Mander did an awesome job!! They found damage, after the estimate was given and absorbed the cost of the bumper. They also did research on what ended up being an after market grill on the front of the car, purchased and installed at no additional cost. We have used Mander in the past and highly recommend them. I am a small carpentry contractor. I hit a deer with my work van on the 13th of August. I got my van back on the 25th of October. I understand that the length of time wasnt all Manders fault. There are some serious supply chain problems. Also the insurance company delayed the process having to ok a few things. But 10 weeks? The van seems to be in good working order. I will say that Mander did call periodically to update which was nice. When I hit the deer, I had a engine light on to recalibrate the tire pressure. I had rotated the tires myself and apparently there is a special device or tool to take the warning off. Where I got the van back though it was still on and the guys said he didnt know how to take it off. It was an existing issue so I guess it wasnt there responsibly but I was just surprised it wasnt corrected and he didnt know how solve the problem. We have taken our vehicle there before and have had great service. Last time they detailed my wifes car so I guess I was kinda expecting the same with my van but it wasnt detailed. Overall I would definitely take my vehicle there again for collision repair but just a long wait.

Just wanted to thank you for your kindness today! Last night I was almost hit by a texting driver swerving into my lane while driving 65+mph on the highway - I swerved off the road and hit a construction barrel. My brand new Subaru was all smeared and looked scary on the front. I have never had a new car so I was a bit torn up about it. I called your service center and they said come right away and get a quote. The mechanic said it didnt look to bad and ended up buffing majority of it away and reassured me the microscratch in the bumper wouldnt rust and probably wasnt worth fixing right now with winter coming. Iv unfortunately had to take my car there to get repaired. They made the process as painless as possible and addressed any concerns I had. They gave me a loaner car to use while mine was in the shop, but it was to small for my needs. They ended up giving me a bigger vehicle without hesitation which was nice. When they were done repairing my car (which was super quick) they had me come in and they did a quick walk around the vehicle with me. When I got in to drive away I noticed they cleaned my car inside as well. I also feel its necessary to mention they work well with insurance companies and did not drag me into anything to get paid.

Mander Collision was great with my vehicle after it was in a fender bender. They helped sort through numerous issues with the other persons insurance and repaired my car to a condition indistinguishable from brand new. Extremely helpful people who kept me updated every step of the way and helped me to feel confident my car was being taken care of and that I had absolutely chosen the right shop.

Took my car in by 8a for the hinges on the drivers door to be fixed and had it back before noon. They even washed my car and cleaned my floor mats. The door works great. I would recommend them for any body shop repairs.I had used them before when I had an accident and they did a great job then also.

The service I received for my car detailing was phenomenal, I wasnt sure if they could get it cleaned and they did. Now my car almost looks new. I would definitely recommend them for car detailing and will be going back again.

I was rear ended after a recent snowstorm and Mander got me in the very next day, I can’t promise that for everyone but it was incredible that they got me in so quickly, and they arranged for a rental car company to come and pick me up, and the workmanship is as good as new with a lifetime warranty, hard to beat that. Along the way, a number of updates by phone were helpful to let me know how things were progressing. Very nice people to work with. I’ve used them before, which is why I came back to them this time, and they will be first on my list if I ever need work done again.

Just wanted to drop a note to let you know how completely satisfied with some recent warranty work I had to have done on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. An odd set of circumstances caused the paint on my hood to begin to peel. It was mostly on the front edge but dipped underneath the hood as well. The Manders team did an awesome job on the hood and the car came back looking like new. This is my first experience with Manders and it was a positive one all thru the repair process. The drive in lane for quick estimates was a pleasant surprise. The estimate was presented with different options for handling the repair and i was shown a page with all the various parts that could be worked on and which could be saved. Scott gave me my estimate and he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Scott gave me options on my estimate and timelines for receiving parts for my 2017 Honda CR-V. Everything came in as he described and when parts arrived my car was finished in the estimated time frame and at the quoted cost. After reading positive reviews for Manders, I went in to schedule my repair. This repair was covered by my insurance and Manders coordinated both the insurance inspection/coverage and the car rental details. I was given an appointment for the very next day and got confirmation phone calls from both my insurance company and the car rental place in a timely manner. The repairs were done within the week and the car looks great! Thoroughly cleaned INSIDE and OUT!! Pleasant surprise for sure. Courteous and friendly office staff (especially Megann) were attentive to my questions and need for further clarification during the entire process. Highly recommend this business!!

