Took my sons iphone 7 plus in to get screen replaced, they were finished in less then an 1.5 hrs. They only charged 97.64 which was cheaper then Sams and his phone works perfectly now. Great service, great prices. Their staff were friendly and very helpful.

I was able to get bulbs (green LED night - light size)that I used to get at the big W store (they quit carrying them). I did find them on the big A online store, but they were a lower cost at Batteries Plus Bulbs. They were very helpful and friendly.

You have to go here when you need an odd battery because theres no where else around that sells it. With that said sometimes the prices are just ridiculous. It was nice they had the product I got just what I needed They recycled my old battery but you feel kind of screwed when you look at the price.

They had what I needed an prices reasonable. Would recommend

UPDATE: Batteries Plus Bulbs did rectify this situation and payed the dealership over $300 to get a new key. Very inconvenient and frustrating experience, but they did their best to make it right!Unbelievably poor product service. I ordered and payed for a replacement key fob for my vehicle. After several months I was finally able to arrange for programming. I arrived to pick up my old and new fobs and was told that when they programmed the new fob it unprogrammed the old fob and I would have to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. They did refund my money, but failed to tell me that all of the functions on the “new” fob wouldn’t work. Now I’m stuck with a manual process to lock/start my vehicle, they were also unable to cut the emergency key properly. I left with less than I had when I started. If you don’t have the expertise to provide a service don’t offer it.

Guy and gal at counter had the combined personality of a rock. Very unfriendly. Acted like they were doing me a favor selling me a battery.

3 stars because they had the special converter I needed when Walmart didnt, but checkout took FOREVER. There were 3 people in line in front of me and I kid you not, it took 20 minutes to checkout. 1 lady even left and put her items down because the wait was ridiculous.

Took them 2 batteries to rebuild came home one start to hiss so took it back the next day was told it would get sent back to be fixed waited for 3 week called and was told there waiting on the cells then waited another 3 week went there and was told they through it away because of the hissing and said I could only get a refund if I had my receipt for it. I didnt want a refund I wanted what I paid them to do.After I posted this review I was contacted by batteries plus management I do work alot of hours so my girlfriend called to talk to them for me and found out that the person I talked to in the first place was fired and that they want to make it right with me . In not go I ng to say what there doing but they did go above what they needed to do to make it right I well go back thank u batteries plus and to Matt for talking to my girl friend and making this right

Kyle went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get my order fulfilled the same day by driving to Washington to pick up the one battery that his store didnt have. He had called me to let me know that they only had 5 of the 6 batteries that I needed and offered to pick one up from another store to be able to complete my order. He then called me back to let me know that my order was ready for pickup. The overall experience was OUTSTANDING! Everyone was truly amazing! THANK YOU!

I use Batteries Plus for virtually all my battery needs. Items usually in stock and charged. Very few problems but this trip was a warranty claim and there was no hassle ... in and out quickly.

The staff was completely helpful as usual. They always try to work for their customers benefit.... and holding strong to their warranties on their products.

I found a bulb that was replacing a decades old bulb in a cabinet that was my grandmothers. The worker helped me find the closest match and also informed me that there is a 14 day return window for any reason.
