Great place to get car parts, supplies, and even tools. Will definitely get all my parts from the West Jordan store!

I prefer Napa parts stores but this location isnt my favorite.The staff lady told me theres no such thing as an universal headlight relays...really?Ive been doing wiring for 35 years!I picked 2 of them up right up the street at OReilly hanging in the aisle.👎

Couldn’t find what we were looking for…fuses for a Ford F150. Store was well laid out so we were in and out when we didn’t see what we needed.

I have been extremely pleased shopping at this location on 7800 S. I have gone there to buy a few filters after we had a fire in our neighborhood and they were knowledgeable about which ones we needed. It was also great price. I have also bought their premium Napa brand wipers and they are amazing. It’s night and day using them compared to others I have bought. I will definitely be shopping at this location again.

Purchased part at another location to pickup the next day, didn’t get there overnight. It happens. Other store put a transfer to West Jordan for me to get since they showed 2 of what I needed at the location and I only needed 1. Arrived at West Jordan and was told they couldn’t find either of the parts. Again, not a big deal it happens. The assistant manager then proceeded to tell me that even if she could find the part that she couldn’t give it to me because it wasn’t shown as a transfer on my receipt. I explained that it was ordered and paid for the previous day and was supposed to be from the warehouse and didn’t arrive. This is when she continued to explain to me that it didn’t matter so I told her to call the other store if she had questions. As to which I was then told I have to take off my sunglasses so that the assistant manager could “look me in the eyes while she speaks to me.” I declined and was then asked if I keep my sunglasses on when I go into other businesses. I kindly told her that is none of her business. She then said that I had to remove my glasses to shop in said store and told she wanted to see my face. Apparently that I have remove sunglasses is now part of NAPA’s new security protocol….. uh huh since napa is now implementing security protocols that banks do and also if it is true it should be posted on the front doors or within plain sight of a customer. Been shopping with napa for years and never felt like someone had been harassing me as a customer before. Thanks Karen (rebecka)…. My business will stay with the company just not this location ever again. For what it is worth the other locations that I frequent are awesome and have good attitudes towards their customers.

Bought batteries for my truck and mower. They tested them for free and was in and out real fast

Make an online order to be delivered. Put my REQUIRED information into the system. Wait 3 hours call they say oh we don’t have it. You can drive around the valley and get the items at the different stores if you would like. Didn’t bother to call.

They have the parts and counter persons who know cars. Service was friendly on this visit, but the shelves were not faced or filed.

Its been 2 weeks sints I ordered my part. Still nothing. I called a week ago put on hold for 20 min. Got tired of waiting hung up. And again this week same put on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. Customer service really sucks!!!

I purchased U-joints and a tail shaft seal, all parts were wrong it took me 4 trips to get the right parts, and in the end all I got was one u-joints that fit I ended up going to the competitor to get correct parts and returned the others back to Napa for a refund needless to say I wont be going back to Napa anytime soon

I think everyone knows this is utahs best auto parts store. The 7800 s location went out of there way researching my frist generation Ford focus parts i needed. If your working on your vehicle go to Napa. Thank you for a friendly hand with my car.

Worst customer service couldn’t even get off the chair too help me find the item or any questions I had. Told me once they took off red tag from security I had to buy, just wanted to make sure it was the right item. If i could rate no stars I would.

I am glad they had the part in stock. But disappointed that they wouldnt price match an item that many other place sell cheaper.(including the manufactures own web page.) o well.

Called the store that morning to have a part put on hold for pickup later that day. I got to the store and they looked for the part for 20 minutes then they told me they already sold the part. Such a waist of my time. Never going to that store again.

NAPA Auto Parts in West Jordan are great. Do in-store orders all the time theyre always ready. Napa carries high-quality parts and they have a lot of in inventory.

Dont like being lied to. Today was the second time, asked for Moog brand parts on the phone said they had them in stock, i go down in person only to find out they dont carry that brand and tried to sale me their name brand overpriced junk. Went next door to O Reilly they had what I needed and didnt lie to get my business!

NAPA Auto Parts is a wonderful store to shop at for tools, car cleaning accessories, Auto Parts, fluid, and their tools have a lifetime warranty. The staff is well knowledgeable and they are very helpful and courteous. I recommend Napa to anyone that is looking to buy their car parts and working on them self

I had been to another parts store up the road, looking for new wiper blades, because mine got ruined in an ice storm. The other place had tried to say the best deal I would find on them was like $40-something!!! I was agast. Came over to NAPA and they hooked me up with a good set of them for $16!!! Very nice people... and they even put them on for me.

Shopped for prices on batteries and NAPA had the best deal for the best battery and warranty.

Great help and friendly, great parts and quality.Unfortunately they need to update their website with products. The online side says its available in a specific location but when I get there, they are out and I need to go to another store to get it. Waste 1-3 hours of the day because of this.

Had water pump issues in my truck I had gone through 4 pumps in 2 years that I bought from another store I got tired of ripping into the motor every few months to swap it out even though it had a life time warranty on the part it was still costing me time and money so I got the 5th one from Napa and haven’t had a problem for 5 years now. They have better quality parts than the other places I will definitely buy my parts from them for now on.Customer service was awesome!!!!Thanks guys!!

I absolutely dread dealing with NAPA. But sometimes the other guys are out of the part and I have to go to NAPA to get it. I have went to several locations and all of them are horrible to deal with. I recently bought a new car and had two cases of motor oil that wasnt the right weight for my new truck and they wouldnt swap out the oil because I didnt have my receipt. Who keeps their receipt for oil? What a joke! I wasnt trying to get my money back for it so it wasnt a loss to them...I only wanted to swap my new unused oil of a different weight with a new weight of oil for my truck. I will never shop at NAPA for their return policy. What do I do with two cases of oil which I cant use?

I have yet to have a bad experience. I went there for a drive shift for my Subaru, they quoted me for $500 which isnt horrible. But I told them I found another place that would ship it for free and it was cheaper. The guy gave me $100(including shipping) from the east coast. A week later it got there. NAPA goes above and beyond, they have better prices and selection than anyone else.

Parts are overpriced but they have a lot of them. If you absolutely need the part and cant even walk to the next parts store, then theyre your best bet!They used to hold a quality standard. But now their parts are all stamped with CHINAand youll pay $75 for a $7 ebay part.Greed is killing em like wal-mart!

I needed some parts to fix my brakes I checked online said they had them in stock I went in and after waiting 10 minutes for someone to notice I was standing there Jerry asked if I needed help I asked him for the parts and he said they didnt carry them and refused to check to see if they had any I wont be going back Ill use advance auto parts there further away from me but much nicer Jerry was very rude and shouldnt work with customer

The staff is incredible and the selection of products is awesome but open up your wallet because you pay for the good help.

I enjoy shopping with NAPA. They offer a military discount and their products are a little less expensive than other auto stores in town. Spark plugs, wires, gas caps, etc.

They didnt have the part I needed on store, but ordered it and had it ready in 2 hours. Very grateful!

This is the only place to buy parts. Most professional mechanic shops use Napa parts.

Their service was unacceptable, this is the second time that store has failed me..I called in advance to make sure they had my parts before I went there. When I arrived they had my filter but no oil..You would think that most oils would be in stock.. Second time this has happened..
