The work they did on my car came in $200 less than quoted! They did their best to jeep costs low. I will use them again

My vehicle had a variety of issues that needed to be worked on. Service was very professional. I was kept updated on the progress of the repairs. They communicated in a way I could understand and I felt comfortable asking questions.

These seem like some good dudes that work here. Very punctual and both times they have worked on vehicles for me they were done quicker than what was estimated. They diagnosed issues that weren’t diagnosed at a previous mechanic as well. Overall, I am glad I used these guys and will continue to use them in the future.

They did some diagnostics for me and ordered a difficult to find part. A previous shop wouldn’t do the repair.They were very transparent with pricing for the work I asked for and some additional things they would recommend.Everything seems to be great with the repair

These guys are AWESOME! I took a leap of faith and tried these guys based solely on their excellent reviews. They definitely lived up to all the positive comments and then some. After two other reputable shops failed to properly diagnose the issue with my truck, these guys had it figured out immediately. They walked me through my options, pricing, and even found a couple simple, yet potentially catastrophic things that needed to be fixed and took care of them immediately. Never once got the vibe that they were phishing for work like I have with other places. They genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. First, it was how review after review mentioned honesty. Then Zach’s personality on the phone—he is very friendly while others gave the vibe that they were bothered by the call for an estimate. Their price to replace pads and rotors was the same price as others’ for pads and resurfacing existing rotors—short term solution. They did what they said they would, when they said they would. I will be going back for sure.

Our car overheated on a Friday so i did a Google search to find a mechanic open on Saturdays. Ace Auto repair had great reviews so we tried them. These guys were very nice and down to earth. The Ford dealership had recently incorrectly installed my power steering and they wanted to take me for an additional $1700.00. I brought my truck to ACE AUTO they diagnosed the problem the dealership had not bled the system after the install. ACE AUTO had my trucks system up and running normally again for $75.00 talk about an honest and knowledgeable repair shop. Don’t get taken by the dealership take it to ACE and have it fixed or replaced the right way.

My wife and I always go to Ace Auto. This time we went for a maintenance tune up. Before doing any work, they checked the spark plugs and determined they were still in good condition and didnt need to be replaced. Any other place would have charged me for unnecessary parts and labor. Ace Auto will never sell you anything that you dont need. I ended getting some other work done that was fairly priced and handled in a timely manner. I will continue to return to Ace Auto for all of our auto repair needs.

They were extremely nice. Zach was especially helpful and down to earth. I didnt have an appointment but they were able to fit me in anyways. They were straight forward and honest with me, and didnt belittle my lack of knowledge concerning the vehicle.They werent pushy or deceptive by trying to force me to buy additional services or add ons. They called me before hand to let me know price estimates and receive consent before repairing the car.The repair took longer than Id hoped, but that is understandable since I didnt have an appointment.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend them.

Starter went out on my almost 20 year old Explorer. A buddy I was with at the time had previously used Ace and called them up while I was calling the tow truck. This was past business hours (ended up getting towed there roughly 10pm), but they have a dropbox for after hours, so I left my keys in there (I would suggest moving the box inside and installing a mailslot-like drop off because people like me being paranoid to leave my car and keys in a box outside).I called a buddy who is a mechanic before I brought it to Ace, who quoted me JUST to fix the starter over $600 at best. Ace did it way cheaper. Zach called me and ran down a HUGE list of things that need doing (its an old beater), but then went back through and told me what was immediately necessary, what could wait for later on, and even what isnt a safety issue whatsoever. He found some issues that were going to be upcoming and present problems for me in the near future that Id have had no clue about otherwise.Ace replaced the starter wires (starter ended up being fine, but the wires completely broke), serpentine belt, fixed an oil leak, did an oil change, and replaced my wiper fluid pump motor. Diagnostics, parts, and labor for ALL of this cost less than the $600 my buddy had given me. Plus (WAY more important than price to me) they were honest, gave me options, didnt try to charge me for things I didnt need, and did all of this at a fair price.They originally estimated the car to be ready on Tuesday (I dropped it off 10pm Wednesday night, so just under a week), so it was a bit of a wait, but I will chalk that up to every shop being super busy lately. Though it was a bit longer of an estimate, they met it, gave me updates and kept me posted, and even hung around for a few extra minutes when they knew I was coming but got caught in traffic and showed up 15 minutes after closing.Theyre a little hard to find, as theyre a pretty small building in a residential neighborhood, but I will never be bringing this beast (or my soon-to-be replacement) to anyone else.

