I can not say enough good things about my experience here. Anders was so amazing and did not pressure me at any point throughout the whole process of buying a new car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. He made the whole process so easy especially for someone like me who has a super busy work schedule and didn’t have me waiting at the dealership for hours. He also took the time to sit with me in the car to show me how everything works. If you’re looking for a trustworthy dealership this is it for sure. I was hesitant at first due to the ratings on google but found out they revolve around the old manager. Anders was amazing and I am beyond happy with my purchase!

The Alfa Romeo part of this dealership is under new management so I believe many of the old customer satisfaction issues relate to the old management. I purchased a certified pre owned 2018 Stelvio from Anders, the head of the Alfa branch, and I could not have had a better experience. I am a very detailed buyer, I ask a lot of questions and I am a tough negotiator. I had been speaking with him for over a month in consideration of purchasing this car. Every time I spoke with him he was very respectful of my input and attentive to my needs even though there were times when we did not agree on a deal. When we finally made the deal, the entire purchase and financing process was smooth and seamless with no surprises. To anyone reading bad reviews of this dealership or who have had a negative experience in the past, I would suggest giving them another chance because I think they are on the correct path now. Since I just bought the car, I have yet to bring it in for service but will add to this review after I have experience with that department.Let me add that during this process I was also speaking with Alpha Romeo dealers in Chicago and had absolutely the opposite experience with Ziegler Alfa Romeo in Schaumburg. It seemed like they paid no attention to my priorities in terms of options and every call to them resulted in some type of bait and switch. It’s unfortunate that the negative stigmas around car dealers are still ever present at that dealership. I’m extremely glad that I chose to keep my business local and purchase from International.

Purchased a new Stelvio in fall of 2018. Had slight body damage from someone else test driving. Did not get a discount on the vehicle due to the damage. Said they would fix like new. I was told on several occasions the vehicle was completed & ready for pick up. The work had not been completed and other areas of the vehicle (trim panels) had been damaged in the process. A separate issue: Head lamp housing was taking in moisture also. They were to replace a headlamp and I requested they look at the second lamp so both could be replaced at the same time. The did not. Bumper had to be removed twice instead of just once to replace both lamps. Does not feel like a new vehicle at this point. First month of my vehicle purchase the car sat there almost the whole month. They had also labeled the work that was to be done on my car and accidentally put it with another vehicle. Customer service was horrible. I had to constantly call for updates. No one would call me unless I left several messages. I was not provided any paperwork on the body work or warranty repairs. I was told there was no paperwork for me to have. SINCE WHEN? I had to go as high up as I could and all I received was an email regarding some of the repairs. I could go on for ever regarding all the nonsense. Worst vehicle purchase of my life. Now, the car has 1k miles on it and it has to go back in due to a slew of warning lights. I’ve driven the car less than 20 times. Closest Alfa dealership to me is now 40 min away. I should have stuck with my Range Rover which I had traded in for this. My opinion is to steer clear of this dealership. I had too many bad experiences in multiple areas of their departments for me to believe this was a one off deal.

I worked exclusively with Anders to lease my 2nd Giulia and had an overall excellent experience. I looked at the new Genesis G70, Bmw M340i, and many other sport sedans before coming home to my second Giulia.Very glad I stuck with my Italian Girlfriend.Thanks Anders!

Purchased a car here in July, and it was supposed to have Apple Car Play. International wants to charge me $500 to add the feature, and as far as I can tell, has not reached out to the FCA team to get the fee waived. I have also placed 3 customer service e-mails with FCA, and have received 0 responses. Id recommend finding a different dealer, or avoiding Alfa Romeo cars all together.
