Choc chip and chilled sugar were airy and less flavorful than they used to be. I love crumbl for the dense, rich texture and flavor and didnt mind spending the $3 each for them but not anymore.

Ella waited on us and she was the best! We walked in close to midnight and she was super happy and made us all the cookies we asked for. Come see her!

Total atmosphere experience! Amazing smells, awesome music, friendly knowledgeable staff, abs delicious selection. Literally count not decide… so we got a few more than anticipated. Can’t wait to try them all!!

I ordered 50 of the catering cookies to be picked up on a Saturday. We had an accident that day and wasn’t able to pick up our order before they closed and they weren’t open on Sunday. I called them first thing Monday morning to see if I could still pick up the cookies but they said that they had thrown them out over the weekend. I asked if I could place another order to replace my original order but they said that I would have to pay for them again. I know that these places have a lot of waste of product and being a loyal customer I really hoped they would help me out on a situation that was out of my control. 😞

Cookies were good, but I wasnt blown away or anything. Theres like 8 kinds to choose from. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Cashier wasnt super personable, seems like she might have been having an off day or something.

I drove all the way to the store I needed a dozen sugar cookies. I was told we dont have sugar cookies, we have key lime this week. Then why the hell does your web page say not to worry? Fix your website. Liars.

I found the cookies overly soft and way, way too sweet. they were also overpriced in my opinion, but seemtobe popular here. Iprefer a cookie with a deep buttery flavor, a delicate crispiness to the edge, and pleasantly sweet, not marshmallow-fluff sweet.

The employees were wonderful. Unfortunately, the strawberry cheesecake literally tasted like strawberry cream cheese on a cookie. 🤢. The other cookies are great!

Cookies ate great. App looks pretty. Very expensive. The app has major issues. This review was opened by app and for the incorrect location from where I ordered. Ordered a dozen at 630 pm. Called store and they kept informing door dash is to blame. Order still not delivered after midnight and has been out for delivery since 7:27pm. By the third time I called the number on my mobile order, the same girl kept picking up and was increasingly annoyed every time I called. Another girl answered the 4th call and offered a refund. It wasnt their fault so I said no amd I just want my cookies. Heard later in the night my sisters ordered through door dash and got their cookies in less than 30 minutes while I am still unsure 5 hours later if mine will ever arrive. Hope they do as it is a gift for the service center at the dealership I go to for servicing my car as they are very understaffed and over worked (as most places are)

My hubby and I love their cookies! Its dangerous that its so close to our house... Its also exciting to see the new flavors with the new weeks! The cookies are on the sugary side, so I recommend a good work out after!

Their cookies are pretty good. They switch cookies weekly but always have certain ones such as the sugar cookie and chocolate chip cookie that are always available. Their staff is alright nothing special as they seemed to just want to get the customers in and out. They are fast with their service and are presented nicely. They dont follow much covid restrictions other than masks required in store. Their prices can be a bit high such as four cookies for twelve dollars but I guess that depends on who you ask. Will come here again eventually.

Their cookies are always fresh. We rarely go, but when we do, were almost never disappointed. Only gripe is the peanut butter cookies never being sold on the days we go, but thats fine. Keep up the great work!

I had to wait for a long time because there was cookies still in the oven which I wouldn’t of cared, but they told the person ahead of me and asked if that was okay, but didn’t ask me if I was willing to wait. I than proceeded to wait and 5 other people were given their order ahead of mine. When I finally got my order the cookies were mushy and falling completely apart, the box had frosting all over it. I usually go to the west valley location and have never had a problem. Will not be returning to this location.

Sometimes part of a plan feels like its starting to crumble, so you head to Crumbl and just feel a bit better about life. Cornbread is like getting a hug from Granny. This chocolate crunchy thing is like a 100 Grand candy bar that transformed from the dweeb in Jr high to the solidly gorgeous drool-worthy hunk after college. I didnt know peanut butter M&Ms could become my even more favorite. And churro tastes like a snickerdoodle got its letter to Hogwarts. And so my taste buds and I are thankful, even though my basement is flooding. Cheers! weve loved almost every flavor we try at Crumbl.

I am completely disgusted with Crumbl right now. I went to get dessert tonight upon purchasing cookies I observed a young men dip his glove covered hand into a frosting bowl and proceed to lick the frosting off his gloves. He then loaded customers cookies, after licking his figures. You don’t do that let alone in a pandemic.

The entire experience with Crumbl at Jordan Landing has been a pleasant experience, from using the AAP to order, the pick up process and the friendliness of the staff we have encountered. Plus, the product is great!

We love the huge cookies from crumbl cookie. They are always hot and fresh and delicious. The boxes they provide and cute and handy as well. I really like the tiny catered cookies that are available.

These cookies are so soft, served warm and incredibly fresh, and are so unique! Fair Warning: they are also EXTREMELY sweet. You definitely need milk or ice cream with them. Also one cookie could feed two people, maybe even 3 if you’re more of a “one bite and i’m good” kind of sweets person. The cookies are huge! But so fun, especially since they change the flavors weekly!!

The AC had gone out and these poor kids were stuck working in what I would best describe as a sauna, even with the doors open, and yet they still were friendly with everyone and greeted customers with a smile and a good attitude. I was in a hurry and ordered some cookies for me to pick up on the way to dinner with some friends. I selected my order, picked out my cookies, entered my credit card and hit confirm payment and right as a hit confirm payment I noticed a surprise $5.00 charge that had shown up on the bill. When I looked back at my now processed order sure enough they added a $5.00 tip to my order without ever asking me if I wanted to leave a tip or not, that was about a 20% tip. Im all for tipping waiters and waitresses that serve me a meal, bring me fresh drinks amd wait on me for about an hour but when Im walking into the store to pick up some cookies why should I be expected to leave a tip for that. Tips are for people that provide a service and do an exceptional job at it, not for a product that you buy. You dont tip the baker at Harmons or Smiths. And what really makes me mad is they slide it in right at the end without asking you to even confirm it, or make any adjustment to it that you feel is appropriate. If crumbl thinks that their employees deserve to be paid more then fine, crumbl should pay them more and raise the price of the cookies, but dont be sneaky about it and slip it in at the end. Very frustrated and disappointed with that business practice.

Today is my daughters 14th birthday so I thought I would splurge on a sweet treat for her. Never been to Crumbl before so I thought I would give them a shot. Selection was really limited in my opinion (that’s fine, maybe they do less items, but they do them well). Got my 4 cookies in a pink box that was covered and when I say covered, it was covered in chocolate frosting. I asked the kid who handed it to me if I could get one of the little stickers that said happy birthday they had there to close the box. “Actually these big ones are $.25” we’ll sir, that’s why I asked for a small one but.. can I please just get a napkin to wipe all this off (referring to the mounds of frosting)? He looks at it and instead of saying whoa, let me change these gloves and get you a different box. He hands me a towel off of a roll, again, covered in chocolate frosting lol. So I am left with a dirty mess that luckily I had some napkin my car to clean up and 4 overpriced cookies. How did the cookies taste? They were cookies. Nothing more, nothing less. I definitely won’t be going there again.

My new favorite cookie shop! My search is over! This was my first time, and these cookies are AMAZING. The cookies are so soft, they fall apart and melt in your mouth. The cookie was still warm when it was handed to me. They only have 6 flavors at a time, but the flavors are excellent, and are changed up periodically. So fun, so good! The cookies in the images are chilled sugar (pink), muddy buddy, and birthday cake (cream cheese icing).
