Itβs time to upgrade my dying iPhone 8+ & was able to work Ofelia at the Jordan Landing in West Jordan, Utah. She is wonderful to explain how it would work to trade in my old one for a new iPhone 13 mini 512GB. It was wonderful of her to take the time to try to track one at other locations, but was not able to locate one close enough to this store. So we decided to take the chance of ordering it online to make sure I will be able to get one within the next week & a half. We are in luck that I would have one within this week. I am very happy to give Ofelia the highest rating that google would give. She is so wonderful. Thank you very much & I will be ready to take thousands of pics in Disneyland π

I recently came to this store and was pretty upset with the service I received, I came back and talked to the manager Eddie, whom was who I originally talked to. I explained my frustration and the problems I was having at this point it was with him and AT&T.Eddie Immediately focused on my issue and got to work, you can genuinely feel his interest in resolving my issue, and cared about my frustration.Iβve only felt with Eddie witch was one of the best experiences Iβve had, I really hope and from what I saw the rest of his team is just and concerned and prioritize on there customer experience.Thanks again for the help.
This store was great AT&T itself was not I was told I could bring my own device. AT&T can not get voicemail working, the most basic of any service. The phone if is a Samsung less than one year old.

I was at this store a few days ago and received amazing service! Not only were my questions answered clearly and with quick friendly service, the staff and manager addressed an unruly customer with minimal disruption to my experience. In these times, rarely are our technology workers acknowledged for their dedication to keeping us in touch with our lives. They should not also be expected to accept verbal abuse by customers. I will be back in the future and am happy to give a good recommendation to my many friends and family in the area.

Went to this store after deciding to switch from T-Mobile and they were so helpful! Everyone was busy when i pulled up but the manager helped us right away and was really friendly. He helped me switch over carriers easily and even helped me pick out a new phone at a great deal.
My family and I came to get our screen protectors. The service was good and fast.
We didnβt have to wait very long. Service was excellent and we were informed about a cost savings which we were not aware of. We are happy with our new phone and with the service we received. Saul is knowledgeable and patient and friendly.

Went into the store last week. Was greeted by a very friendly face named Denys. This young lady was extremely professional and attentive. Couldnt figure out how to use some of the new features on my new phone she was patient with me and assisted me through the entire process. I will stay loyal to this location and At&t as a company thanks to this wonderful worker.
Eddie, the manager was great. He runs around keeping everyone happy and organized. He had to turn people away to wait in their cars. Not what they want to hear, but he brings them back as promised and in order to maintain fairness. I just needed help transferring data from an old phone to a new one we got as a gift. After two trips, we got it done. He even discounted an otterbox. All of his staff are pleasant and do their best to accommodate their customers needs.
Please hire more sale reps for this location during peak hires. For the third times I had to walk out because the wait was long. I just need to make a quick return/exchange on the purchase.
What a joke I wait an hour to Add a cell phone and they cannot honor AT&Tβs website for promotions so I leave call another store and they say they can kind of a waste of time I would expect better from AT&T

One of the best ATT stores Iβve been to in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. They answer my questions help and it seems like good help is a priority. A rep, I think her name was Carolina, really took care of me.
I went in to add 4 lines of services to my existing account. The salesman was super friendly and awesome to work with. There where a few glitches with their scanners and tablets but once that got figured out the process was fairly quick, easy and painless. I would definitely recommend this location and AT&T to anyone. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me because he and the manager where amazing to work with!

I went in to switch over from a different phone company cause I was having issues. I was a little skeptical at first cause you never know about sales reps haha but this crew really came together to get my business lines going! We did have a few hiccups but they were very patient and very helpful and didnt stop until everything was fixed! Eddie and the rest of the team all came together made sure I was taken care! They all work really well together and I would definitely recommend this store! Made me feel really good about switching over and for the future to come!

