Gregory Prince and I were emailing off and on for months about what kind of vehicle I was looking for. Unfortunately because of the pandemic and because I wanted to stay within a certain dollar amount, vehicles were limited. However, he still found a vehicle for me and I love it. Gregory was the best to work with. He took the time to listen to me, sent me a video of the vehicle before coming into the dealership, and made the purchasing process an easy one. This is my third car lease car from them and will definitely be back again!

He was awesome at making everything happen to get me the exact truck with all the options I wanted during this chip crisis.The service department is great, I have taken my truck back several times for accessories to be installed and everything has been so smooth and easy I feel like I am welcome all the time. Easy to schedule, completely online. Multiple reminders through email and text. I chose to stay and wait rather than drop off and they had snacks, drinks, and magazines in a big, open waiting room. This was a free oil change and tire rotation I was offered when purchasing my vehicle which I stated when scheduling online and they took care of it without question. I did not even have to stand in front of a computer or register for a second. I was there for the full hour I was allotted.

Maintenance wise, everything was fine. My ONLY beef with GMAC (maybe just this dealership) is car washing. My own personal thoughts: If you purchase a $70K+ vehicle, the dealership should wash your car without being asked. Its such a small thing, yet a lot of people that I know that purchase other brands (including my previous vehicles) in that higher price range, that they always have their car washed when they pick it up after being serviced.Its the little things that make a big difference.

The entire buying experience was positive. No games, no long waiting periods, no power struggles as some dealerships do practice. I had lots of preferences (not expectations) that were respected. When I said “submit my application to my bank and only my bank” that’s exactly what the finance person did. I asked to see the vehicle’s invoice and the paper was front and center. I asked for a specific vehicle with a specific price, and it was ready for delivery as expected. Let’s just say, the entire experience was great. Thank you Greg for the respect and professionalism that are important for the car-buying experience. Thank you Nick for teaching me all the neat features.

Overall an amazing experience! Very professional staff. They treated my 2 year old amazing. They put cartoons on for her and brought her a special snack. I actually won my oil change from a car show and im thankful I did. Last 3 oil changes I got were extremely horrible experiences, so im extremely thankful I went here and got the amazing quality of overall service. Definitely would highly recommend to anyone!

Great experience. Went in to purchase a new truck for our business. Nick handled everything as you would expect - and more. This is my first experience purchasing a new vehicle personally or through the business. All questions were answered, a few small concerns with the vehicle were handled immediately. I called the dealership from our home in Kalamazoo, MI. on Sept.16th to inquire about a GMC Sierra Denali 2500 in Pacific Blue. While there was a sales meeting in progress, the receptionist asked for our Ph. No. to have someone call me back. Which happened to be your Sales Mgr. Ken who returned my call, to inform me that that truck was no longer available, but they did have one in black. So I made arrangements to come and look over the truck on Saturday. We drove to Wakusha on Friday. Stayed the night and went to the dealership on Saturday morning. Ken introduced us to Nick who handled the sale for us. All of this transaction was made very easy and they all did a wonderful job, including Caitlyn (SP?) who assisted us in the financing department. Thanks to all who helped us find our dream truck.

I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and can honestly say its a process I really hate! My recent experience with Teahla Baka was quite a refreshing change from my previous experiences. She’s very good at her job. She’s very personable and friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and what they have to offer. When I told her I wanted to look at different options and vehicles after test driving the Encore she was quick to make that happen from your dealership, taking me to Nissan for a test drive and arranging for a Kia to be delivered for me to drive. I also looked at different dealerships and their vehicles, but was turned off by their high pressure sales. Teahla followed up with me regularly, but was never pushy and I never felt pressured. While I know it’s her job to make a sale, I also felt she wanted to make sure I had a vehicle I was happy with.

Boucher personnel were exceptionally helpful with all aspects of the vehicle purchase and roll out. This situation required a great deal of patience in resolving the repair issue which was created by the unavailability of GM parts to fix a service problem on the trade-in vehicle. Both GM and the dealership coordinating allowed a significant trade in bonus to move us into a new vehicle. We are very pleased with the new Envision Avenir which is proving to be an excellent choice. The dealership and GM are heartily recommended for responsiveness and customer focus.

