Well after going to another Auto Parts store with not a good result. (didnt have my common part) the 2 guys didnt help a bit. So I thought I would try Auto Zone they didnt have my part either (a radiator hose) but the guy was creative enough to think a different hose so I bought it and Anti Freeze. Came home and it all worked so I am very satisfied with Auto Zone.
I came in needing something done as simple as running a diagnostics test when my check engine light came on, but I had no idea what Im doing. Brandon helped me out very quickly and with great customer service. He made it a very easy and very pleasant experience. Service was so good that I made sure to call back and leave a good review for my experience. Will definitely be coming back if I have a need in the future.

I stopped by AutoZone Auto Parts on my way back to Columbia on Saturday evening, January 16. It was 33 degrees and sleeting. Trenton came out to replace my headlight which was no small feat. He ended up having to go back in for his tool box to unscrew my panel, and remove my battery in order to remove the stuck headlight. All this in freezing weather. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and kind, and I cant thank him enough for helping me make it home safely!

On the coldest night of the year I walked out to my jeep and found the battery dead. After getting a jumpstart I headed to my local Wentzville Autozone for a new battery and was absolutely blown away by what incredible service I received. Stephanie installed my battery in the freezing cold and was so friendly and knowledgeable and just the coolest person! Thank you so much for saving Ruby tonight! I purchased an remanufactured alternator a month ago that had failed and this location processed a replacement without any trouble whatsoever. In addition I purchased a battery less than a year ago and they replaced it as well. No hassles.Thank you for the Outstanding Customer Service.

The service tends to be good. Most of my bad experiences were with a female manager I havent seen in quite some time. However, comparing their prices to rock auto or Amazon it gets a little upsetting. Same exact parts for 2-3x the price you can get them online. I would say the warranty makes up for it, but they always seem to have lost the file on the car the warranty is on. Its a little ridiculous that youd pay more and get worse follow through by the company.

I like Auto Zone but it seems usually it depends on the person working if youre going to get accurate information. Sometimes I called back the next day and get a completely different answer than the night before. Just be careful and do a little of your own research if possible.

Typical AutoZone but its interesting to get into. The place was clean and the people seemed to be helpful. The guy that helped me didnt seem to know where the parts were. New guy? Not sure but another guy finally came by and helped me and him. I would prolly shop here again.
I love all the free services they offer. I needed a new battery and there was no way I could have done it on my own (super difficult battery) they were able to change it for me no problem. Quick and easy!

Dan (the man) was helpful from the time I called to inquire about oil and filter. When I got to the store he helped me further by changing my batteries in both my key fobs. I go to this store often and will continue as long as they keep people like Daniel employed.
These guys have lost money on me with their lifetime guarantee parts. I still own my 1990 truck, 350,xxx miles 1993 Explorer 525,xxx miles every bolt on motor component, brake parts, sensors, etc have come from here with a few exceptions for the 1 ton truck. Only paid once for them all.
I had a strange computer issue when trying to return my core after replacing my alternator. The crew was so patient and helpful. They went above and beyond to make things right. The manager Dan was so sweet and personable about everything. I was going to walmart and Amazon for car related purchases but will be taking my money here from now on and signed up for the rewards program. Cant beat the customer service at this location. No where else takes the time to treat people as kindly as i was treated by dan and his crew.
I had a busted brake line I went into the store by jungerman and 364 and was helped by a manager named Andi. She went out of her way to help me make sure I got everything I needed to repair the line in her parking lot. The same issue happened again a few miles down the road and stopped at the wentzville store and was helped again by another manager named Lance. Both of them truly helped me out and made it so I could start driving my car again. They got me what I needed and were extremely helpful.

I went 3x to find a license plate bolt. There first mistake was mine. There next two were because the jig to test bolts was wore out. I went to LOWES and bought the bolt in stainless for half the cost. I want to like AutoZone, but it keeps coming up short and janke.
Clean, organized and fair prices. We love Auto Zone! We were helped by an employee named Paul and he was so great. Very helpful and accurate. While OReillys said changing this particular bulb was too tough, Paul had it out and replaced within a minute. He also gave us some great information some break issues associated with another family vehicle. We will definitely be returning!!! Thanks Paul!

I work here. Itsm a great place to get parts if you have the patience to deal with the ever ageing poorly coded computer systems. Constantly understaffed as well due to budget cuts. We care about people but we can only do so much at 1 time. So be weary youre most likely not going to get out quick if you need a hard part or assistance finding something.

After being frustrated with the Troy location due to how rude and short the male employee was I drove to the location in Wentzville. Vincent came out to do a battery and alternator check on my car. Everything came back fine so I couldnt understand how my car just wouldnt start and would be completely dead. He got to looking at my terminals and discovered they were lose. He fixed the problem at no extra charge!! This man is the best I cant thank him enough. He went above and beyond for this customer which was greatly appreciated!

This is the second time Ive been to the Wentzville location for a headlight and theyve refused based on my Elantra having a spring in the headlight casing. Gimme a break. They are just lazy. Back to the Lake St. Louis location where they are helpful. Will never go back.

Prices are all over the map. Most things can be found at Walmart for a LOT less (for the exact thing). For a 5 quart container of oil, AutoZone was almost twice as expensive as Walmart.
On February 1st at approximately 6pm I visited your store and had a battery problem. The store employee came outside, looked under the hood and said he didnt know where the battery was located. I was driving a 2006 Colorado truck. Clearly it was in a battery case. But he said he couldnt help me. So I went to OReilly and they took care of my problem.