Absolutely no point in going to a retail store unless you NEED a phone the very next day. Got here yesterday after work just in time to get a new phone before they would close, unfortunately I didnt know I needed a mask to go in until I got there so I was forced to wait a day. I went in to see two different phones the Galaxy s10 and the s10e. After looking online I figured it was necessary to go in and physically look at my future 700-900 dollar purchase. The store has no models for you to view. Since people NEED a mask to go in why not just require gloves and let them see the phone theyre trying to buy? Or not let them touch them? Pictures of the phone laying on a flat surface with no measurements dont help at all. I literally drove to a retail store for an employee to pull up google images of the phones I was looking at at home. The employee even asked me if I looked online before I came. Seemingly frustrated with me not knowing. Almost as if I was there to get a better idea of what I was purchasing? Eventually the employee brought out an old model saying she was breaking the rules just letting me glance at it. I never got to see the s10 so I just bought what I able to view. When asking what I could do if I didnt like the mystery phone I had until recently never seen in person, I was told I could return it and swap it for the humble restocking fee of fifty five dollars. Honestly had it not been 1 hour before this store closed at not being sure if I would be able to get the phone in time for work the next day I would have just walked out. 0/5 stars should be an option. Telling me to go online and look is telling me you dont want to work at your job. I applaud AT&T for taking steps to keep both employees and customers safe during this virus, but the thinking is so backwards it blows my mind. In an effort to keep people safe, I cannot look at what Im buying but so the better option is to return the phone I bought on a gamble after touching and rubbing my face on it for 2 weeks for someone else to be sold later is Better? Ridiculous. This was so poorly handled it will likely cause me to switch carriers.

Need to fix the pre-paid machine. Still broken after 4 months. π I could be in&out in 2 minutes, instead I have to wait for a employee for 20 minutes. Irritating and not covid friendly.

My husband and I have been customers of AT&T for the past four years. However this last experience at the Jordan Landing store lost us as customers for life. The employees there and the acting floor manager were so disrespectful and unhelpful. The reason for our visit was because about an hour prior I had plugged my phone in to charge because it was at 40%. Minutes later I grabbed it to leave the house and it was completely dead and wouldnt turn back on. So panicked and went to the store to see if they could do anything for it. When we got there, we were the only customers in the store, and so I told them my story and was told well if you have insurance we can help you, but if not theres nothing we can do. Come to find out the insurance was dropped on our plan after my husband used it one time to replace the glass on his phone. We were deemed dropped for excessive use. So because we didnt have insurance the girl told us there was nothing she could do to help us. So I asked her is there anyway you guys can open the back of my phone to see if it was a battery issue? And she simply stated, um, No and nothing else. So then I asked ok so what do I do now? My everything is on this phone? She said, well you can just buy a new phone. I said I dont want to because I have a lot of things on this phone that I need now. At this point another gentleman came over and said they couldnt look at the phone because they dont have the tools to do it, but I could take it to a repair place. Then he walked away. I asked the girl that I was working with if she had any recommendations or knew of any place I could take my phone to have it looked at. Again, she simply replied um, no. And nothing more. I said so how do I find a place to go? and she said you can look online. I again showed her my dead phone and now being a bit frustrated stated how am I supposed to do that?! Then another guy working there chimed in... well were not Google!. Keep in mind we were the ONLY customers in the store with 5 AT&T EMPLOYEES! And not a single one of them offered to look anything up or help us further. At that point I told the guy Yeah, youre not Google, because you would have been more help. Not once did we raise our voice or swear at anyone we were just upset that no one wanted to help us when we were panicked and frustrated about my phone being broke. I grabbed my phone and we started walking out. My husband then said to one of the employees that he wanted to close his account. Then the employee told him and me that we needed to calm down or leave! We were both so shocked! So my husband just said I am calm but I still want to close my account. The employee then said well we cant do that here. My husband said you cant close an account in store? The employee said well we can, but I wont do it for YOU. My husband asked for the manager and the employee said well Im the manager. So my husband said ok but you have a boss what is their name? The employee refused to tell us and just said he will be in tomorrow and he will back me up on this! My husband just said wow. And then the manager told us we needed to leave or he would call the police! And the were not google employee said, yeah weve done it many times before! My husband and I at that point said dont worry we are leaving and not just the store but your company too. It makes me wonder how many other people that have been treated this way and how many more to come? Then we walked out and went to T-Mobile and added another line and bought 2 brand new phones. Which was money lost to AT&T all because their employees didnt care about the customer experience or taking the time to help someone in a time of panic or frustration. All 5 employees had access to the internet that I didnt and could have helped in numerous ways! But as they said... they arent Google! Will NEVER be returning to this store or AT&T again.

