Best Verizon store out there! Liam hooked us up with new phones, an iPad, headphones and even got our little man his first iPhone for like $10! Awesome deals. Sad service long wait no results...

Waited....waited almost a full hour for the one and only employee to finish with the prior customer. Okay, I understand, but we were then told they didnt have the phone we were wanting and needed to order online or visit the one corporate store in all of Brevard county. Employee didnt even know the V50 was out yet, let alone know anything about it.Gentleman was polite and apologetic, tried to be helpful, but ultimately we wasted 1 1/2 hours.

I have used this location for 3 phones now. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful (since I am technologically challenged). They have taken the time to explain to me the specific advantages of certain models versus others, always make sure that I get the best deal possible, set-up my phone to my personal preferences and talk to customer service for me if any issues arise. Couldnt be happier with the service and will continue to use this location for all of my needs.

I have to say this is my favorite location when having to do anything with my Verizon phone service. I have went to the one on Malabar and have had nothing but rude service. I came to this location and the two guys I have delt with here are amazing and I have went out of my way to call corporate to let them know how awesome this location is. If you need to do anything with your Verizon account or get a new phone I wouldnt go anywhere else, but this West Melbourne location.

This is the first review I will ever write online and I wish I could give a -5 (Yes, NEGATIVE 5). This is not a place to go to. The worst service I have had in my entire life, came from this store, all thanks to the sales associate, Mahmoud Alfawaka, a very RUDE guy who is so full of himself and will lie to sell his product. For instance, how on earth will you add insurance to the product you are selling without asking who is to pay for it, if he wants it or not? Even if it is your stores policy, courtesy demands that you notify the buyer.....I got to know only when I saw my projeected bill for the next monthy and called the customer service number of my network provider ... yet he argues that he did nothing wrong. I found out that all he said to sell his product were lies. Next day I went back to return the product, he said he was not going to collect it from me and unfortunately for him, he called the cops on me (for telling him he lied to me all because he needed sales).... he was put to shame as the cop asked him to do what I had requested and collect the product from me. A lot more crazy experience I cannot start typying.....Very rude guy whom I believe forgets that customers are one of the main reason he has a job and they pay his salary....This is not a place to go to, RUN far away!

I had an appointment today an opened the door to be greeted with a heavy sigh and a terrible attitude. Edward was very incompetent and lazy, as I explained to him I wanted to trade in a Bluetooth device for a cellular one multiple times, he looked confused and unaware of his surroundings or how todo anything while he was picking at his mouth and lips. He was texting the whole time and was trying to figure the solution but then again I explained that it was a BLUETOOTH DEVICE AND NOT A CELLULAR DEVICE but he persisted to tell me he could magically make it a stand alone cellular device. There was no one else in this store but yet he was very unhelpful (let me just sit here and get a check for bad service) (I don’t want to help these people) (I don’t know my job and these people could probably do it better than me) that guy needs to be retrained or just basically trained to begin with. Store was clean.
