No show for topsoil delivery today. After having a referral from a neighbor, I scheduled a delivery of 7 yards of topsoil last Wednesday for delivery today, Saturday at 5pm but no delivery arrived and no call from a driver or the company.Had plannned a full day of work with the soil tomorrow that will have to be rescheduled. Disappointed.

They brought just what I ordered and what they said it would be, THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORD AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am currently waiting for a top soil delivery from Kurtz. The scheduled drop off was suppose to be at 3:30 today. at 4:00 I called and asked whats going on, the receptionist said she will call the driver and have him give me a call. Now an hour and 10 minutes from the scheduled drop off and I still dont know whats going on or even if the driver is coming. Its really frustrating when youre the one who has to follow through when the company should give you a courtesy call and say theyre running behind or whatever the case may be.

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!1. Our soil didnt get delivered. The driver didnt have the courtesy to call and let us know they werent coming after being told they deliver throughout the evening.2. The lady who works at the office has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR THE BUSINESS AND IS LITERALLY TURNING BUSINESS AWAY!!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE. EVER!!!!

I purchased 14 yards of topsoil. The first thing I noticed was how black the dirt was, meaning it rich with nutrients..... The driver was very polite and dropped it where I wanted it. I also think I got more than I paid for!

We have been recommended to this company from large contracting firms. We have never had a problem with them. Order 9 yards every year, and very nice looking mulch. Lauren at the Chesterfield office goes out of her way on customer service, as well as Andy at the field. I really am supprised to see some of these reveiws, as we have and still do business with them and have never, never had a problem. They will even supply you with names of people to spread the mulch for you if you need it. Good product, good price, and great customer service FROM the CHESTERFIELD location!

Waited a whole day for a delivery that never arrived. No explanation given. Called multiple times and finally rescheduled. They called a few days later the night before delivery and said they would no longer deliver to our house because of low hanging trees. Very disappointing as they have a product that is hard to find in St. Charles. They were unwilling to come up with a solution and my situation was met with indifference.

Unreasonable to work with. They cant make adjustments in their time to get the dump time done with my schedule. Hung up on me abruptly when I told them that I wouldnt be here. Would not do business with unless you want to deal with rude people.

Bad experience will never recommend no1,service is very rude couldn’t enlighten me on topsoil pricing lol just hung up on me and wouldn’t answer back, not a good family business at all and I am a business owner .
