Palm Beach Coachworks is an absolutely amazing company! They were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and helpful. Their work is top notch and they truly look out for the customer! They knew I needed a rental but had to pay for it and therefore suggested that I wait until they could actually look at my car. They checked for parts right away and kept me up to date. They are now the only auto shop I will deal with! I’m very thankful for their service. Patty is the best!

I brought my car in to be fixed after a palm landed on my car and dented it. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. My insurance claim was approved in house, the work came out beautifully, the owner and everyone else was super friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing job all around highly highly recommend.

The service is incredible. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. A facility that that has been in business since the 90’s. A place I decided to trust with my vehicle’s repairs. Also, they warranty their repairs. One more thing to add, they actually are a guaranteed shop through most car insurances, so that’s an extra guarantee as well as peace of mind that the vehicle is in good hands.

From the moment I brought my car in, Giovanni was such a pleasure to work with getting all the paperwork together and securing me a rental vehicle immediately. He was very efficient and friendly! Then I received status updates from Patty about parts and estimated completion time, which is always appreciated! During these COVID times and parts shortages I wasn’t sure if the parts needed could be secured and they got them! My fender didn’t look brand new like I thought it did when I first looked it over, noticed part of my fender wasn’t even completed all the way. Also, once I got in my car they forgot to reset my tire sensors and they were also offset. Had to go to another body shop to get it fixed. They usually do good work but this time they fell short sadly

Super nice people to work with. The repairs look great, like brand new! They were referred to me by Progressive Insurance and I see why they recommend them. The owner personally drove me to the rental car place and waited to make sure they had a car for me. They gave me an estimated completion date for about 2 weeks out. I was really surprised to get a call a week later saying my car was ready. Picking up was a breeze since they handled having enterprise pick the rental up from them. Highly recommend!

In the past year I have had two cars hit by other drivers and they needed to be repaired. Both times we used Palm Beach Coachworks. Geovanni and his team are awesome. I am not one to write reviews but this team deserves a shout out for how professional they are and they work they do. I have also referred two others who had work done by them and they agree as well. If you need your vehicle repaired I highly recommend Geo and his team. They are awesome.

I was directed to PB coachworks by my insurance. I was worried about the paint job and having it be matched to the rest of my car body but when I picked it up it looked brand spankin new. I had a huge smile on my face on how well the outcome was. Jose was super nice & professional, walking me through the list of what they fixed. In the future if anything happens I would not go anywhere else. The time they spent on my car was just 8 days.. which I didnt mind as long as they take their time & do well. I HIGHLY recommend this business, theyre great & their customer service is excellent!

Super amazing experience! Scratch my car and was pretty disheartened. My insurance recommended Palm Beach Coachworks. I’m incredibly pleased! My car was scratched with paint splotches but now looks completely brand new again! The company was very friendly and personable. Not only was everything completely professionally, they gave me back my car 3 days earlier than anticipated. Lastly, my car was vacuumed, fluids were topped off, wheels shined, windows cleaned! I happened upon Palm Beach Coachworks even the fuses on my 1959 Cadillac blew on a holiday weekend. At that time their team worked diligently, to the point of calling around to find the fuses I needed and then sending their people out to get them, and after working on the car refused any payment because they were so happy to see an old classic. A few months later when another one of my cars was involved in an accident, I didnt hesitate a moment to send it over to Palm Beach Coachworks. Their work was meticulous and the car is like brand new. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

I used Palm Beach Coachworks to repair the damages on my 2018 Nissan Frontier.Giovanni worked directly with my insurance company and handle everything with the adjuster.Very clean shop, extremely professional people. The repairs were done quickly and I got my truck back a day earlier than expected.They work closely with the car rental company so I wasnt inconvenienced at all with making arrangements.You cant even tell there was front end damages to my truck. Visited Palm Beach Coach Works for bodywork on a basketball sized scratch/dent to my car. The staff is genuine and friendly; no beating around the bush, straight forward without trying to overcharge for unessesary things that dealerships charge for. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and easy it was to text them quick questions and get updates. They took care of everything from a ride after dropping off my vehicle, to working with my insurance (USAA).I picked up my car at their location located in the Warehouse District of West Palm Beach near the Grandview Market. My ride looks good as new with the assurance that if I find anything (after my excitement wears off), that they would help make sure the job is done and done right.

A really weird set of circumstances lead to these guys, but nothing happens by accident. My insurance adjuster at Geico has nothing but good things to say about this place, and so do I. Giovanni, Dom and everyone Ive encountered has been nothing but friendly, helpful, and kind. They do amazing work, theyve got a customer for life.

In 1996 Palm Beach Coachworks completely restored my 1983 Mercedes 300DL. The quality of the finish was so good that many friend could not believe it was not a new car. Since them I have used them to fix accident repairs on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and in the last two years on my Lexus RX 330. I have been nothing but totally satisfied with their workmanship. I particularly like the way the owner of the business inspects the finished job with the me before releasing the vehicle to ensure that I am totally satisfied.

I will never go anywhere else for body work!!! I unfortunately had a rather silly incident where a gate arm fell onto my car and caused a decent amount of damage. The HOA took it upon themselves to make this incident MY fault. As fate would have it, Patty and Palm Beach Coach Works went WAAAAAAAY above and beyond what she needed to do to ensure that the responsible parties actually were accepted responsibility. She not only dealt with the HOA manager and their insurance company - but also had to deal with my increasing frustration. THANK YOU PATTY! Furthermore, Jose was great to work with. He got my car in before hours to accommodate MY schedule and made me feel like it was his car getting fixed. Hopefully I dont need any more work done, but if I do, I will not hesitate to return here.

J.T Sanders...I know little about vehicles but I know a lot about my car and the experience I had at Palm Beach Coachworks. My 2007 Toyota Camry was taken into the shop by my insurance company they told me that my car will be ready at a certain date and Palm Beach returned it back before that date.At first I thought they didnt do the repairs correctly until I got my car and I realize that they did a great job, they kept me up-to-date and allow me to know more about my car that I never would have known before.I dont want to get into an accident again but if I do in the future this will be the shop I will take it to,Great job guys

Car went in for minor front end repair from an accident; 2009 VW Jetta Wolfsburg. Came back with hood and lights all wrong. Hood seemed too long/hooded over the headlights. It appears they used non-oem, perhaps used/refurb parts. Doesnt look right. Worse, they apparently cant properly recode a car after taking battery out either. Stereo doesnt work now, which was working when I dropped it off, but of course the stereo now not working as soon as I pick it up is all just a big coincidence. What a crock. Please, whatever you do, do NOT take your vehicle here for any type of repair. They not only do a poor job, but also do not care and do not stand behind their work. My wife noticed the front end looked goofy as soon as she saw it... Youre telling me their professionals (I use the term loosely) didnt notice what my accountant wife picked up on right away?! Its not even her car... Filing a complaint with Progressive Insurance, BBB and Attorney Generals office as soon as I get my paperwork together with an assessment from a real shop. Probably wont matter as places like this dont really care, but my advice on this one is easy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Ill update once we get the assessment from a real shop.