Poor Communication, was there over week for service, one day after driving it on vacation the condition it was in for service re appeared! I was 150 mile away from home. No paperwork was provided was told by the service manager it would be mailed. Never received. Currently at another GMC(Chevy) dealer being fixed. GM Poor parts availability, poor availability of loaners pitiful General Motors! I doubt I would buy another product of GM!

Nick is my point person when we need new vehicles for personal and company use. We will go nowhere else. Friday I blew a tire on my 2019 Acadia. A took it to Tires Plus in Pewaukee;it was close and I was in immediate need. I was told it would be $1500. I would need to replace all 4 tires due to sidewall damage in something about rim. I called Nick who referred me to Alex in service. We had the car towed to Boucher Buick GMC. I was called a little later and told it was a simple repair and that another leak was also detected on a different tire. The total cost wad $20!!!!Honest hatred working people will forever make us loyal customers who have shared this story countless times. I had a oil change ordered, along with the multi-port inspection. I canceled the tire rotation because I was getting new tires the next week. I also mention that I have a squeak that is noticeable when pulling in and out of my garage and approaching stop signs. 30 Minutes after I checked in, I was told by the service advisor (Misael Perez) that the work was finished and took me to the cashier. After paying the bill, I asked the same service advisor what was found with the squeak. He told me that the person who changes the oil doesnt do that work and that Id have to reschedule and make another appointment. At this point Im very upset and left. After getting home and looking more at the paperwork, I discovered that there was NO copy of the multi-point inspection. And the service advisor NEVER even mentioned it upon my leaving. So, I have to assume it wasnt done. Ive NEVER had such terrible service done at your dealership.

After having my new car for just over 6W and putting ~3200 miles on it, it went in for major repairs on the rear axle. It took the service team 4 weeks to even diagnosis the problem. Even worse their was NO communication from my service consultant, unless I reached out to them first. Things did get slightly better after I contacted my sales person and the service manager got back in town from vacation. Overall it took 25 days to get my new car back, I am praying this is not a sign of things to come on my new Yukon. We recently purchased a new car for my son, based on our experience we did not even consider a GMC vehicle, we went foreign instead.

I own a 2020 Sierra. The hands free phone system doesn’t work well. I’ve brought my concern to the service department twice. At my last visit I was told this was also the concern of other owners. Why hasn’t our concern been addressed? Hands free phone service is convenient but also a safety issue. My 2017 gmc had a system that worked flawlessly. I look forward to a response.

Hello - This was my third visit to the dealer for service. My first visit was on July 21st to investigate a possible transmission issue. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was notified that the transmission guy was not available and I would have to return another time. I had asked isnt that why I made an appointment?. My second visit was on July 29th to look at the transmission. After waiting about two hours, I was informed no problem found. It felt to me like this took too long to arrive at, but that is just my perception. My third, and possibly last visit was on September 14th. I had scheduled an oil change and while at the dealer, added the pour-in service recommended. I was told this would not take additional time and that I would be out of there in about an hour. After about an hour I asked what was going on and was told that one of necessary chemicals for the pour in service was unavailable and the tech would have to travel to the sister Chevrolet dealer to get it. In the end I was at the dealer for more than two hours when I had only budgeted one hour. My invoice was reduced by $20 for the inconvenience.I came to this dealership because it was local to my community and home, but will consider going elsewhere in the future, even if it results in a further drive.

Heard a wonderful Christmas story about this place, they quoted my dad twice that labor for a hitch being put on my brothers truck as a gift was 69.95$/hr +parts only to be charged double that for the labor after the job was done. They didnt even deny that it was a misunderstanding they just blew off my dad and didnt return his call. After a year as wonderfull as 2020 this place is sure the embodiment of the cherry on top. Dont go here as theyll continue to catfish you on the quote.

