This is an older supermarket, cramped and dingee. The restroom is in the basement. Follow the big yellow arrows at the bottom of the stairs. There is a keypad lock on the door so remember to get the code.

The store is good. Good selection of soups to go, and sandwiches were fresh. The parking however wasnt the best and I was haggled outside for change.

If you need some dough for your pizza, you can find it here! They have a great selection of fruits, vegetables, dairies, meat, seafood, and house needs, too. They got it all here! The best thing is, they were located near our area! Their staff and employees were very friendly and accommodating. The best one-stop-shop!

This is the best Ralphs I have ever been inside of. The store is incredibly well-organized. The staff is incredibly helpful and everything is very fresh. The deli and hot foods here are always made to order almost and much nicer than any of the other Ralphs Ive ever been inside of. I love going in the store

Nice sized market. Convenient. Friendly. They always surprise me with the unexpected. Krogers brands continually delivers great products at reasonable prices. Particular fan of their gluten free pancake mix. Delish.

I work on the road all the time and stopped at multiple Ralphs to use there rest room and by energy drinks but this location every single time I came her 10 times in a 6 month period ask for code to restroom and answer is bathroom is out of oder for 6 month ridiculous and employees are rude

I went hoping for a nutritious tasty meal. Michael from the deli recommended the chicken and mashed potatoes with string beans. He is very knowledgable and patient. He provided the perfect recommendation. I look forward to visiting later this week. Great job Michael!

My go to Ralphs since always. Prices are better than majority of other super markets. This Ralphs is small so they dont have as much variety as others as well as being more limited with their kosher items. Love their tuna from their deli as well as hot foods. They have some very underrated items like their creamy Mac and cheese, fried chicken, potato wedges, spicy fried wings, and much more.

I never shop at Ralph’s being that I will normally choose Vons as it’s closer to home for me, but I stopped by this Ralph’s and was impressed by the exceptional service I received by the staff. Particularly Jenny, I was in need of some items that I was having a hard time finding and this lady went above and beyond to get those items for me. Service like what I received from her is not always available, some employees will just tell you what isle the item is in, but like I said earlier she went above and beyond to get the items for me. This girl deserves a raise, Clean store and friendly staff can’t ask for more.

My local store. Smaller than other Ralphs so it feels more like a neighborhood market.

I was afraid that because its a bit smaller it wouldnt have as good a selection as Ive found in other Fresh Fare store, but they cleverly squeezed all the non-refrigerated sections close together so that there was plenty of room for the produce and cold/frozen foods. Found everything i was looking for and more vegan options than i expected! Free parking was great, theres a restroom downstairs, and all the staff were very nice. Only thing preventing a 5-star review is that it did feel a bit cramped in sections. Your experience may vary.

Unfortunate that one of the staffers completely ignored me while I greeted hello. No matter if a staffer is on or off the clock and a customer sees you say hello! The staffer attempted to fight me out side of the store I rebutted we can take it outside the staffer walked away.Corporate got on call with me last week saying they lied and did not as a result I had to contact corporate again today and speak with a very blessed and kind young lady Jeanette who was kind enough to completely fully resolve the negative and very poor customer service that I received last week along with case numbers that the first agents from corporate did not provide.My vested interest in Kroger and Ralphs is over.

Came here late at night. I love shopping at night because I go about my business faster and without hassles. This store at the time was re-stocking so I just kept going around and around because the aisles were blocked with products. Totally understand but if the people setting it would only tell me hey these areas will be blocked in some minutes or maybe set the items all against 1 side so that there is still room to walk, that would have been great. But other than that great store.

I used to like this store, until tonight when I showed up at 9:45pm, (it says the store closes at 10pm) and they wouldn’t they let anyone in. Very rude security guards blocking the entrance. They would open the doors to let people out, and then shut the door in my face. There were about 5 other people trying to get in as well. Extremely rude, and if the store is going to close before 10, then they should reflect that in the hours. I drove here because it was the only place still open, just to be denied entrance for no particular reason. The store still had many customers inside. There are no other grocery stores open now. Just because there is a pandemic, does not make it okay to treat customers so poorly, and to change the hours on a whim because the manager just decided they didn’t want anyone else coming in. Very disappointed.

This is probably the most racist Ralphs location in Southern California. The store manager Elio Lopez allows his employees like Jenny M. to openly discriminate against Black customers and Kroger corp doesnt really seem to care. Shame on Ralphs for allowing racist trash to destroy our shopping experience.

Very small compared to other Ralphs grocery stores. There is limited selection but good prices when using the rewards member discounts. Fresh food quality is good but certainly not great. Friendly staff. Very small parking lot and street parking is limited.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting and being assisted by the Store Mgr. Mr. Elio Lopez. I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and interest in making my shopping experience a good one. If you have not met Martha one of his assistants I encourage you to meet her. This market is spreading everywhere in la. Because price and quality is unbeatable. I went Walmart when I buy water or supplies or pharmacy but the others are here is always best price even Beverly Hills are the same price,Around 4:10pm 8/4/18. Young male staffs are facing each other chatting between the entrance of the restroom from inside grocery while I walked through out the entrance one of the young male looks like Hispanic or whiter “hey” he pretends to talk to another guy but he teasing me o ignored, there are another witness an Asian female staff with name tag

Just for two slices of cake waited 20min. Ask deli employee O she doesnt work Bakery, asked hot meals employee No she said its not here section. Ask a guy standing behind the counter O he doesnt know how to print out the label. OMG, you cant find one knowledgable employee in the whole store

Nicest customer service of a grocery store in Los Angeles that I know of.Produce is fresh and has consistent good sales. There are also good sales on Cheese and general groceries on a weekly basis.Bit small of a store, but the friendly customer service and sales keep me coming back!

Great little Ralphs locations located near West Hollywood. It is definitely smaller than the other locations but has a full Deli and a bakery.

Theres so much variety of food in this Ralphs and fresh produce. Would definitely recommend.

Sold me fish that had clearly gone bad despite an expiration date labeled for 3 days later.Separate occasion Called ahead to see if they accept Apple Pay. The guy on the phone assured me that they did without even checking. Of course, when I show up to pay, the cashiers told me they never had Apple Pay.

This is one of the larger Ralphs locations. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is also a Kosher foods section, great for the demand in the area.

Only reason for the low mark is that its a lot smaller a Ralphs than most. And there is not as much variety as at most Ralphs. But otherwise veey clean and well maintained with helpful staff

They offer great opportunities for certain goods if your a knowledgeable shopper. Their fruit selection is generally excellent, and their Dairy selections have specific price advantages.

So i walked towards the door to look for a shopping cart being that this is my first time here and the security guard tries to rush me and i had to stop him and tell him im looking for a shopping cart, when i walked off i see him watching the screen expecting me to steal and when im omw out the door he still asked me again whats in my pockets. I will be taking legal action.

Was just grabbing a few things and was able to get in and out very quickly. Friendly cashier as well made it a pleasant experience.

They dont carry a lot of choices you can find at other Ralphs, including low fat Kroger cheeses. Deli workers are so slow and inattentive. I actually had to help a customer myself today. Tried to order a fake a couple of weeks ago and was told I could only order a white cake, and this was just before a weekend. Told me they didnt have the ingredients for a chocolate cake. Had to go someplace else. Only go here if youre in a hurry and want to spend more money for the same stuff.

Paul shold find another line of work. If he is in management he obviously cant handle the task of multi tasking. He should be an example of customer service. He is rude, unprofessional, and petty. Also its a safety hazard the way the boxes crowd the aisle. F minus Paul!!!!