Trustworthy, fair, transparent, a good value, and friendly. I relied heavily on the fantastic reviews when deciding to trust this shop for my repairs. I was not disappointed. The entire staff was lovely and never showed a ounce of frustration with my questions. Everything was explained clearly to me, recommendations were made with honest time frame to fix assessments, prices were fair, repairs were done in a timely manner, and my vehicle runs like a dream again. I do not live in this area, but my adult child lives here and it is centrally located to the area in which I travel full time. I fully intend to make this amazing repair shop a go to whenever I am able to plan any work I need done. I had never heard of them but they were listed on our insurance app as a company where the tow truck could drop off our vehicle. I looked at their reviews, which were almost all positive, before choosing them, and I feel like I have found a gem for future auto repair needs. They took care of our problem on a Saturday afternoon and were super friendly! We will definitely be going there from now on!!

I brought in my Honda after the dealer and another mechanic couldnt find the cause of a noise. Not only did they find and correct all the problems they charged less than the others. Ace is my new go to place for auto repairs.

I had them perform an inspection before buying a car. They found a few things, including one that would have been very costly down the road. The warranty of the car covered the costs, and I am thankful that my inspection was done so thoroughly. Very professional and easy to work with. Ill be a return customer for sure.

We tried Ace after reading their reviews and Im glad we did! They changed spark plugs in our Ford F150, a full tune up, made sure the mismatched parts were gone from before and gave us matching parts. They gave us a couple discounts too.

I came in for an oil change and to have them check on the condition of my Mazda. They gave me a realistic time frame of how long it would take and explained step by step what they were doing and why. I didnt feel like they were trying to price gouge me like most auto repair companies do. Good people 👌

After looking for local businesses to repair my Mazda CX-9 after my regular mechanic wasn’t accepting vehicles, I decided on this place to get a quote on repairs I had known for some time likely needed to be done (and hopefully have them done at their shop).They were very kind, and professional, but ultimately it came down to me feeling like the work they recommended I do on my car being unnecessary. They quoted me over $5,000 for brakes, tie-rods, shocks, struts, brakes, and apparently a leak in my rear differential (which was not on my radar at all, there is no signs of a leak from what I can tell). They entirely missed the evap leak I’ve been aware of for some time (they claimed all these repairs were recommended because they’re so “thorough”) and quoted me for things I’m pretty sure my car didn’t need. While they offered to simply focus on shocks and struts, and breaks, and the tie-rod... it was still nearly $3,000 for them.I paid the $50ish diagnostic fee (which they said if I brought it back in 30 days would be applied towards repairs) which is fine... I don’t mind paying for their time I’m sure it took to diagnose.Ultimately I took it somewhere else for a second opinion and the second opinion noted the brakes were fine (just kinda squeaky and they would clean them for me, which my other mechanic agreed with), no rear dif leak... etc. not to mention the fact that my second opinion place was going to put brand new tires with a 65,000 mile warranty on as well as warranty other items for under $2,500 (already WAY cheaper than Ace quoted). So somewhere else I’m getting all the concerned repairs done as well as new tires on for half the price quoted here.My second opinion from someone else literally saved me $2,500. If it was only a hundred dollars or so I would have let that slide, but that’s some SERIOUS change during a time when money is tight as it is.Don’t be afraid to get a second opinion or have your regular mechanic take a look at it for major repairs. I’m sure they probably do great work, but I just didn’t feel comfortable having them do work on my car when I felt like they were being overzealous on things I didn’t feel like I needed.I’m now also getting a TON of emails in relation to this company that I never approved or signed up for.Overal not impressed. Not bitter, just not impressed and went elsewhere.

