These gals care about their clients. They are friendly and know what theyre doing. They take walk-ins but I suggest getting an appointment as they are booked up most of the time. A huge shout out to Kim who took me last minute (pure luck that she could), and did a fantastic job on my first ever professional color. She also cut it exactly as I asked and I love it! I found my new stylist.

MERCEDES is the BEST artist in balayage! I have never had a better hair stylist. Every time it gets better and better!! She will make you feel comfortable, listen and understand and carryout what was decided. I drive 30 miles just to see her. She is the BEST! Its refreshing to have someone I can count on!

They did a great job with my lashes over a month ago and I still have them on...I need to go in for refill soon. I will not go anywhere.

I called in to get scheduled 2 weeks prior for an appointment on 3/18 at 10:30 in the morning. When I showed up, I was told that they didnt know who would book me on this morning. They either forgot about putting my appointment on the books, or whoever did it over booked that morning. I was hoping to get a nice haircut before my brothers wedding later that day. So I had to leave and go back home with nothing.

Never did get my haircut. A lot of excuses and a stylist who did not know when to stop calling and texting me. Heads up to never give them your number ever. They need to learn to run a more ethical business. I still have not got my hair cut and would never ever let them touch my hair from the very poor costumer service I have received. I now have to clear another weekend to get my hair cut, of course at another place, because of excuses and lack of follow through.

I went to E-clipsfor my first time and I will be returning! DeAnn is super helpful and gives you her opinion when asked for it. I loved her and her work.

My mom just left this salon crying after paying $200 for her hair to be dyed blonde she left with gray hair her stylist was rude and didn’t care that my mom was unhappy with it she just kept telling her she thought it looked good and didn’t think my moms opinion mattered at all and told her you are being very blunt unless you want the opposite of what you asked for
