Its Best Buy, what can I say. Theyre generally the only electronics store youll find around town. Their selection is broad but good luck finding anything outstanding within any electronic niche. Their staff are friendly but Ive had very bad experiences in the past with their training. Sometimes the prices are crazy compared to online shopping and sometimes the prices cant be beat. Overall, Id rather have a Micro Center in town but Best Buy will suffice.

My husband and I came to Best Buy to purchase a washer and dryer, as well as a new smart TV. Jackson helped us, he was super knowledgeable about the TVs, and presented us with all our options and explained everything so that we could make the best decision. Jackson was so helpful and we really appreciated the time he took with us. Same experience with the washer and dryer. Thanks Jackson, for making that so easy! 5 stars!

I recently purchased a new phone and the delightful phone crew at Best Buy made that experience a positive one. Shout out to Roy, Rayna, and Yushi for their excellent customer service and going the extra mile.

Bought a blender from there and it was way cheaper than target for the same thing. Jackson helped us out and was one of the best employees we have ever witnessed in a store. The manager Matt was also super friendly and helpful!

Can into store with a non working phone on a Saturday Lynnelle from (the geek squad ) was ready to calm me down and fix my phone on the spot I had apple care and she got all. Apparently they dont want business! Stopped by security at door, asking if she could help us find something. When we told her what we were looking for, was told cant help you! Last time we were there the salesman helped us order and interested us in other products!

Customer service doesn’t exist here anymore. Went into the store today looking for an internal hard drive. The spot in the case was empty. I found an associate and asked if they could check to see if there were any in inventory. All she did was walk me back to the spot where I knew there wasn’t any on the shelf and proceeded to tell me that they were out. Didn’t check the computer or anything.

I was looking for a Garmin and found one. I love the GPS.

Found what I was looking for QA quick and easy.

The curbside service has been amazing and the staff has been so extremely nice, but I notice that when I am in the store, it leaves something to be desired. It seems to me if you are a women that you are ignored by most of the staff. The last time I was there, I waited patiently as the person in my area helped someone else and YES they saw me and right as they got done a man walked over, never asking for help and the person walked right past me to go ask the gentleman if he needed help. This was not the first time that this has happened to me in Best Buy!

The Best Buy in Rib Mountain is awesome in customer service especially in regards to the cell phone experience. The people there are able to assist and trouble shoot at the drop of a dime. I would highly recommend buying your electronics there. At times it can be more pricey however it is the age old quality over quantity decision you have to make.

This place is great! Got a 900$ gamer tower (husband didnt get protection) and it came with a factory faulted power box. They seen it and the recipt and helped us anyways. However, I wish there was a rating for the call center, they are rude. Just go to best buy.

If you dont have a mask, you can browse by cant buy anything! Youll have to back home to order to pick up curbside. They dont care if you have medical conditions. They are not adhering to the ADA guidelines. Making their own policies! Screw you! Ill never shop there again. Your management is the reason the brick and mortar places are all going away! You dont even deserve a single star

Have stopped at this los toon multiple times to either pick up something quick, or in more recent trips, have it brought out to curb side pick up. Staff is friendly and service is quick.

A smaller Best Buy with excellent customer services. Having purchased all new appliances from them and dealing with a dishwasher return I can say without question well be back.

Made an online purchase with curbside pickup. Sent the notification when I arrived. They brought my stuff out within 3 minutes. Very happy!

Customer Service is garbage over the phone. All I wanted was to change the delivery address on a $850 phone. So I called waited 45 minutes for someone to pick up. Then after 5 minutes of trying to explain what I wanted I get transferred to some guy and he immediately hangs up.

Christopher helped us in dishwashers. He was very informative. Helped us decide which one to buy!

Fantasic store, great help when you need it. They are knowledgeable about the department they are in and if they cant help they will get someone to help. Products from Best Buy are sturdy and long last, at least for my experience. I would recommend.

I went into the store yesterday and this person told me i needed to wear a mask. unessesary. but service still good.

I called ahead of time to see if they had what I needed (unique audio adapter) not only did they but the salesperson on the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. Upon curbside pickup I was also able to pay with cash making it possible to shop without a credit or debit card. I even tipped them even tho I prob wasnt supposed too! Kudos to you Best Buy For Real!! The store opened the next day

Dont have much of anything. Clerks placate customer to make them feel good about shopping at store. I dont mind but would rather have straight forward response. Left info for their business support people to call me. I responded I needed to be contacted via email because of my schedule... never heard back.

I was able to purchase a new LG tv and sound bar from the local 399 Best Buy store and everyone that I felt with was very courteous and helpful in my questions...some of them pretty silly. Even when my tv went on sale a week after getting it I was able to talk to corporate and get the difference off with no issues. I was very impressed this time around.Update: I have ordered several lego sets from this store and each time I am disappointed with the fact a sticker is placed on the box. It might seem small but they are impossible to get off without ruining the box and to me that almost wrecks the whole experience

Brianna in the mobile department was extremely helped in the store as well as afterwards when we were having issues at a different Best Buy to pick up my phone. I would definitely go back as well ask specifically for Brianna!

Went in looking for a single din radio for my truck.the kid didnt have a clue.They had ONE stereo in stock for single din.not the best buy of yesteryears