Excellent experience, communication, and cost. Better than a national window replacement service that refused to replace due to corrosion concerns. Mander explained the problem, warranty considerations, and provided photos of corrosion when glass was removed. They also fixed a wire that may have been severed the last time a nationwide service replaced the windshield.

Mander has made another customer for life! I was rear ended earlier this year and they did great body work on my van, timely and well done! And along with that, I received a coupon for a free car basic detailing (vacuum,wash, etc) to use before the end of the year. I just took it in this week and I am so delighted with their work! My kids had made a crumb filled mess of things but Mander did an amazing job cleaning it and my van feels just like new!

After calling in to the office to get a rough estimate on the front fender repair associated with my 5 mile per hour bumpers I was prepared to spend as much as $1000.00 to fix my problem. Jonathan diagnosed the issue, brought the tech up to look over the problem and came back with an estimate of under $200.00 for my repair. With my leftover money I was able to have them buff out my headlights with a wet sanding process they use, and not only does my car look better, I can see at night again! Thanks Jonathan and Mander. We took our Toyota Tundra Truck 2013 in because the grill was damaged by a turkey (really a turkey) and we also wanted it detailed because of two dogs making a muddy mess in the back seats. I called a different autobody shop that was recommended to me to get my drivers side door hinge pins and bushings replaced (door was sagging). That shop said they couldnt even give me an estimate until I brought the truck in, which they could not do until the next day. I brought my truck in and they took pictures, promised me an estimate by the end of the day (now day 2). They never got back to me. Finally they emailed me and told me they had the wrong VIN (even though they had taken a picture of it). I emailed them the correct VIN immediately and asked when they would get me a quote and they replied that they would get it to me by the end of day 3. At that point I gave up on the first shop and called Mander Collision and Glass. They gave me an estimate over the phone. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later and when I showed up they knew my exact situation, I didnt need to refresh their memory or point out anything about the problem. They had originally estimated the job would take all day but they called at lunch and said it was done, and the price came in a little under the estimate. ZERO STARS. I would caution you… DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT bring your vehicle to Mander Collision. They should not be in business. I did not trust the work that was done at Mander and took it directly to Mazda to have them inspect my vehicle. As I quote, from Russ Darrow Mazda, “It’s a miracle that you made it here alive.” I put my life in jeopardy driving it off Mander’s lot and driving it to the Mazda dealership.For the past five weeks, I’ve experienced a living nightmare working with them. My 2018 Mazda was involved in a fender bender collision back in June. My car was at Mander for almost five weeks. Five weeks for a MINOR fender bender. Every time I was told that it was ready to be picked up, I didn’t even leave the lot without finding an issue….squeaking coming from the rear tire, a dent in the back bumper that hadn’t been repaired, picking it up and it sounding like a lawn mower. These are just some of the issues over the past five weeks.Notes from Mazda: The rear sub frame was completely bent. Somehow Mander installed a rear control arm without replacing the sub frame. The rear control arm was not installed properly and the spring was hanging off my vehicle. My entire back end could have given way, the tires could have fallen off, and I would have never made it to Mazda. It’s a miracle that I did.The fact that Mander did not install the parts of my vehicle properly, nor did they completely fix all of the problems, is beyond concerning. I hope this never happens again. Do not take your vehicle there. They don’t know what they’re doing.My response in regards to the below:Whether or not you did the mechanical work is of no relevance. My vehicle was in YOUR care and YOU chose to sublet it. All communication was done through YOU. I appreciate your apology and that you will be addressing this with the mechanical repair shop.However, it’s still alarming that no one in your shop took a look at my car before handing it back to me.In regards to the damage. I was hit fully from behind (I was in a 4 car accident). Photo for reference. As you can see there was damage to all sides. Also, an employee at your facility mentioned to me that the NEW bumper was most likely hit in one of your lots while it was there for those first few weeks. I would have preferred an appropriately fixed vehicle versus a gas gift certificate as “compensation.”After weeks of having my car out of commission, I would have appreciated a manager speaking to me about this issue.I’m not here to have a Facebook commentary war. I’m entitled to my review of your business and letting other customers know the experience I had.

