Love that it has everything and at decent prices. But the service there has been horrible each and every time Ive gone in. The employees are rude and slow. Oh and thats if youre able to find one other than the cashiers. Also gas is more expensive there than the kwik trip next door.

Better stocked than Farm and Fleet. Also thought the pricing was better. Way better sporting goods department.

Bad time or maybe this is the new Fleet Farm. Looked at 3 pairs of shoes and couldnt find prices on any of them. Same thing in sporting goods, I had to find a scanner to see the price of an item on the shelf. How so they expect to sell items without prices. Went to check out, and they only had 3 lanes open. This isnt the Fleet Farm I remember from when the Mills owned it.

Always the place to go whenever you need anything. I think its cool to that farmers get tax breaks

I understeand business ate short staffed and cant get product. However the Wausau store cant compare to Antigo. The store is well kept prices are lower.

After moving out of the area many years ago I slowly realized how much I missed visiting Fleet Farm! Variety of merchandise is so much fun and the prices are reasonable. I can always find something to buy there!

Good selection but second time Ive gotten fishing stuffs and didnt receive the posted 20%off..so I guess I should have just ordered the color I actually wanted from somewhere else and paid the same price..

Went in buy a gas grill. Had to wait for about 15 minutes for help after asking twice. The grill I wanted was on sale. But the sale price was not marked. I ended up showing the sale price on my phone at checkout. Then had to wait again in the yard to pick it up. In all my visit lasted 30 minutes - should have been quicker and better organized.

I love shopping here, my last trip was a little hard to find someone wearing an orange shirt to help me, but its always a fun store to browse.

I don’t know why I love fleet farm so much I could get stuck in that store for days I love it so much I really don’t care about the customer service as long as you keep bring me joy from the products I get from your store I’m happy enough with that. Crowded, ammunition section crammed into one small asile which made for some very displeasuring customer interaction and also very slim pickings for ammunition, (which is the only reason I stopped). Been becoming more and more displeased with Fleet Farm over the past few years and this is the nail in the coffin. Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Found what I needed. Experience wasnt outstanding. Store is ugly but serves it purpose and provides a decent selection.

Rural community environment. The country folks version of Walmart. Photo included is of my service Dog Nanuk picking out new toys and a harness.

We were shopping for basic snacks and Fleet Farm never disappoints in that area. Nothing fancy, just right. I also found a new casual shirt that is stylish and yet practical(not a lot of lace and frills).

When I come from AZ this is a must for me, from old fashion candy, to holidays or clothes they really have great things, toys farm things one stop shop.

Still the best place to go for unique items as well as farm and animal items. Coupons on gas as well as getting your tires serviced! Love fleet farm wish there was one by our house in Maine!

Prices are high. Watch the sales stickers... Removed one from a pair of scrub pants and the price on the tag was several dollars lower than the sale price. Also disappointed that the company they use for plants will not let anyone buy the bad looking plants at half price. They just throw them away. Thats not cool.

Always out of stock, even items in weekly ads. Shifted from large selection of farm related items to pet food, limited groceries, etc. Very sad evolution to limited interest since it was sold by Mills. Rarely shop there any more.

Auto Service Center is a joke!! I would not get tires or work done here again even if they were free! I paid more to fix the damage to my truck than I paid for the tires! Additional points for professionalism, while trying to get this issue resolved (which never happened) I kept getting transferred to different Store Managers at different store locations, none of which knew anything about the complaint. Turns out it was all a joke to them, it is amazing what you can learn about a business when they forget to put you on hold and can hear every word. Where should we send him this time? as 3-4 employees laugh hysterically in the background. Much MUCH more to this story but hopefully if you are reading this review you might make the decision to choose a real tire store for your purchase.

Not only did they have what I need, they had things I didnt even know i needed! Great for hunting, fishing, tools, and snacks. Great selection, prices are hard to beat. Busy, and most customers were wearing masks.

Went to Fleet to get ground stakes for our outdoor dog kennel because their website said they had some in stock. Could not find it anywhere, and could not find any help. After about 15 min we finally found 2 employees together who found the item on their device and said that it was in another department across the store. They didnt know where specifically and didnt even offer to help us any further. We started walking across the store and heard them walking directly behind us talking about how they didnt want to work and cant wait to leave. We looked all over the department and could not find it at all. After about a half hour we decided to just check out the stuff we did have and leave. While my husband was checking out, the cashier didnt even finish cashing him out yet and she was already asking the next customer what his bagging preference was. My husband just put in his card and did not even receive his receipt yet. The other customer asked her if she was done helping my husband first. She rudely gave my husband his receipt and started helping the other customer. This Fleet is so disappointing. Horrible employees and service. Cant find anything and no help at all. And no one wears a mask. Disgusting!

