Walmart is always a good place to kill time... And your bank account. I found some pretty cool Halloween lashes, a new bath brush to exfoliate and some nice make up remover wipes that left my fave feeling pretty great.

Its a nice store. My experience with the cashier was funny. She didnt stop talking about her shopping experience in other stores.

I went there to pick up an online order and 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready they finally decided that they didn’t have any. However, they were able to deliver them to my house the next day, so they magically appeared from somewhere.

The gluten free section is tiny and usually empty. Most people miss the 3 foot section they dedicated to their customers with celiacs. Having labels on all the products you sell that are gluten free throughout the store would be helpful.Also, the produce is always questionable.

We actually went to a couple Walmarts close to us and liked this one the best. Its almost always well stocked with quality produce. We have been able to find everything we need when we go there.

Costumer service was close and no body want to help me, bad service.

I have not shopped here for a while. I had to get typical foods and some car care items. There were empty boxes on the shelves in the car area, the drink area, the packaged food area and the cold/frozen foods area. Most of the items did not have price stickers or the posted price was wrong. I could not believe the fruit was pretty bad with molded items amongst. The price has pretty much doubled and quality was not that great. I would say shop at Macys, Luckys or Smiths if you want quality and savings. Really sad to see the condition the store was in.

Most things I like. No happy about them having removed guns and ammunition. Extremely not satisfied when they had their own version of who could buy ammunition. It was not according to current California law. I saw a couple law enforcement officers not be able to purchase ammo there and well as many others and myself. I showed the store the current law. But their district had their own policy. So far off from what it was supposed to be for people who had purchased a gun in the past five years and for those who were cheated to buy ammunition. Stupid time they had required a passport and id. to be able to buy their ammunition.Other than their dumb incorrect policy on ammunition sales I really like the store.Whats picking is the person who designed the policy to sell ammunition was trained at Bass Pro Shops Rockin store on the correct way to sell ammunition!How could he screw it up?

Found everything I needed at reasonable pricing. This store was clean, well staffed and well organized. Ample parking with plenty of carts. I do think that these places should have zip lines in them though. They are so big you can get your step goal completed in one stop. Make sure you have a plan so you don’t have to go back and forth. 🙂

This is a nicer Wal Mart than most Ive seen. Pretty clean and not too busy. Most workers are Friendly and helpful.

What a mess. Looking For a garbage can nothing was in its proper place nothing was priced right it was a big sloppy mess

It was a bit busy with tons of people blocking the aisles both ways. But everything was well stocked! Be sure to keep your eyes sharp when you’re leaving-had quite a few people not even look look around themselves when backing out.

The store was decently stocked. Had fairly short checkout lines when I was there at 10:00pm. Helpful and courteous staff.

They always seam to be out of stuff, very crowded not really a great place if you wish to be COVID safe. The staff is nice very helpful, they know what they are doing most of the time. Definitely a place to kill time if you like waiting in lines.

This store is becoming a joke. The last several times I have been there the money store has been closed although it is supposed to be open from 8 am to 8 pm. I have also have run across more and more items out of stock. I asked the manager about his not being able to properly staff and just got told that I should work there.

Its a Walmart. You all know what it is. Inventory tracker is pretty bad most of the time. Prices arent very competitive compared to grocery stores. If you need one stop shopping and dont have Amazon, its alright, I guess.

Nice store, nice staff. I had problem with scanner picking up all my items. Mostly human error on my part, but they should teach a course or something because I am not an employee and I scan too fast or something and it misses items. Im not employee so dont expect the public to know how to properly use this scanner. It will not pick up 2 bar codes stimutamous if your scanning ...it takes a few seconds to catch up.

The greeting lady on shift right now doesnt greet you. Moreover I witnessed her harassing a fellow worker who is elderly and a family of four (a mother and three daughters). I have witnessed the worker a few times from her, if they are shop lifting food they bring in, then games over folks. Im sorry but when you can hire a bigot like that you

Staff was helpful and friendly. Prices were good. Wasnt able to find bathroom shower caddy.

Was a good visit found what we were looking for and the employee at the scan and go was very helpful.

I have not visisted this location in a while but today I am glad I came for Pharmacy pickup. Was able to comein for 1 but instead got all 4 medicines needed for my relative. Then even was able to grab some back to school supplies for my kids. In and out in a jiff even if there was quite a full store. I absolutely liked this visit.

One of the better Super Walmarts in the Salt Lake Valley. Customer service hovers around average. The seasonal Christmas and Garden prices are competitive.

Brought a tv online. Did curbside pickup. They were really fast in coming out and loading it in my SUV. Will so curbside pickup again

Its WALMART .... How good can this place actually be,yeah its sometimes convenient but what happened to thelow prices theme that they had going for years now they mark up EVERYTHING up in order to to put more money in the pockets of the families who own this corporation.