She took her time, and we felt like we were important to her. It was the same, every step of the way through the process. Kendal in financing also was terrific to work with.We had a small problem pairing our phones with the computer (the problem was on our end), and when we came back in a few days later with a question. I hope this is a rare occurrence. I booked an online appointment for the $49.95 oil change. I also used a $25 GM rewards voucher which was given to consultant upon arrival. When paying at end the total after voucher was around $45. I though this was off and a bit high, but did not question consultant, maybe a extra shop fee, or Covid 19 fee I thought. I paid, said nothing, and left.Looking at the receipt later, there was a $20 rotate tire fee, which I never asked for, nor was told was completed by consultant. He informed me of a recall on my car that was checked and corrected, but nothing about a tire rotation. I hope this is not a common practice of adding extra service w/o being requested.Another issue that I had last week, and in past after service, is the drivers seat adjustments being greatly changed, including steering wheel, when car returned. Last week it was so different from my settings I needed to pull into a parking lot shortly after leaving Boucher GMC to adjust seat and make it comfortable to continue to drive.This car has been great since purchase, employees at Boucher GMC are very friendly on my visits, and will remain a GM loyalist. I just hope that the added service and charge this time was a mistake. I will probably return when next oil change is needed, but will more closely ask questions if I feel something may be wrong.

I reached out to this dealer looking to purchase a truck. I am eligible for an employee discount with my family. When I informed them about the discount, I was told that they would not honor the discount because they would rather sell the truck for 2%-5% over MSRP (all sent via text message from the salesperson). Clearly they do not care about the customer and they only care about the extra cash in their own pockets. I felt very disrespected and will never reach out to this dealer again.

I really like Boucher as a dealer, and Jim was extremely responsive to my concern, but after several occurrences of having an oil change / tire rotation done and work not actually being completed it’s upsetting. I was told when I purchased my vehicle and the protection for the interior and exterior that I would get a loaner or shuttle when i brought the car back. Did not get a loaner -one person said only 20 vehicles can be loaners and they were all taken; another person said it costs them money to give a loaner. Was also not able to get a shuttle because I live too far away. Had to get a ride the night before to drop off vehicle since my appointment was the first appointment at 6:30 a.m. Was told it would be finished the next day and I would get a call. On my way to pick up the car, I called since no one called me and was told it was not finished and the body work hadnt been started, but the fuse was replaced. I then called my salesman explained the situation. He said he would call and find out what was going on and call me back. He never called me back. The next day in the afternoon I received a call that my car was finished. I have this kit for washing the car, carpet etc. but no one told me about it or how often I should be using it...nothing. So, as I told my salesman when I called about the car that my first experience with the service department is not very good.

My horrible customer service started back in 1982 when I bought my first car, I picked out a Pontiac at one of the Boucher dealers then on the way home I spotted a Ford Mustang at another Boucher Dealer. I decided I would rather purchase this car, the first Boucher dealer would not give me my deposit back, my fathers attorney contacted Boucher and I finally got my $400 back. I still purchased a Boucher vehicle even though I received poor customer service because I wanted that mustang.Jumping ahead, 2016 was the first time I stepped back into a Boucher dealer because they had the GMC Denali Acadia that my wife wanted. The customer service at Boucher has not improved since 1982 that is for sure. I have had nothing but issues with the service dept, not to mention your on-line scheduling system is worthless. When I have an appt time at a certain time, I expect my vehicle to be serviced at that time, not sit in the drive thru for nearly an hour. The communication from the service advisors is; none. I purchased a service plan when I purchased my Denali, I was told this plan was only good at your location. After numerus horrible experiences with your service dept, I stopped by the Ewald dealer where I have purchased all my other vehicles since 1982 and they said they would honor the service contract.I also stopped by a mechanic I use for other vehicles I own and I was told none of the issues that Boucher said I needed fixed on my Denali need fixing, just a tire out of balance.I will never step foot in a Boucher dealer again, nor will my family members. Shape up Boucher!

I got the choice to work with Nick Majeske and I am glad I got to. Also the loan service lady was amazing and very friendly her name was Kendall. It is a very nice place, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They made this transition super easy and stress free. I totaled my car on the 24th of November 2020 and I did a lot of research and looking and my uncle works as a dealer and he recommended Boucher Buick GMC as the place to go, they treat you right and they AREN’T in it for the money they actually care about you and that you’re happy! Buying something as complicated and expensive as an HD truck requires the seller to have above average, no, an excellent level of knowledge IMHO. I tried to engage with at least 3 local dealers. Boucher’s staff made it an easy choice and stood out, by a mile. They answered every question instantly and with confidence.
