasnt looking too bad to be taking this long to get fixed, no email communication even after several requests..they keep apologizing for delay every time I call them but that doesnt help..every time its same cold answer, would never go back to them again..very frustrating, please beware!

I would not use this shop. They over price their bids and say they need to do a bunch of work that is not even needed. I got a quote from this shop for roof damage and was told it would be $6,000 and a bunch of bumpers, etc. would need to be taken off and it would take 3 weeks. I went to another shop and had my car fixed for $1,000 and in 4 days. Cant believe this shop is still in business.

The customer service here stinks. Craig, Bob, and Lucenda are very aggressive, nasty, rude, and disgusting. They will never have the opportunity to fix my car again. It took them three and a half to 4 months to fix my car. They never keep me up to date or told me what was happening. Everytime I call, Craig is on vacation or out of the city or out of town. When I came to pick up my car Lucinda said that my car was buried at the back so it would take a while.

I didnt have any work done here but I feel I should leave a review because I was almost price gouged for work that I didnt need. First of all, I was referred to this shop through BMW of Okeechobee because they supposedly send all of their cars for repair here. I know cars, I used to work in an auto shop. I have family members own auto shops. Anyhow, the gentleman proceeded to inpect my minor damage and was trying to convince me that I would possibly need a new radiator, mind you this was SUPERFICIAL damage. I took the estimate and left. It wasnt until I got home that I noticed the estimate included items I didnt need and even for the opposite side of my car that wasnt damaged whatsoever. This solidified my suspicions that I was being gouged. I took my car to the actual BMW collision facility in Ft Lauderdale. They looked over it thoroughly and gave me an estimate for $600 less! And with no mention of a damaged radiator because there was none. Moral of the story folks, please get 2nd and 3rd estimates.
