I appreciate quick stops when Im on a mission, and today I was. Ran in, was waited on quickly. Huge points and props to Drew for knowing the market and products and inventory. He checked online to confirm what he believed to be true (out of stock on a discontinued item), made an offer to order and ship. He took care of all of this pleasantly and kindly. Customer care is huge to me, and I would award the giant lollipop to him, and this store in general, as I witnessed the same care given to others who didnt buy anything, someone quite needy in their shopping experience, and more. Yesterday 2-20-2021 around 1pm both your staff the male and female( im not sure of the names) both are extremely good at GameStop. Fast, polite, and work ethic of what you should expect to see. Good help is hard to find, nick give these two a raise and promotion they deserve it!

Its a fairly well sized gamestop. Not huge or anything. I go to gamestop almost exclusively for preordering pop and to check their pop selection. But whenever I preorder they always call me asap when It gets there and they actively go out of their way to make sure I get one of the best boxes for my collection.

Really friendly employee helped me out and provided a lot of information on upcoming releases.

I travel for a living and have been to many different gamestops but this one will always by far be my favorite. Great staff, always helpful and knowledgeable and have even helped me get more money from trades. Plus one of the few that has physical retro games and systems. And they even had leftover pre-order stuff and gave me one just to be nice. All in all, its the one Ill always choose to go to.

Not cheap merchandise, but they have friendly service. I bought 3 used items there and 2 were already broken. Their return policy is very flexible.

I am very disappointed. I traded Nascar 15 for Nascar inside line because I thought this game had music on track while racing and paid $8 more for trade last night. The girl told me I had 7 days for return. She did not tell me I could not get my game back. I told her if it did not play music on track then I did not want it! I went today to find out I paid $8 more for a game that is 4 years older than one I brought in. They closed before I could bring back yesterday. So now I can not have my game back. To buy it back is $25. I can not get cash refund either. Store credit of $8. Nothing is for $8!! 😡

The employees here are always so helpful and the stand behind their games if anything goes wrong with them.

Great staff who help on a regular basis but a frequent target for flippers. You pretty much have to be there at open to have a chance at anything collectable, and sometimes they open a few minutes early if someones waiting outside.

Ok store, just dont bother calling because they dont answer the phone, no its not because they are busy, I went in to buy a game and was the only customer in the store, I had my friend call them from my car outside and the employees just let the phone ring out while they talked about random things. Only reason I continue to go here is because its the closest one to my house.

Lots of great things to buy if youre into games

The store is small and everytime I go there and ask for help I feel like Im being hurried. Theres always a line of people trying to cram their selves up to the customer desk because there is stuff piled up everywhere and the limited space.

The manager was very rude, moved to another register, and would not take the time to explain how a DLC works to a customer. We have spent a lot of money over the years in that particular store and have noticed the decline in the level of customer service, specially for those new to gaming and for parents trying to get information for their childrens favorite passtime. Im taking my money elsewhere and suggest rhat you do the same.

I love video games, so much that the only time I leave my house is to go to school (ugh) or go to gamestop (yah), that gamestop has all my favorite things, video games. I would tell all my freinds about this place....but I dont have any bcuz I am anti social and I dont like to go outside and only play video games, also I might drop out of high school soon and just live off of welfare so I can play video games all day long!!! I my parents have an upstairs room which they call an attic...but I call it my gaming paradise, but the workers at this gamestop r cool and they make the funniest jokes, one time I bought a game and he said do you really want that, that games lame I said haha ur so funny, so there great with jokes. I would want to work there but....I want to play video games as much as possible so thats not an option for me right now.