I had a variety of items on my list and was having a difficult time finding the shoe glue. A VERY helpful employee. I feel bad that I didnt get her name helped me find everything on my list. She deserves a raise. It made my day.

I was surprised that the store was almost fully stocked. Clean and following chorvid procedures. Even found a few items I couldnt find anywhere. Nice to have things semi normal.

As a good sameritan I pull over to help a womon that has 2 flat tires. I call the manager and wait 20min on hold,as I have a soninlaw that was a mangr. He told me of an alotment that they could bundle between the mangts and pay for the tire they told me no. Quit rudely and told me they dont give away tires well heres the tow truck and they are takeing here car to a better store Victors tires to save the day dont go to wal-mart no heart shop at Victors they will treat you. RIGHT.

Worst service from a grocery store stand point I pay for the wal mart groceries delivery and they’ve canceled my orders twice. For no apparent reason and I had to waste food because my orders didn’t go thru and I expected them to be delivered they also always substitute my groceries and give me badly picked produce or they won’t substitute at all!!! I’m going to cancel my monthly subscription with you wal mart horrible horrible service!!! They’re not what they use to be.

Its the same as any Walmart super center. Busy and not enough cashiers. I just prefer this one because they have the self checkout lanes for larger loads of groceries, rather than the small check out sessions.

This is the last time I will order fruit from Walmart pickup because its the fourth time they have given me mouldy and/or damaged fruit. I buy a specific amount for a reason, so, when I have to throw one away it is literal food out of my childrens mouths and I do NOT appreciate that. The pickers need to do better at choosing the fruit they sell.

Walmart employees shopping for the sick, lame, and LAZY need be more courteous to in store shoppers. There SEMI TRUCK size carts and parking skills plug the isles.

The management needs to train the cashiers better so they can help the customers in self check out. 15 extra minutes just to get out of the store all do to poor training

Do not try the pickup option, much much much easier to go get it all yourself and very very much quicker, gave them one chance on the pickup option, my order was “delayed” an hour and a half and i’m writing this as i’ve been sitting here for over 30 minutes because they finally said that it was ready. maybe one day i’ll get the groceries I already paid for, not worth it.

I was charged for items I never bought or was in my basket.he was new! Obviously not trained properly. He couldnt find charges for onion & Ggeen pepper so he used plums. Charged alot more. Took forever.also check receipt wad charged for other items I never got. About 37$ worth of non items I bought. I just wont shop there anymore. This happens alot.

The young man in electronics was very helpful with cell phone and activation information.

Been meaning to leave this feedback for months about employee Diana. In May, We were looking for a particular item that is hard to find, but said it was available in the W. Jordan Walmart. Despite being 30 miles away, we decided it was worth the trip to get the item. We could not find it anywhere...we downloaded the walmart app to see what aisle it was in...and after 10-15 minutes of looking, we still couldnt find it. There was an employee, Diana, who took time out to try to help us find the item. She also checked the location, and found that the item was hidden behind a hanging display on that aisle. Your help was very appreciated, DIana!

My daughter and I went to return an item tonight, came to find out that if it’s over 20.00 and you don’t have a receipt they can’t help you anymore.. The manager Heather came to assist us and found my receipt in the computer and let me exchange my product.. That was one of the best managers at Walmart EVER!!!

It actually wasnt very crowded and its smelt nice, I dont know why there was hardly anybody there maybe they just got done remodeling or something cuz it just looked nice and it was like a like I smell like a brand new store. And I was able to get in and get my groceries in and out. And

Staffing, specifically for the registers, is very lacking. There are typically 2 cashiers on registers and then the self-checkout kiosks. I think that this is very inconvenient and is another reason I generally avoid Walmart and specifically this location.I try to shop local and small businesses first, but there are times when you want to get everything from one store. Staff is always friendly everytime I have been here.I have noticed that produce from Walmart seems to go bad faster than produce from other stores. Not sure what thats about, but it has been a fairly consistent trend.

I shopping at this Walmart instead of the Taylorsville location. I usually place a pick-up order and several occasions I did not receive all my items, which I didnt notice until I arrive home. I usually use the check in feature but I dont get recognized by a staff until at least 10 minutes after I arrive at the pick-up location. Im really trying to understand the situation but it has happened on multiple occasions.

Walmart almost always has a good deal on something Im looking for, and now I always check for a better deal here before I buy.

We travel 50 miles past several Wal-Marts to go to this store especially for photo lab. They are always so friendly and helpful and they get the job done right. Well worth the trip!

