Jake was very helpful in assisting me in analyzing a check engine light and then locating and selling us the part that was needed to solve the problem. He also helped out in replacing worn wiper blades. He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was very grateful for all that he did.

Barbara and Maria were so very helpful in helping me find a new battery for my daughter’s car. Without hesitation they asked if they could help with replacing the battery and came out with their tools and took care of it for me. They were friendly, kind and professional. Awesome that they let you use their code reader to check what codes you have in your car that are causing the check engine light to come on. Once you are done using their code reader you take it back in to them and they tell you what codes are popping up in your car so you know exactly what you may or may not need to be fixing or being aware of. Its a great free service they offer to anyone that wants to use it when they have their cars check engine light turn on their dashboard for an unknown reason

The Store Manager (I wish I remembered his name) helped me with everything I needed. Not only did he help me find the parts and items that I needed, he showed me how to install them in my car and changed my wipers, air filter, and in cabin filter. He was so nice and it was probably the best customer service I have received from any place Ive ever visited. Definitely will come back to this location.

Friendly, helpful staff. A variety of tools to borrow. I wish theyd add some dont use very often and pricy tool rental options. They dont always have every part I need, but often have recommendations of where to try.My last project, timing belt and tensioner. Took a good 5 hours, but saved me $800.Tips: use cardboard to hold the belt on the cams and set the rear ahead ~one tooth as when the tensioner engages its going to pull it back.

99% of the time they have the part you need instock but they are very helpful, they actually know what there talking about and, pretty chill

Peyton is AWESOME! I called and he helped me determine what was wrong. I brought my car in, and he gave me choices on the battery, after it was tested. Then he totally installed it! Additionally, he told me what a warning light on my dashboard meant (tire pressure) gave me 2 options of where to go to get air putt in for free, and then even told me the amount needed from my interior door label. Such fantastic service. Barb (i think) was also there (she tested my battery and did a fine job of explaining), but Peyton was the one who have great customer service!

I visited Autozone on 4728 W 7800 S today to make a small purchase and find out why my check engine light was on. Jess was there to help and answer all my questions. He was very thoughtful about helping my disabled nephew to be comfortable on such a hot day. He did everything he could to answer my questions and got other team member involved when needed. I was so impressed! As I drove away, I noticed that instead of hurrying inside the air-conditioned store, he walked to the parking lot into another car to see if that customer needed assistance as well. Amazing customer service! Thanks Jess! I will be sure to come back to this location.

It always seems that they never have the part in stock that I need. Also, dont trust their website that says something is available at the store. When I showed to pick something up that online said available in store the worker said that just means you csnt order online you have to come into the store to ORDER it. THE EMPLOYEES WORKING WERE GREAT. 3 star review is because there were only 2 people working during peak hours so it took forever, and they would not install the battery I bought. They said they had no time with only 2 people working, which was probably true. Either the owner or manager needs to hire more employees. I worked a job where the owner refused to hire enough employees, and we would only work as fast as we could so orders took a long time to get out. Seems like thats happening here.Again, this is not the employees fault, but the owners and or management.

I dont live too far from this store. I have been there several times for various car parts and they have always been very helpful. They greet me when I walk in the door and always offer help, even if I know where Im going or what I need to buy. They inform me of prices or discounts on certain products when available. Theyll always go over pros and cons of certain parts I need with which Im not very familiar. I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they keep up the good work. As a bonus, they offer lots of free car checks and diagnostic work.

Late night the store was packed for some reason but was quite surprised how they handle each customer in a timely manner. Battery issue bought a new one and it was installed on a cold night. They are very professional and that’s the reason while I keep coming back. Thanks Autozone it’s also what makes them better then their competitors

This is a great Autozone location. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The store is always clean. I drop my used oil here all the time, Autozone will also have an associate change your battery out for you when you buy a new one. There are usually a few options of parts from cheap in price and quality to a little more expensive and better quality.

Autozone is the parts store I prefer. They have a great selection of accessories and products for a lot of projects for the auto and even the home.

Even though there has been a bit of wait at times, that is what you deal with when this is a prime location. regardless they have always been very helpful with what i need and help me find where i could get it . you cant go wrong

I went to redeem my $5 rewards and the guy at the counter said I had to have the card. I said no, I dont, I could use my email with the UPC code in it. Hey, Ive done it before. He said, no, I have to have the card. I said, no, I can use my email. He said, no, I had to have the card. At this point I got firm and raised my voice and said no, I can use my email with the UPC code in it, showing him the email with the UPC code in it. He was convinced he had to be right and said it again while scanning the code in the email and then... OH, I guess it does work.Obviously he was not trained correctly. I apologized for getting loud and firm with him. I should have just asked him to try it and be pleasant. I guess the day got to me. Sorry guy at AutoZone. Ill do better next time.Thanks AutoZone for the $5 Rewards! Its fun to get pay backs.

A great manager and good prices. The the absolute dumbest pair of knowledgeable car professionals I have ever met. I honestly do not know where they find these guys to work for them. They got my 2005 mazda 3 confused for a 1997 ford mustang. That right there should explain how competent the employees here are.

Felt I should update this.The manager of the store, she is very condescending towards her associates, and customers.I went to return an ignition lock cylinder, she pops up and starts to tell me to hire a locksmith, because the product was completely fine, and the dealership overcharges.I explained to her that the dealership wasnt very expensive, and my brother and I put the product together with ease within minutes compared to the one I was returningAutoZones product sucks. Case closed.

I have shopped at AutoZone for years and will continue to do so. For the most part the employees are helpful. At this location there have been a couple that havent been to friendly. At times they act like you are an inconvenience to them, but there is one guy, I think a manger he calls everyone bud who is very nice and very helpful. The thing that frustrates me the most is that this location is close to my house but it seems they rarely have what I need and I end up going to another AutoZone to get the items needed. I think its a smaller store so they cant stock as much, maybe? If they would do a better job of keeping common items in stock, like rotors I would give 5 stars.

Awesome people. They helped me diagnose my cars charging problem and it turned out to be a bad battery I had bought from them last year. They got me a new battery and went out and change it out, all free of charge under warranty.