Horrible customer service by all 3 men in this location, the manager, Juan and Gustavo. Was lied to by a rep that doesnβt work there anymore. Was lead to believe that we could get a phone cover replaced for free by Juan on a different store visit. Gustavo was rude and kept saying he couldnβt help us because he didnβt promise those things, basically not his problem attitude. The manager blatantly told his reps in front of us not to worry that he was gonna tell us the same thing over again. Was called βaggressiveβ by the manager because we were upset. I have an idea, though... Maybe, like, donβt treat customers badly, act disrespectful, make it seem like we were crazy for expecting something we were promised. They didnβt even apologize. Their excuse was that the person that promised us a new cover warranty doesnβt work there anymore. That employee (Joseph) represented AT&T. Oh, but thanks for the offer of βwe can give you our new protective cover for half off and with that protective cover we will replace if it breaksβ. No sir, no. Why would I buy another product from you, when I was promised the same thing the last time? How do I not know your lying again just to get another sale from us? Very frustrated with this encounter. They made me feel like they didnβt care, like it wasnβt their problem, like I didnβt have the right to express my frustration. Things to take from this review: Donβt lie to get a sale. Teach your reps better customer service techniques. Donβt place the blame on someone else to get out of a sticky situation.

I had a very difficult time with att since I opened my account through them online. I called and no one could help us. I finally decided to go into the store and Jesus the manager was able to take care of the issue we were having and helped us out! Not the start I wanted to have when having new service provider but Iβm glad Jesus helped us.

I hope you NEVER have to deal with the Employees or Manager currently working at AT&T (Location Jordan Landing). He is HIGHLY aggressive and makes every issue YOUR fault or problem. I have been a customer for the past 10 years and now after this experience I am looking into finding a different phone provider. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my LIFE...... which has lead me to make this review. I am NOT a Karen.... just a normal person that was lied to and made to feel irrelevant.

I went to the store to resolve an issue that I had at another store, that I had been trying to resolve for the previous two days, both at another store and through customer service. These guys had the problem resolved within about 20 - 30 minutes. If it hadnt been for the people in this store location AT&T wouldve lost a customer of more than 20 years.

RUDEST staff. Transfered4 phones from Verizon to AT&T about 5 months ago. Few days ago went to jordan Landing AT&T to get new phone and walked out in less than 10 minutes. Condescending, sarcastic and lazy staff. Drove down the road to Murray AT&T and was welcomed and treated like a human. I will NEVER go to Jordan Landing AT&T.
My boyfriend and I went in to get a new plan started together and Gustavo was the one who helped us. He walked me through everything. Ive been on my parents plan since I got my first cell phone so this was all new to me. He made it as easy as he possibly can. I wanted the green Iphone 11 pro max but he was out of them and due to that the manager offered us free screen protectors due to the inconvenience (which if it was just color we were talking about, not that big of a deal to me :) ) so the added accessory was definitely appreciated. We were there for maybe an hour and it was all very easy to set up. My mom didnt have any issues getting me removed from the account. Our phones are working wonderfully and we both love them.
Come in with a phone lock problem and the guys didnt stop until my phone was unlocked. Juan is a rockstar! Highly recommend this store!

Went in to talk about possibly getting an Apple Watch. Theyβre more expensive than buying one online or from any other store but I was willing to pay the extra to do the payment plan. The girl Anna blatantly lied to me about how the watch works, telling me I had to get the cellular to take calls or messages which isnβt true, you just need your iPhone nearby if you get the gps only model. I already knew this and tried to reword my questions multiple times but she kept insisting the cellular is what I needed. Walked to Best Buy and got the one I wanted for $100 cheaper and no one tried to lie about how the cellular vs non cellular options work.
Jesus gives the best service at this at&t location. Our needs were met! π€©π€©
