Do you own a Subaru? Then this is THE only place to take your car for service in UT. Seriously. Josh is crazy knowledgeable, super nice, very efficient, and absolutely exceeds expectations. Do not hesitate, call Josh today. (By the way he works on other cars too, but he’s basically a Subaru whisperer).

Josh is a phenomenal mechanic, and he is trustworthy. Weve been burned before when taking our Subaru to a big national-chain mechanic, and weve learned our lesson. You need to find a trustworthy mechanic who is knowledgeable about your car. Josh knows Subarus, and we certainly trust him with our Subaru. We live in Utah County, but driving up to his shop is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Sad day when my car was hit in my apartment parking lot, at night. My insurance recommended this place and in a pinch I had my car towed there. The manager contacted my son on Facebook and asked him to remove our cars from the lot because they don’t do body work. We informed the shop we were waiting for the insurance adjuster to contact us. No sympathy they told us to get them off their lot. Pulled up and they weren’t even busy no cars were in the lot my car was off to the side out of the way. Not affecting business. No empathy is a big thing to me. So sorry I won’t recommend this shop

I have taken my car to Flatout Automotive A few times now, everytime I get greeted with quality service and a friendly attitude. Josh is the go to guy for work needing to be done he is very good at it and doesnt push you into anything you.dont need, give fantastic advise answers any questions you have and will get whatever you need done in a very timely matter. And to top it off you gotta hang out with the shop dogs they are awesome and super sweet. Flatout has definitely made me a life customer. Anything from wheels and alignments, to full builds and typical repairs go here and no where else!!

It’s easy to see why this shop has such good reviews. Josh got me in right away when I was worried about some numbers on my AP. Very knowledgeable, he eased my concerns and took the time to explain a few areas of the car that I should keep my eye on, and what to be looking for.