I was in Utah this summer and my transmission went out on the day I was supposed to be driving back to Kansas and these guys were a blessing on a Saturday. They got it all fixed up by the afternoon and I’m still pretty grateful for their time honesty and hard work.

I took my H2 to these guys because the battery wouldnt hold a charge. I thought it was just the battery. They up charged me on the battery and said something was pulling juice from the battery. They checked everything and said it was the radio, then called back and said it wasnt the radio it was the DVD player, which both were only a year old. After they were done the next day the radio wouldnt work so I jiggled the wires and the radio started working. I think they shorted a wire somewhere messing with the wiring. The back hatch would release so they fixed it. I was in a hurry with all of my luggage trying to make it to the airport and it wouldnt open. I had to call an Uber and barely made my plane. They are garbage. My radio is very expensive and they messed it up. I wouldnt let these clowns touch my vehicle again.

My check engine light came on and the code indicated my catalytic converter was bad. I took my car in and Zach gave me the best quote I could find for the work, but he also said I should try a $10 fuel addative that is supposed to clean your emissions system (you can get these at any auto parts store and probably elsewhere) and that it might fox the problem. Sure enough after adding it to my gas and driving 50 miles the check engine light went off and my car is working great. Even though I didnt have service here yet I can say Zach and Ace are very trustworthy, helpful, and kind and I would definetly recommend them.

I took my car here to get fixed 3 times and they could not find the problem, instead they kept charging me on unnecessary stuff replacement that had nothing to do with actual problem. Good customer service but bad service and quality! I do not recommend them.

They really helped my wife and I. Two days after our baby was born our car wouldn’t start. They fixed it the same day.

Went in for an oil change, and was expecting maybe a 30 to 40 minute wait; that ended up being two hours. And a full synthetic oil change totaled $98.82. While they do exceptional car repairs, not the place to go for oil changes. They did have to order a certain filter (higher grade, I assume), that took a while to get there, and then 20 or 30 minutes later, it was done. An oil change shouldnt cost a hundred, especially when I could get the exact same parts for 45 dollars. Staff was great, but not a great day. Otherwise, a very great place.

They were unable to fix my issue, so called in a specialist that was also unable to take care of it. Ace did not charge me anything, but the specialist still did-nearly $300 for nothing. Ended up going to the dealer that was able to fix it. Called Ace back a little frustrated we had been charged for no successful work. They reached out to the specialist and got us refunded. Very appreciative of that, but feel like it should have happened in the first place without us asking.

I highly recommend this shop, and do so regularly to my neighbors and friends who live in the area. Ive had them do major work on my old 2004 Honda CRV with +140k on the clock - complete compressor failure repair a few years ago (check your refrigerant level annually! ) and recently replacement of front and rear struts. I have also had them do the annual service on this old car for several years. They are there for YOU and your CAR and understand what it takes to get customers to come back.

Both employ a series of educated GUESSES, experience, training, & customer service to arrive at their diagnosis. But at the end of the day, sometimes the doctor / mechanic gets it right & sometimes not. Yes, one desires the former & not the latter. But one poor personal experience that may not meet my preferred desire doesnt make them crooks. Therefore, the reviews remain indeed helpful; as well as your personal observations! Ace has always been honest and fast. The first time we visited we thought we had a major issue with our car. Ace found the real, much cheaper problem and fixed that. Saved us a ton of money and got our car done faster. We have been taking multiple vehicles to them and recommend others to them.

They were honest about what needed to be done to my van when my prior mechanic had said that a part had to be replaced that didnt.I felt that they made the experience a bit more personal.
