Excellent cust. Service. Didnt feel rushed or pressured

Its a good deal but dont get the insurance. Its bs. Its say it cover for any damage but when I claim mine. They say its not cover for them rips and tears. So dont get any insurance they lie about coverage only.

Helpful and not pushy sales staff, good selection and prices on clearance furniture. I didnt care for the delivery fee of $100, the prices are not so low that delivery should cost extra but overall very satisfied with my purchase.

I was in the market for a good quality king headboard and frame but needed a low overall height so it would fit under a window. I got a great deal on floor model bed at about a 75% discount. I always check the outlet before going into regular stores and almost always find what Im looking for at great prices. The staff are super helpful as well and I was able to get very high quality box springs as well that they had stored in the back.

This place is a joke. They damaged a table I bought when they loaded it on to their lift and they wouldn’t do anything to fix the problem.

Bought a new couch,the service was great and professional but was told 3 different times now when we can get it. Wouldnt be so bad but nobody has had the common courtesy to call and notify us about the date changes. We had to call on every day they told us it would be in to find out it was a later date. I contacted the main office and spoke to a customer complaint manager to be told I should have been notified by the sales manager that the dates were changed.

Extremely helpful and able to locate items in other stores. Stephanie was awesome in customer service with great attitude. I would go back again and tell others to ask for Stephanie!!

This place is a joke! The customer service is non-existent, the people are rude and completely unhelpful after sending damaged products. Waited almost a month to get the furniture in the first place. Once it finally arrives the leg on the sofa is broken, the mattress has two holes cut into it somehow and a bed frame is missing the two side rails making it literally useless because it cant be assembled without those parts. This issue IS STILL NOT RESOLVED... This place should be shut down

Went in on a Saturday morning to check out inventory. The guys working there were friendly. Didnt find anything, but the place was clean and had plenty of furniture options.

Incredibly dishonest, unprofessional and absolutely no customer service. Bought a large amount of merchandise waited forever for delivery, only to have pieces missing and damage to others. Literally still waiting for them to resolve this matter being told that they are busy with black Friday?! Why should they care they already have my moneyNow they need to focus on who else they can screw over!!

They were fantastic they ordered everything and I thought they were just amazing their service was really good also

Went in the to get a $1200 sofa for the living room. We walk to a different section of the store to look at more coffee table maybe she feel that we are not interest in the sofa set anymore thats when she decided to stop helping us. I went and spend my $1300 elsewhere.

Very disappointed with both Ashley and Slumberland. I bought an Ashley couch from Slumberland and paid for additional warranty. Six months after having the couch the material started fraying all over. I found my warranty info about 5 months later, contacted Slumberland and they said Ashley needed to take care of it. Spoke to Ashley & they said Slumberland needs to warranty it. Been getting the run around for 6 months now and still noone will take the responsibility for fixing it. And dont get me started on the amount of messages Ive had to leave Slumberland, the woman is never in the store. I will NOT buy Ashley brand nor purchase from Slumberland again.

Wont be going back there anytime soon. Walked around most of the store, I was the only customer, no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help, and I know the person working was aware of me. Bad experience.

Aggressive sales people in the main store but the Outlet on the other hand was a wonderful buying experience very knowledgeable staff same stuff as the main store at half the price plenty of Ashley Furniture and many other brands well worth a visit
