Wow, can I say how impressed I was with this store!!! The young ladies that were here tonight really work excellent. They greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, they asked if wed like to sample the monthly flavor, it was hidden treasure, so yumm 😋 the store was spotless and the crew was outstanding! Excellent customer service 👏 Id give them 10 stars 🌟

Went for dairy free options. They only had two. Daiquiri and chocolate fudge. My family of for all got one scoop in basic cones for ~$14.xxThey had a few chairs inside to enjoy a treat at. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just wish they had more options. Parking was close and ample on a sat afternoon.

This location is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We ordered the Unicorn creature with cotton candy ice cream, nutty coconut sundae, and strawberry cheesecake sundae. What delicious treats!

Came in 9-11-21 at 9:00pm and the ladies working did an excellent job. Greeting,offering samples,cleaning the touch points.

I ordered a baseball cake with the birthday boys faves, and went in to pick it up, only to find that somehow my order “got missed” and low and behold, my cake wasn’t made. Super awesome, thanks for ruining a birthday. Not really impressed, but thanks anyway. Definitely will think twice about ordering anything in the future. Really, such a bummer.

Very small scoops of ice cream covered in water caused my waffle cone to collapse it was so soaked with water. I watched as the girl dip the scoop at least 7 times in the water for each scoop of ice cream. Covering the ice cream with a melting layer of water. Hardly could taste the ice cream.

Good attentive service and great ice cream! We were in and out really fast and the ice cream was delicious.

Been coming here with my daughter almost every week for a year. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly. The lady with the blue hair is always eager to help.

What a waste of money lol. I only went here because Coldstone was closed for repair. Definitely not worth the money. I paid 8 bucks for two teeny sundaes. I dont recommend going here at all. 👎

Awful customer service. I ordered through DoorDash but needed to change my order and my dasher didn’t speak good English so I called the store. They had packed some quarts of what I previously ordered already but hadn’t given it to the dasher yet. The person that answered the phone went to ask the manager if they could change it. And in the background I heard her say.... “Sucks tell them to call DoorDash”. Love that 👍🏻

I love this place! They always treat you nice and give you lots of ice cream. My favorite person is Jaxon he is the nicest and also has a good sense of humor. He deserves a raise!

This location is clean, well stocked with ice cream, staffed with nice employees, and always has options for cakes or other treats.

Ive always enjoyed BR but I had my first bad experience a few days ago. I didnt catch the name of the employee but she seemed more excited about talking to her coworkers and playing with her blue hair than she did about helping me get in and out. With the pandemic running rampant I dont like to spend very much time inside public places. When I first walked in she had to struggle to pull her mask on her face, which immediately turned me off. The reason I can consciously give them 1 star is because they were at least wearing gloves and the ice cream always tastes great.Do better BR!!

Wow just walked in to this Baskin Robbins wanting to see if we can order a cake and the guy was so rude. Once we walked in he said hi guys, how are you doing tonight? and we said good thanks. And just because we didnt return the question he rudely said im good thanks for asking.Why make a comment like that to customers? Sometimes you get a good thanks how about you? And sometimes you dont. But like i mentioned we said good thanks its not like we ignored him. But just by that you lost a costumer. We walked right out and we will not be going back. It was 9:30pm we knew they were getting ready to close at 10pm we were trying to do things fast since we know when it gets closer to closing time everyone just wants to go home..

The staff here is great very helpful, courteous and efficient! This location is very clean and updated! I would recommend anyone to go! We used to drive to west valley and south jordan so we are so happy we got one here in West Jordan!

I ordered a cake to do a gender reveal and it advised me to pick it up at 5pm I showed up at 515pm and they closed and so I knocked on the door because I knew they were still there no answer. Very very frustrating and then to add to it they are closed the next day so I am not happy. The web sight even said they were open and there was no communication of there hours on the door.
