Looking for sheers for my French patio doors not only did I find perfect ones but magnetic rods to put them on with! They look beautiful. Also looking for a wrinkle steamer my helper took us right to them and called for someone to get the box onto my cart. Fast, friendly service. It was a joy to shop!

Stock was extremely picked over when we went. Very low on sheets and comforters. Otherwise was satisfied with service and check out experience.

Very disappointed in follow through/follow up on Christmas package. Deliver date was 12/13. Today is 12/23. No updated tracking information. Unable to get ANY assistance from BBB. Doubtful I’ll order directly from you again. There will likely be one less gift under the tree. Disappointing!

I ordered an item through the website and received someone elses item. The Wausau Bed Bath & Beyond Manager was so helpful with the return. She filled out everything online to make sure the item I originally ordered will be sent to me. All this in less then 10 minutes.

My Fiance and I went in this afternoon to create a registry for our wedding. We were given immediate service and were set up with an amazing woman, Sabrina, that walked us through the registry process and made our experience effortless. She was personable, funny, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Setting up and completing our registry took almost 4 hours and she patiently stayed with us the entire time and never skipped a beat. She continued to answer our questions and provide great advice. We feel confident in all of our choices today to make our house a home. We couldnt have done this without her. Thank you so much Sabrina for all you did to help us. We wont forget you.

Great place to shop.. Although there were some issues/ long lines upon checkout! Nothing that will deter me from shopping there again though.

Besides the coupons there always seems to be special deals happening inside the store. Just recently I picked up two sets of flannel sheets for only $10 each. The quality of the goods is respectable and I always seem to see something new there every time I go, which is at least once month.

We enjoy there latte mixes, there is everything I need for bathroom or kitchen. I go there at less ones month. Go check it out I think you would like shopping there. Also friendly and helpful staff.

The store is small for the amount of stuff in there, however, it was clean and presentable. The manager and cashier were not knowledgeable on how to use new technology for payment example Samsung pay. They claimed it wasnt possible to use it and said they didnt have the nfc reader to use it when we asked and than we figured it out on our own. Otherwise they were polite.

Didnt have the kirig self fill filter cup attachment and couldnt get? But promptly refunded the incorrect one I had purchased.

First, the item I wanted to purchase was labeled incorrectly. Over $130 difference between the price that was posted and the one that was scanned. The empolyee said these two tags are backwards and both had the same prices on them. So if they were backwards that does not explain the price.Second, i had a coupon for 20% off one item. I was told by registering for the membership ($30 fee and download app) i could save another 20% on my whole order. With a $300 purchase it was simple math. After i paid for the membership the coupons did not stack and i was told that i could only use the 20% off the whole order. That way saved me $6 more dollars but the $30 membership fee included i spent an extra $24 being misinformed by an employee. Not including all the wasted time.I told coporate about the situation and was told sorry it happened and that their is nothing they can do. Bad experiance all around and i will not be shopping here again.

Way over priced on everything

Bought a $50 frying pan with a lifetime warranty. A month later the nonstick coating came off. I took it back to the store and they refused to replace it. They told me I had to call the manufacturer. Bogus.

Manager was very rude to me and cashier, I spent over $1,450 and if it wasnt for the nice cashier I would have left the 3 baskets of items in the store. Leadership and Customer Service is not the stores strategy!

Nice store but a bit on the expensive side.

This is one of those stores where you go in and you suddenly see a whole bunch of stuff you didnt realized you needed or that the even existed. Some of it can be on the pricey side though.

Anything you want, you can find but never buy without searching for a coupon first.
