Daniel is the MAN!Him and his wife were very informative and they have such great customer service skills and run the store great so that everyone is serviced.We were Verizon customers and came in just to browse.He was very informative, took his time, patient, product knowledgeable, reliable and set us up.He did such a great job and very thorough that we both changed our service and came to Metro at the same time bought 2 new iPhone 13’s!Metro if you’re reading this DANIEL IS THE MAN!

Oh. My. God. This was a nightmare. We went in to try and upgrade my phone. The only person in there said they would just be a minute and were on the phone with tech support with another issue. After sitting there for over 30 minutes we heard the associate saying that they had screwed up two phones, hadnt given them the proper discounts and in the process thought deleting a phone number and bringing it back would fix the problem however they were not able to reinstate the old number and disconnected someones phone. After all of this we lost faith and quietly left the store.

Excellent customer service. Daniel and Karen took good care of us and helped us all the way through the process of switching carriers and choosing new phone.They are very knowledgable. After reviewing a few products and prices we were able to choose the right combination for us.I will definitely come back next time I am in the market for new phones.

Excellent customer services. They helped me transferring my data in my new sd card.

This store wont let me bring back a device after 3 days, brand new, nothing wrong with it saying my data is over 200mb. The contract stipulates this is for devices without voice capabilities. My talk time is under one hour. I will be contacting metropcs and filing with the bbb and wherever else, also a lawsuit just to clarify the contract so others do not have issues.3 days.
