LOVE IT!I when to cricket today with my daughter to get a new phone I meet this lovely lady Jasmin (I think she was the manager)and she was awesome. She basically copied everything that was in my daughters old phone to the new one. She explained the leasing program to her. My daughter got the iPhone 12 pro max. She was very knowledgeable on technology and friendly. I will tell my friends and family about this store and get my $25 referral.

I have to give a shout-out to Jasmine and her co-worker. They were so kind and knowledgeable when my circa 2014 iPhone died suddenly and I was literally at their doorstep when they opened. They took care of me expeditiously and could not have been more professional and provided me with stellar customer service.

Last week I when to this store I had a great experience with alexa getting my new phone. She helped me a lot since I am not to tech shabby. She always had a smile. I think this is the best store in town. I been to a lot of this stores in palm bay and melbourne and no one treated me the way she did. God bless her.

My brother and I went to this location to add me to his phone plan. There was an error message on the computers, and the salesperson had to call two other people to try and fix it. We ended up waiting while he and his supervisors told us to wait and that the problem would be resolved within the hour. We finally left after THREE HOURS, without being able to get on the phone plan. We were told that they would be in contact that day when the problem was fixed. During this time he saw to three other customers with no issues. Neither he nor his supervisors have reached out to us. Absolutely horrible experience. Ive heard great things about the company but this location is completely mismanaged and unprofessional.EDIT: The salesperson also did not sanitize his hands before or after handling my phone, other peoples phones, touching keyboards, etc. He did not sanitize the customer facing keypads, and there was no way for us to clean our hands while in store. There was someone else with his mask pulled down who was in the store for several hours. Disappointing and dangerous.

My family came in today and Simeon(sp?) Was so incredibly nice. My dad and grandma are not technologically literate and simeon spent a long time explaining everything about his new phone. He even spent a half an hour setting up his email. We will definitely be back at this location!
Went to buy 3 of the latest iphone and the sign said open went around went to and there was a sign on door saying back in 10 mins well is 3pm not lunch. They just lost a buying paying customer.

Simeon was great but he doesn’t have the internet speed at the store to do the phone set up from your iCloud account to transfer the data at the store. Come on owner and management give your employees the tools they need to help the customers set up the expensive phones they just bought:(

The woman who helped me was really fast and knew exactly what she was doing. She ported two numbers from two different carriers and setup a new phone all in about a half hour. Best experience Ive ever had (and fastest!!!) in a wireless retail store.

I purchased two phones as an anniversary gift. I had originally planned on getting the ZTE grand max because I already had the newest Idol and wasnt impressed so I showed them the Idol that I already had and was told that this other model Idol was better than the one I already had and possessed the identical capabilities as the Grand Max except it was cheaper. So I bought it. HUGE mistake. First of all, its NOT a newer model Idol, its the original BEFORE the model that I already had which I didnt find out about until today when I went to buy cases for the phones. Needless to l was not at all happy. I decided to return it to upgrade to the Grand Max however it had already been 8 days.I thought to myself yes Im aware it says 7 days on the receipt however considering the circumstances and the fact that I was completely deceived in regards to what I bought they would be happy to exchange the wrong phone for a more expensive one, the one that I originally wanted but was talked out of. Absolutely not, Timothy told me well no one held a gun to your head and forced you to buy it. Correct BUT I was knowledgeably misinformed, had I been properly and accurately informed I would not have bought that phone. He then calls his manager and was proceeding to give the manager inaccurate information in regards to my sale so I politely corrected him only to be cutoff mid sentence and told to please stop talking because he knows what hes doing. Excuse me? My HUSBAND wouldnt dare speak to me that way so what gives this man the right to? I honestly was trying to maintain my tact and diplomacy because I too am a business owner. So the manager said sorry nothing we can do, mind you the manager is who sold me the phones.Im explaining to Timothy that my other Idol doesnt work to which he snidely states well it looks like its working fine to me. Um no the one I was just scammed into buying is working fine.Long story short, horrible customer service and incredibly confrontational and accusatory. I will not return or recommend that store to anyone. They are a very poor representation of the Cricket name.
The guys there are awesome very knowledgeable and honest. I referred a few of my family members to them including my mother and shes a pain. She loves them as well and got her into her first smartphone.