With all the craziness, it never got fixed until July 2nd. They honored the 6 month old price and made it look like new. If I ever need more work, they are getting my business.

I called Manders glass location in the afternoon fully expecting them not to be able to repair my window till at least the following day. I was instead informed they would come right away! It was 1pm and they had my car fixed by 5pm with no appointment because it was an emergency! This was the best body shop experience Ive ever had!!

Ended up with Mander after getting multiple quotes. I was using cash instead of going through insurance so any money I could save was saving me money. They were highly rated and ended up being cost effective. Very professional and did a great job. They also had a loaner available which was great and saved me some hassle and money of getting a rental for two weeks. Overall Id highly recommend Mander and would use them again.

Wow! I called to replace my tail light after I had a close encounter with a garbage can- they responded immediately and fit me in the SAME DAY! Since I had a time crunch with a necessary road trip and I didn’t want to drive my vehicle with a broken tail light Mander saved the day! Our brand new cars front windshield cracked when a truck sent a rock into it. Our car was less than 2 weeks old.We called the service department at our dealership and was given the the run around because they didnt deal with insurance. We called Mander after a recommendation and we were able to get the car in and repaired the same day. They have been awesome to deal with - very efficient, friendly, and courteous.

Took my Chevy pick-up for some touching up, 10 years of door dings, scratches, and sun faded paint. I expected a good job, and items touched up to prevent rust, but what I received was totally unexpected. The truck looks like new! The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Having to get auto body work done usually coincides with a stressful event. Mander made the process simple, the pricing was fair and they finished the work more quickly than I expected.

Stopped in on a whim expecting to get an estimate on about 3 spots in need of buffing on my black car and Scott asked if I had a few minutes and provided excellent service right there on the spot. I was super shocked and pleasantly surprised when he wouldn’t take anything for the repairs. One scratch was pretty long and he even went over it a second time (because of my picky eyes) I will definitely refer and use their services in the future! Very professional and courteous, something that is very rare these days.

After being recommended by my State Farm Insurance agent (Paul), I brought in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a full front bumper replacement/repair after it was torn off by a metal rod sticking out of one of those concrete parking spot stoppers (see attached photos). No appointment need for them to give me an estimate of the damages which took less than 30 mins. While my car was in the shop, they soooo kindly offered me a FREE loaner car, a white Honda that was in great shape and NOT embarrassing at all to be seen in. My Jeep took 3 days to fix which included them ordering an extra part that was due to some underbody work that they couldn’t see during my estimate because my car was NOT lifted up at that time. I was totally ok with this and they did inform me during the estimate that there may be additional charges. The outstanding team at Mander allowed me to have the loaner car (at no cost again) for a couple extra days because I couldn’t pick up my Jeep right away due to conflicting schedules with my work. All said and done, I would definitely go back to Mander Collision and Glass for any of my automotive repairs. The staff was very understanding, knowledgeable and caring during the whole process!! I stopped right before closing because a person scraped their mirror on my new truck. Jonathan said all it needed was a little buffing. He asked if I could stop back and they would do it for free. I stopped back today and I didn’t get the guy’s name who helped me today but they made good on their word. They were so nice and buffed and polished it. It looked good as new. They wouldn’t take any money. Very nice guys and very nice work. Hopefully don’t need their services soon but if I do I will go here. Thank you!

My car was rear-ended in a minor case. I suspected that my painted/vinyl bumper could possibly be rubbed out; although our 2004 Chevy Malibu is almost due for donation. I thought I’d stop at Mander’s in Waukesha for some advice. The receptionist had me pull the car into the garage. In two minutes, Scott, a repair advisor, took one look at it and agreed there was no deep damage. He proceeded to use some acetone to rub the rubber from a service van’s bumper. Scott put some muscle into it and got the area clean of any black; then he washed the acetone off. Scott was a very nice guy and definitely gave me a green light to choose Mander Collision for any future serious body work.Scott B

Went in to get an estimate from some push in on my plastic front bumper Scott dominski quoted me and then asked if I wanted him to push the dent out at no charge. Wouldn’t be perfect but for looks would be better until i do have it repaired. He did and looks great, until I go back and have mander repair. Wow what fantastic customer service. I chatted with Mander online, and then drove my 2018 Audi Q5 to ask about scratches on the driver side rear quarter panel. The Buffing master came out, took a look and said lets see what I can do. After twenty minutes the scratches were all but gone. Best decision after a collision, dents, and even just scratches. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing, no problem. I went to Mander this morning to get an estimate and schedule an appointment to repair a small damaged area on my car. Scott said “we can do it today if that works for you.” I left the car with them and a few hours later Scott called to say it was ready. The paint matched perfectly and the finish is outstanding. The job was done expertly, in less than a day at exactly the quoted price. Needless to say, I am very satisfied.

