I came to Maroone Chevy after a bad experience at another dealership. They helped me get my car fixed, and also put me in a loaner no questions asked. Heather my service manager in particular was amazing and very professional, she kept me up to date on everything going on with the car, up until I was ready to pick it up. I would definitely recommend this place and heather to any friends and family of mine.
They had my car for 2 weeks because a part was back-ordered (not their fault), but the communication throughout the wait was poor - I had to keep calling to get status updates. Good work when part arrived, though, and the cost was pretty reasonable.

I walked into this business frustrated to no end with my previous vehicle (not from there). It was starting to give me trouble that I had no time or desire to deal with.I was greeted at the door by Christopher who was incredibly pleasant from the beginning. I let him know the situation and the type of vehicle I was looking for.Christopher PATIENTLY walked me around the lot while I was my usual indecisive self. When we ended up back at the first vehicle he showed me, which was exactly what I wanted, he grabbed the keys and we took it for a test drive. Christopher answered all of my questions and got me through the buying process quickly.I left that day happy, and without the usual feeling I have after leaving a dealership.There were no questions left to be answered and I know that if something should come up there will be people there to help.I would 110% recommend this place to purchase a vehicle, service a vehicle, etc. 🙂
Terrible Service, Overpriced and horrible customer experience !!I have been a loyal customer from past 4 years and since this facility has been acquired by mike maroone, the service has degraded exponentially.They charged me $2200 to fix an issue and the issue circulated back in 3 days !!They charged me for service again and changed multiple parts, but that didn’t fix the issue.I went for full body checkup and the service department mentioned there is nothing wrong with my car, since i have been servicing my Chevy Camaro every 3 months (driving less than 500 miles per month), but my battery went down, 18 days after my service appointment.I am terribly disappointed by the level of service, they never even offered me a loaner and asked me to wait hours before servicing, and on top of that, my car gave me issues within a week of servicing.I am taking my business to Schumacher Chevrolet which is 15 miles away from my home in west palm, because of the terrible service by this horrible chevy dealer.
I give it a 5 star quick in and out I love that.
So the $69 8 qt oil change is really $82 and takes 1.5 hours

I purchased a used car with no warranty. After discovering the car had several potentially expensive problems, the owner, Patti Dean, arranged for her service manager, Adam, to address the problems. They have replaced the battery, repaired the front end, serviced the transmission, aligned a door and fixed other concerns, all with a promise to bring it back if problems persist.
Terrible service, and they tried to take advantage in price! I went this morning there to get a quotation to change the grille from my Chevy Cruise. They first sent me to buy the Parts, and I had to choose all the parts myself without even not knowing well what I was doing technically. When I actually got to the service part, they told me it would be $500 just to change the grille (a part from the $300 I payed for the grille). I told them that was too much, and they told me to go to another shop if I thought it was expensive. I just got the SAME service done for $72 in a GREAT PLACE. I am never going back again! They saw it was a young girl and they made the price just by looking at it. In this new shop I went they showed me exactly what was charged for what, a totally different service.
Left car for oil change when I called ahead they said they would have to order parts for recall, when I picked up recall and firmware update were also completed.

I was told they would work with me on the cost of getting my car repaired. The labor cost $180 per hour. I was told this will be reduced to $150 per hour. Then got the final bill of $1,000 over the confirmed price. Upon reviewing the bill I see a note claiming I agreed to the final total; however all I got was a phone call stating the car was ready. I pray I never have to get another car repair from this place again. Worst experience ever. Plus they took two extra days to fix my car!
Went in for my regular Tire Service in oil change. Great service there.