As far as Walmart goes its a good one. Larger than most. Kind of out of the way in a busy area so I usually avoid this location. Not bad though.

The lady at the self check out without permission and saying anything first put her hand in our cart and took out the achohol and said we cant mix them so we said ok can we go get the matching ones to it then and she just with disrespect and attitude told us no we cant and kept it. I wont shop at this store again if they are this disrespectful and just without your permission or anything grabbing stuff out of your cart, Especially because she did it without warning and didnt say hey we dont do that anymore she just went into our stuff!

I went there at 10:56 to get one thing specifically. I would have been in and out before they closed. A service provider named Chloe refused to let me in. Dont know if she was told to turn customers away or made that decision on her own. Either way very poor customer service.

No one ever there to answer a question or find something. When you place an order and there is something you have to go pickup,you get sent all over. I had to pick up from 4 stores it sucked

Employee are not very friendly. I asked a question, if they carried something. They said no. I went three aisles over from them. There it was the product I needed. I went back and told them where it was and they acted like it was one big deal. No one in the store smiled. Except the cashier.This is any time I go into the store which is getting less and less.One more thing. Maybe you could post below a product on the shelf if you have it located in another area of the store as well.

Id I could give them no stars at all I would. The shelves are bare you cant find what you need. The store was filthy. We ended up leaving our stuff and went to SMITHS instead.

Good selection but not the best service

We had recently tried to do a curbside grocery pickup. We had never done one with this store before but they were the only ones who had the time that we needed open; 1pm - 2pm. We always had the Your orders ready email usually 15 minutes before the first time but not this time. We figured they were still getting it ready. But then 1:30pm came around and we still hadnt gotten the email. So we tried calling the store. We spent 25 minutes calling but no answer. So I drove down to see if maybe I could just ask an employee who was out doing the other orders. All of the pickup parking spots were completely full except for the end spot. All of the other cars were sitting there as well with no employees coming out. So I tried to call the number that is on the signs but I had to call 4 times before anyone picked up. At this point, it was 2:20. A girl finally picked up and I gave her the name to the order. She told me that it wasnt in her system meaning the order hadnt been picked yet. She didnt give me a time frame, even when I asked. So I gave the phone number to the person who put in the order and she called them back. She was told that the order was going to take another hour before it was ready. Its currently 2:30pm. So I head back home to wait it out. 3:40pm rolls around and still no email. So we try to call the pickup number again. The first time, it only rang for like 5 seconds and the second time, it went straight to voicemail. When they finally answered on the 3rd time, the girl on the phone said our order still was not ready. I guess they were short staffed and were running behind. We just cancelled our order and got a refund.Im doing 3 out of 5 stars because there was absolutely no communication whatsoever and, other than the last girl who did our refund, we got major attitude from the employees. I work in customer service so I completely understand being understaffed, behind, and stressed. But please communicate with the customers and not leave them in the dark.

It was a Walmart. Did everything that a Walmart should. Were living in a pretty well off society to be able to get all that Walmart offers and to find it a normal thing.

Always has what I need. The lines are hard to deal with but its all good.

This location is very organized and clean. They isolate their clearance to an aisle for easy access and their self checkout stands make it quick and simple! Their prices are lower than most on specific brands and would continue shopping here. I think that they could improve their cleanliness but over all a good store.

This is the Walmart closest to me, I like their variety, check out lines are fast and they usually have stuff in stock.

Great store but they need to make sure all items are priced correctly because you see something for 2.98 and it gets ringed up for over 5.00 its frustrating especially when its on quite a few things. Its definitely hard to shop like that when your on a budget.

Walmart is a staple. But we live in a age where phones are huge. I called your store for 30 minutes letting it ring only for it to hang up. I showed up to your store at 8 am so it was not busy even in the slightest bit. My question: why is it so hard to answer a phone? I drove all the way down here to find out you dont have what Im looking for, which is not a big deal. But when I walked into the customer service 2 people were just standing there not doing anything and one was organizing. Im not sure if customer service is where the phone rings but that seems right to me. I dont mind that you were out of what I was looking for but to me time is money. I now wasted a total of 45 minutes to find out you dont have it instead of a 3 minute phone call. Pretty bad customer service if ya ask me. And yes, I work customer service every single day so I know how hard its not to answer a phone. My little brother could do it and hes 10.. get it together, Walmart. You have phones for a reason.

What happened to the good Walmart days when they opened up my registers when they got crowded

When I shop Walmart, I shop later in the evening. Much later towards 9:00p.m. or even 10:00p.m.. If you get anxiety from busy crowds at Walmart, I suggest going in the late evenings. Much more pleasant and worth waiting until that time of day. And the employees seem more relaxed. Just my thoughts. Thanks