I had a chip in my windshield. I was told they had the mobile service and they would come out to do the repair. The day it was to be done, I got a call saying they would have to take it in to be repaired, they could pick up and return. I was a bit confused, but finally I said the car is in the garage and had not been out while it had been raining. So, then he said, ok, then we can come out to do it. I guess if he had asked where the car was in the first place, we could have avoided the confusion. Anyway, the young man who came to do it was courteous, tiely and explained everything. He was a good representative of the company.

I used Mander after my windshield got smashed in an accident. I had my car towed in to them and the next day it was ready for me to pick up. They literally turned my windshield repair around on a dime.

I took my car in for an estimate and Scott did everything very professionally. Having a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced was invaluable. When Megan couldnt get in touch with me to say my vehicle was done (mail box was full) she left a text message. Car was immaculate and detailed to perfection when I picked it up. Hopefully I wont have to use them again, but if I do, they are the ones to provide the best service.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Mander Collision and Glass. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 AM and it was ready by 4:00PM the same day. Not only was the repair completed to my complete satisfaction, the cost was less than 1/2 the amount I was quoted at another repair facility. I managed to get a nice size chip in the hood of my brand new Jeep. Normally I wouldn’t care but it was a good chip. I emailed Mander and got a response back very quick from Ryan. I sent them a few pictures and got a quote. I dropped off my Jeep the next morning and had it back looking like new by lunch. I will be back and highly recommend MANDER COLLISION.

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Absolutely zero communication from them about the status of our vehicle, updates, etc. Dropped vehicle off on a Tuesday morning at 9 am, was told that we will call you with updates & if we need anything. 2 days later I called to see if they had a time line of anything & was told that they just looked at it and needed approval from Insurance for another $1,000 (which they just requested & were waiting). Next morning I called my insurance agent to find out if they received anything from Mander and was told that they already approved it & sent correspondence. After work on that same day, I called (around 5 pm) and was told Oh yea, we just got the approval from your insurance, well start working right away tomorrow morning. We cant make any guarantees but its looking like next week. The following week I received no phone calls until I finally called on Tuesday & was told that they were waiting for paint to dry & then it would be reassembled. Didnt hear anything for 2 days, decided to call on Thursday and the guy I was working with was gone on vacation! Are you kidding me? The lady I talked to said that it had to be detailed & looked over, that IF it were to get done tomorrow, the earliest it would be done was between 5-6 pm, but that shed call me. Otherwise it would be another day. Waited for my phone to ring all day on Friday, didnt receive a phone call by 5 pm, so I decided to call them to find out an ETA. Lady who answered said shed look into it & have them call me back. Got a phone call back at 515 & was told that the vehicle was finishing up in the wash and would be ready in 10-15 minutes. But they close in 45 minutes (6pm) and I had to be there before that! I asked why they didnt call me & they said they dont call until they receive the keys in hand & that she told me it would be done at 5-6. I live 35 minutes away, no way I could have made it there in time during rush hour traffic. They had our van for 11 days, for a damaged bumper (due to a moving tire that we hit on the interstate while on vacation). Original estimate for a new bumper, bracket for the light, miscellaneous items (part for the high noise horn) was $2,200. Understandable. Then they put in a request to insurance for another $1,000. We didnt find this out until we contacted them looking for updates on the van and were told that they couldnt do anything until their request was approved. What request? For what? They never called and told us anything! My wife was told that they didnt anticipate having to replace a few items originally.. Shes not a mechanic and didnt understand what they were saying, but she did understand that apparently they didnt know either! During this entire 11 days of having our vehicle, they only initiated one phone call. And I suspect that its only because we were pestering them with phone calls looking for updates since we hadnt gotten any at all! Youd think that they would keep you, the customer, updated with vital information. Every time we called, we got the sense we were being lied to or that they were beating around the bush. Truly should not have taken 11 days to fix our fender bender. I blatantly caught them in a lie the day I called my insurance agent asking if they approved the extra $1,000 at 8 am and then I called Mander at 5 pm to be told it just got approved a few minutes ago. What did you do all day? The quality of work that was done (final product) was good. Our van looks like it did (exterior) prior to the accident. Not sure what their detailing entails.Typically whenever Ive had a detail done on any vehicle, it has been vacuumed out, wipe down of everything interior, and included a wash (which shouldnt take 8 hours in a day)... The inside of the vehicle looked like it did when we sent it in! Messy. We have 4 kids under the age of 7. So its messy. I gave them a 2 because they did fix the fender bender to pre existing conditions. The headache that was involved though, the lack of communication, and lies. Not worth it. Not recommended!