I ran over a nail on a Saturday, I pulled in and they got it patched right away without an appointment & I appreciated it a lot! Would have been SOL without them squeezing us in.

Decent selection of firearms and even ammunition, but out of most reloading supplies...like most places selling guns and ammo right now. The rest of the store is classic FF.

Had just what I needed. I should have started here....drove all over town and couldnt find what I needed.

I asked where to find an item and I was just told in the center of the store I was like where specifically? Unless something was two aisle over you should show a customer by walking them over to the aisle.(Thats customer service) She didnt specify which one so we still had to look through several aisle to find it. The other item I asked about I was just told Sarah (dont quote me on the name) has the scanners shes somewhere over there again I should of been brought to that person to help me. So when I got over by said item there was someone else there for me to ask. She scanned and said thats in garden I said where is that? As I was asking that she was talking over me so I had to ask again and she points and says outside. Mind you I dont know where everything is in the store or that they have garden stuff outside to. So I had to ask more questions of where it was. When they could of explained it right away. So when I go outside there are no price tags on the item Im looking at. So I go stand in the line where you pay for the outdoor garden stuff and ask the price. They would have to scan it and theres only one person there cuz I asked her that. (I also was not about to carry over the three differt ones when they are heavy and awkward)This encounter is the fault of the store and company. Items should have price tags on them and you should also have more then one person working out there, so at least one can check people out and the other can help with the products. (Really should be more then that but min 2)

Nothing is ever in stock. Constant problem finding prices for items. Poor service and usually long lines with one or two lanes open for check out. Used to be a great store but hate going there now.

Very wide variety of plants, trees, fruits, vegetables. Lines were terribly long but opened another register shortly after. Plants are well and thriving so far.

The Parking Area needs to be expanded and made more organized.

I always have excellent service at Wausau Fleet Farm today was no exception. Thanks to Travis for all his help in picking out the correct male shaft enlarger for me! The one I had previously was far to small, but Im sure this one will perform up to my expectations!!

Probably the slowest service center I have ever been to. Dont tell me its gonna take 1 hour and then have it take 2+ hours. The store is fine I guess.Update to about a week later- I bought a set of brand new winter tires from here and had them installed and now theres a leak in one of them. I literally cannot be more disappointed in this place. Also, no one wears a mask and I think thats highly inappropriate but I guess Im not even the slightest bit surprised. Im going back to get my tire fixed but I will never use their services again after.

I found what I was there for and enjoyed looking around.

Like the variety of candy and nuts they have. And the household helpers. A.k.a. Spatulas, can openers, pots and pans and other kitchen gadgets. My husband and son like the sporting goods section alot. And we all like the fishing equipment. And whenever we need a part to fix our plumbing or electricity thats our first stop.

Ever since fleet farm switched owners the shelves are empty and you cant find what you used to buy. (And its been this way before covid..) they said nothing would change however that was a false statement. Definitely do not shop here as often as before..

Eventually find what your looking for. Saw two workers next to each in the farm department thought it was a miracle.

Friendly helpful employees went out of their way to find what we were looking for.

Great selection of items that other stores dont keep in stock.

Also reasonable prices and helpful staff. Tho wish they had more bird seed selection.

It’s like heaven on earth. It’s my one stop shop for all things. And it’s right next to a kwik trip. Dang that’s awesome.

The person in the loading area, lumber was not wearing a mask, felt very uncomfortable. At this time it a state mandate. They also had trouble finding my order. Took awhile to pick up pre-ordered product.

Other than a complete hassle buying a firearm, not a bad place.

1. Lately every time I go here and have to ask for assistance they tell me over there past .... today, this happened to be halfway across the store. What happened to lets go look2. I was asking assistance about an item that was not showing in stock. Instead of being helped a worker said find someone in an orange shirt3. In another instance where I needed assistance I asked a worker in an orange shirt for help. They stated it wasnt there department and kept walking.Not impressed

I can usually get what I need quickly at a good price. It was odd that the last time I stopped in that the guy at the door who was supposed to be enforcing the renewed mask mandate has his mask down below his nose. I personally think masks are completely stupid and worthless, but of you are going to require it and enforce it, its a little silly to use the sole employee that can undermine the whole movement by just letting his nostrils hang out.