Repair looks excellent! However, front license plate was bent outwards a lot... seems like a mistake while doing the repair. I was able to bend it back into place, I just wish they would’ve gave me a heads up that it happened before I discovered it on my own.

I usually dont go out of my way to write reviews but I was so satisfied with the work they did to my Lexus I just had to! I had a few dents in the passenger door and they did a flawless job. No more dents, paint job was perfect (its pearl white so I was a little worried), service was fantastic as they got it done in ONE day, and the list goes on. Ill never go anywhere else if I ever need body work done again in the future. Go here, you will not be disappointed!

I had a decent amount of damage to my front a rear bumper after a double fender bender. They were able to get me a quote and set up an appointment very efficiently and were amazing throughout the whole process by calling and giving me updates. My car looks beautiful! This was my second time taking my car to Mander, and it is the only place I will ever bring my cars.

Mander is an awesome company. Not many body shops have loaners available while your car is being worked on. Prices are fair and reasonable, quality is great, and their communications are thorough and clear. Always will be my #1 recommended body shop!

What a professional organization! When I dropped off my vehicle, I was greeted by a representative who assessed the work needed to repair my vehicle and provided a timely, accurate quote. I was very pleased with the service! Megan was awesome. Very polite explained every thing and kept me posted on the status of my Ram truck. I was shocked on how good the truck looked when I got it back. Washed inside and out, wasn’t expecting that. They get a 10 from me!!!

Their workmanship and communication are outstanding. I hit a deer right before Christmas, and Manders is a preferred provider for my insurance company. It is also the recommended collision shop for Wilde Subaru. My car was drivable, although there were loose items hanging off the car. The people there were great. Given how busy they were, the parts that needed to be ordered, and the holidays, they said it could be a few weeks before I got it back. I received a phone call every several days to update me on the progress, which I greatly appreciated. The car looked like new when I picked it up. I highly recommend them!

Second time horrible experience...shame on me for returning.Poor communication. Quoted services they don’t actually repair. Painted over rust without repair...although quoted repair.Scott specifically is clueless.Keep looking if you want a job done correctly the first time without any hassles.I do NOT recommend.

We had a rear door that was covered under our insurance and a drivers door that we were paying for. Manders did a great job on both, just like new. We noticed a scratch on drivers window that we thought was not there before. Manders replaced the window at no charge. Great service!!

I had a great experience getting my 2018 Sonata repaired. From the estimate to the completion of the work, Mander made everything easy. They were a preferred insurance company provider, and they coordinated everything with the rental car company. As a bonus, the repair work was completed sooner than promised.

I had a tear in the bumper that needed repair - Mander got it in quickly and the process they used to repair was great! They were able to weld it and it looks like new (also, far cheaper than replacing the whole bumper). This repair was on a 2016 Mazda Miata.

Service was excellent,looks as good as the original, and they also cleaned the interior of the car. Hasnt been this clean in years. Highly recommended.

After being rear ended in the interstate i had Mander repair my 2017 GMC Terrain and they were super easy to work with. They worked with the other drivers insurance company to arrange the rental car and did a great job with the repairs. You would never know there was any damage. My car looks and drives like brand new! I would use them again if i needed to and refer them to everyone!

We had our 2002 Toyota Camry in for repairs after an accident. Mander Collision did an excellent job of repairing our vehicle. They took care of all the repairs at a reasonable rate, and kept us abreast of what was going on. The staff at Mander are courteous and friendly. We would definitely go back to Mander for any additional repairs.
